Had to wait until 7:00pm when my wife arrived at 4:30 to check in. They had to put us in another room.
After 9:00pm all the restaurants close down. Staff although is very friendly. We will not be back.

Seem to be money focused with such fervency that those surrounding them often become an obstacle of avoidance. No complaint is ever handled to any satisfaction. Most employees say not one word yet maintain eye contact and machines don't pay as often or as well as their local competitors.

Hotel is nice, casino is nice.

Hotel is nice, casino is nice.

Pool rules are a little ridiculous. I brought food (goldfish) in and since I didn't buy from the hotel I have to throw it out before entering or return it to my room. Spent $450 on the room $400 gambling $200 on dining $200 on a spa but God forbid I bring in goldfish to the pool that I didn't buy on the property.

The check in process was quick and the young lady at the front desk was very professional. We got a room in the Dive section near the Water Park. We were also given free tickets to the water park, by just asking. The room was very large with two beds and a sitting room. The beds were foam mattresses and very comfortable. The bathroom was delux with a great shower. The shower head was directly overhead and it was like rain falling from the sky. The stay was enjoyable and the gambling was exciting to say the least. I saw quite a few big winners that night. I just wish one of them had been myself. I noticed most of wins were on the slot machines along the back wall of the casino, along the walkway to the hotel check-in. Had a great time and would like to return again, but as with everything it was pricey. There was a $12.99 charge for two devices to connect to the hotel wifi, and I just paid $149 for a room and I'm expected to pay an additional $13 for wifi. I think that was a bit to much. Parking was free and abundant, in the parking structure attached to the casino and Hotel. It's a beautiful drive on the 76 Hwy and about 30 minutes once off the 15 Fwy. I was glad to get away and enjoy myself with some friends and more. A bit expensive but It was worth it in the enjoyment department. I would recommend a stay here and good luck at the slots. Back wall is where the winners were.

Came here for the pool but it was all reserved by the time we got here at 1. We had no idea. The girl at the check in counter gave us an attitude like it was obvious on their website. It is not. They said there is a line for the pool that opens at 7:30am that stretches the whole casino and to get in line by 6am. I'll never waste my money to come here again.

This place is hidden in the mountains. Gambling is gambling. They have some good craft beers and happy hour from 8 to 11 at the bar by the Earl of Sandwich. They also have live bands that play some good jams when your timing is right. Can't speak much about the resort but I can't complain about the casino floor...besides losing some money that night...

Good: I won 200 bucks in 15 minutes playing penny slots! During Covid, they only allow a certain number of guests in the pool area at one time. After three hours, everyone leaves, they clean everything, then bring in another group for three hours. Bad: In the pool area, you can only buy one drink per person, AND you have to buy food with every drink!! It's like $25 each time. If you don't drink, it's not a factor. But if you do, bring your wallet and an empty stomach.

Great place to gamble. Dealers are friendly. Went to a concert there and the venue was okay not to bad. The lack of places to sit kind of sucked but still nice. They do need to upgrade security there were a couple of people that started smoking weed during the concert.

If you want the feel of a real Las Vegas casino, try Harrah's. I work as the crew chief for the local hands on all of the concerts. There have been many great acts that have come through there in the 10 years I have been there.

Smoking rooms smell like ashtray! I was not able to open the freaking window because it was stuck so I stayed all night up smelling cigarette smoke all over my bed. My room was full of dust, bugs and flies(See photos). This was my worst experience at Total Rewards hotels. I ll never come back to this place even if they offer me free everything!

We stayed one night in the la Jolla suite and it was very comfortable and roomy. The service here is great. We ate at the buffet for dinner and the food was pretty tasty, with tons of options. The lazy river was awesome, really fun.

Overall all our experience was great, there were a few disappointments, but we had a fun time. The room we stayed in was nice and was clean. The mattresses were very stiff, my wife, myself and our daughter woke up with back pains. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, I have no complaints there. We ate at the buffet, the food was ok. The seat we sat in (it was a booth) was broken and kept sliding out any time we stood up or sat down. When we paid, the young lady asked if we were rewards members. We had just signed up, so all we had was a confirmation print out, which she said wasn't correct and didn't accept. We later checked with the rewards office, and a representative accompanied us back to the buffet to inform them that our confirmation printout should've been accepted. Adjustments were made and we were given a refund for our discount and we got our points. Though it was fixed, it was disappointing that it happened in the first place. We also ate at the cafe. The food there was excellent, as was the service and environment. We drank at two of the bars (I think they were called Corked and Spiked). The service at both places was great (I really enjoyed talking with the one bartender... I believe his name was Igor. . excellent service), and the drinks were awesome. The lazy river and water area was fun, but we were disappointed at how early it closed (5pm). We were looking forward to drinking at the SR76 brewery there (we've been there before and it is amazing... I highly recommend it... try their blueberry saison) but we were disappointed to find out that it is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which is the two days we were there. Again, there were a few minor disappointments, but overall it was a good experience. We will most likely be back to the resort, and we will definitely be back to the brewery.

Room was complimentary but if you wanted Basic Wi-Fi in rooms or in the Casino you had to pay $12.99 for it . Only the highest card ranking gets Free Wi-Fi. Also, if you wanted extra Coffee in your room, it was a $1 charge for each packet. Breakfast at the Cafe was Very Hot and good but had several Gnats flying around us as we ate...which we mentioned to our Waitress. Casino has many slots and video poker. There was a give-away on the day I was there - a Off Brand Juice Maker which you would get if you accumulated 150 points from Morning to 9 pm that day which basically cost me $200 to achieve. Because of the Wi-Fi charge, most likely will not re-visit.

You guys used to be great. You've all but taken away the great comps which I really appreciated as I used to spend alot there. Now, I just go to other casinos that remember comps are what brings people back to stay and play.

The property is beautiful & the service was excellent. The only problem I had was the fact that no one explained the alcohol policy as it relates to using casino comps for alcoholic beverages. When you're used to being a higher status player & receiving comp drinks, someone could say that you're responsible for a cash only exchange b4 they pour the drink & stick their hand out. I visited the Diamond lounge & thought the $15 drink ticket was because I wasn't playing at a machine. ..Noone explained. I paid the cash & the next night while playing on a machine, I ordered a drink. ..Thinking it would come off my card. After losing $400 & not going to a significant bonus, I figured I'd order a drink. Waitress arrived with a charge of $6.50. I told her I didn't want it & was told I had to make the purchase.

Went to Harrah's for a night of gambling. We got there like 11 and was kind of bummed some of the food places were already closed. But kjs Chinese food was open. The food was pretty good but don't get the marinated chicken. It was very boney. But the fried rice was good and the beef lo mein was also good. Gambling area was a little too smokey for my liking but most casinos are.

Nice place. Huge!

Nice place. Huge!

Favorite part: The shower!! It's SO NICE! Spacious, modern, and elegant. The shower head is humongous and feels so good on the back of your head. It's probably the nicest shower I've ever used.

The view from the 10th story was gorgeous! The windows are huge and take up basically an entire wall overlooking the surrounding hills. Thought it was gorgeous no matter what time, day or night!

I also really liked the A/C, beds and bathroom.

Least favorite part: Wifi was NOT free! It says it comes with free wifi but that's not true. It cost me $13 for 24hrs of Cox wifi. It was fast, don't get me wrong, but $13?? For just 1 day?! Seems a bit outrageous in my opinion.

Other dislikes: Room connected with another room next door by 2 sets of overlapping doors so it was a little noisy and I could hear some conversations when it was quiet enough. I kept thinking someone was outside my door but then I would remember it's just the people in the other room. There were also a lot of dead ants on the tile under the large window which I found kinda weird and disturbing. No live ones, just dead. Hmmm ?

Overall nice place. Would enjoy staying at again.
