Pay for WiFi as a hotel guest!? Play Blackjack for over 12 hours at an average of $50 or more per hand, and cannot get a buffet for two? Pay for bottled water in the hotel room too! Not impressed compared to the other fine casinos in the area with much better comps.

The Marriott / Hyatt of casinos; consistent quality of standards and service.

Love this casino. They give away money and prizes every week. Mostly of the dealers are very nice friendly.

Best pool area in San Diego. Casino is fantastic. Get a total rewards card and earn points that are good in Vegas and other Caesars properties.

Fiore Steak was delicious! The quail tortellini was worth every penny. The service was perfect! The cauliflower soup was the best soup I've ever had!! The oyster with the lemon foam was extra fresh! Thank you Luis and team for a perfect evening. We will be back!

They've grown out of great customer service and just really don't care about their long time guests anymore. Food is just ok and ambiance/look is dirty at best. The pool is nice, to give them something.. Don't bother!

Perfect get away from Ventura to Funner, took the convertible and got our tan on the drive there..always nice when they have an adults only pool, great experience and service was excellent

Otherwise was clean and pretty much what you would expect.

Went for a day in the pool. The pool pass is totally worth it. This place has the only swim up bar I knkw of in southern California and it's blast! Tons of games like, corn hole, pool volleyball, ping pong, beer pong and there's even a lazy river. I highly recommend this place.

This is truly a hidden gem! Far enough away from home yet close enough to be an easy drive. We were pleasantly surprised and look forward to visiting in the summer when we can bring the kids and float on the lazy river.

I am still staying here currently. The food has been fantastic and the mixed alcohol beverages have been superb. I would recommend anyone trying to getaway for a weekend.

Great place to stay!
I was very comfortable and the night was peaceful. No people making noise or running up and down the stairs at all hours of the night. Just loved it. I also Love the $180 deal they have to stay and it includes a continental breakfast in the morning.
Will be staying here again in the near future.

Great casino. Only wish they still had $5 craps. When I went the minimum was $15

Rented a poolside cabana here and it was blissful. The lazy river was a blast, the drinks were strong and the food was delicious. Definitely returning!!

It not the greatest slots but it's comfortable an staff is helpful..

I hate any place that allows smoking! It's 2017 for goodness sakes, can you say CANCER!

Great room! Employees very friendly. Had breakfast at Cafe AND dinner. Excellent! Dave was our server, Excellent job. Housekeeping needs to pay alittle more attention to the toilet room. Thevent was thick with dirt and dust!I cleaned it myself. You never know what is coming through those vents! We Will be be back, however!

I went to Harrah's to gamble. Their casino is one of the biggest casinos I've been to. I like the variety of slot machines they have, and the atmosphere is like being in Las Vegas, itself. As far as location, it's a little far from where I live and the buses don't travel to convenient areas. Other than that, they have great customer service and the food is wonderful.

The hotel had a relaxing environment. Their pool was beautiful with a lazy river, palm trees and mountain back drop. Gas station next door and liquor store was a mile away. It was also close to two different casinos. Pala Casino, and Pechanga...

Nice clean hotel. Great pool. Bartenders needed help, poolside bar. 20 minute wait there.

Not a HUGE casino, but plenty of the classics. good selection of lower cost slots. Large rooms w lots of glass.

Worst buffet ever. Everything was either tough, overcooked or dry. Even the pho was tasteless. For 19.99 a plate, way overpriced. Husband took me there for Valentine's day as a treat. So very disappointed.

The rooms are njce and the resturant was enjoyable and the casino had a very festive quality.

Closing the buffet facilities create a less family atmosphere as shown with the long lines on other establishment, in spite of the pandemic regulations.

Clean, fun and great rooms. Buffet is tasty. Not as Smoky as other casinos.

Facilitates the degradation of community growth and social inspiration by siphoning off the individual to throw his hard earned funds into a stochastic wormhole of rich man fantasias. Terrible. I went con mi familia.

Far from the 15 Fwy but has a nice lazy river pool.

It's very hot where Harrah's located but the AC makes up for that. The just opened new rooms that are better than the older ones. And, the employees are always happy to help.

Disappointed in lack of amenaties,.and food choices. Not even a free bottle of water in room.

You know I went to the casino twice it was okay and that's been a sad second time you know got a room way overpriced beautiful Resort though got tickets for a Buddy Guy concert had a good time

Really fun experience! Hotel room was awesome the pools hot tub and lazy river were awesome and the casino was pretty good too!

We had dinner at 'Ritas Cantina and it was amazing!

Nice accommodations. Great Buffet. The pool area is big and has a side that's adults only. Anyone 21 and under is only allowed in the lazy river. Lazy river is very crowded in the summer. Nothing much for kids to do here except the lazy river but at least they're allowed in the hotel (unlike the Valley View Casino). Hubby has better luck playing here than in the Vegas casinos. Join the Total Rewards program to earn points towards food, drink, rooms and more.

I loved it here! Mikey and Neal at the Dive (bartenders) were amazing and attentive! We had a blast and will be returning soon!

Really nice place, nice pools, plenty of eating options. Nice clean rooms. No negitive experiences the 3 days we spent there. We will be returning when weather warms up a bit to take advantage of the pools.

Harrah's is my preferred hotel, it was my first time at this location and although I did not stay the night it seemed just as pleasant as the other Harrah's I have been to.

Joleen has been absolutely amazing! The waited our table for the Marine Corps 243rd Birthday Ball and was PHENOMINAL! The rest of the staff could definitely learn a thing or two from her! She deserves a raise for sure!!

If I could leave no stars I would DOES NOT ALLOW US TO HAVE UNDER 21 IN THE HOTEL ROOMS SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE DROVE 6 HOURS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS RESORT LEFT A BAD TASTE IN OUR MOUTH. Book at the tons of casinos in the area besides here. Pechanga is big and really nice I won $500 the first day I went with a $20 bill.

Went to see Trevor Noah last Saturday. The show was great. Casino looked clean but I honestly didn't gamble or eat there. I've also been to the Sunday pool parties which are a blast!

I enjoy playing craps but in California it is not a normal game. The roll of the dice indicates the green and red playing cards to expose. These indicate the outcome of the roll. ARG!!

This place was amazing. After the nightmare that was Pala Casino, this place was a dream come true. Rooms are so beautifully decorated. Food at restaurants & buffet are off the hook. And the casino has some of the loosest slots around. Hard to NOT win!

Had the best time with my kids and family in lazy river.

This place is fun. River. Gets crowded they could use more rafts and some more chairs but overall a good time

My husband and I had a great time,playing the slots.We had a hard time finding drinks wish it was more accessible

Staff Made it Amazing,

Very attentive and helpful was able to get us the exact room we wanted, warned us of ongoing expansion construction but we were not bothered by it whatsoever. Midweek prices unbeatable.

Gorgeous pool and spa, ample fitness center, full service starbucks on site.

Buffet top notch, everything exceeded our expectations and we look forward to our next stay.

Do not eat at the Buffet. You will be puking and and have diarrhea the next couple days. other than that the lazy Rivers pretty fun and the swim-up bars okay

The resort fee of $25 per day is left over from old Las Vegas hotels skimming trick started here. You paid for other area hotels provided at no additional fees.

Great lazy pool. Food is good. Coronado suites are fantastic.

I had to go to Harrahs for a social event, the room was clean and the beds where big. I was glad that the room did not smell like smoke. The staff was friendly and help me find my room. I would come back to this hotel.

Attended for a professional conference. Great accommodationa for large conferences. Amazing rooms, amazing food, however everything outside the rooms smells like smoke. That was the only downside for me.
