Awesome just awesome. I want to have a party here

I played the slot machines but overall it's a very nice Casino probably one of the better ones in Southern California. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. And I didn't eat there but looks like there's plenty of places to eat in there.

Totaly amaizing and a great place. Only 4 stars because my room service was slow. Waited 2 hours for 2 pillows and 2 blankets. But overall, it was a great stay.

Resort was fun. Customer service was not that good. Wait times for food took a long time.

Casino has a great buffet really enjoy the food and Will go back again to try my lack.

Visited the casino on a day trip. It was very clean and much more empty compared to Vegas casinos I'm used to going to. its a more quiet and relaxing environment to lounge around. I visited with my dad, did some light gambling and studied for my cpa there.

Ate at the cafe, food was awesome. Played roulette too. Usually go to pala just cause it's closer but this place was cool, deff will come back. Crowd seemed younger than pala too.

Usually lots of people. But nice place i had my little puppy with me an no one told me otherwise. Elevator was close to parking an drops u off inside the casino.. However the slot machines them selves were particularly picky about what bills it would accept. Didnt seem to like the ones that their machines gave.

The food wasn't that great I went for the buffet and was disappointed

Great food within the resort. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very accommodating.

Sucked. Tight slots just as bad as Syquan (SUCKuan). You put service light to get change no one shows up, you ask for help they direct you to change machines. Machines don't even give a return. Enough to keep playing. Straight money pit...you may as well just hand them money when you walk in. We drove over an hour to get there, they knew it was our first time didn't offer anything.

Real nice, Service excellent, friendly, and rooms very nice and beds very comfortable. Disappointed about no free WIFI.

Lost money gambling. Spent a lot of money on food and beverages. Kids had a ton of fun at the lazy river but finding a seat is hard considering how busy it is. Ritas's cantina is good for their tacos with green sauce. Starbucks is super busy. Robeks cost a lot but still tasty. Get the chicken not with avocado at smashburger. Housekeeping ladies are very friendly and sweet. Girls by the pool are not personable. Valet guys are really friendly to deal with. Cocktail waitresses basically run you over to serve other people if youre in the way. Rooms are clean but no tubs in the north tower. No microwaves in rooms either. Vending machines are limited to junk and Pepsi products.

Beautiful resort and casino. Pit boss service late night not good.

Great time good food, was the for dinner and dancing. Good time.

My parents love love this place.This will be the last time for my dad he has dementia. But I will take my mom for Christmas thank you for taking care of my family home from home

Their theater room looks like a slightly more upscale middle school auditorium.

Nice casino with many stores and shops inside. Only spent maybe less than an hour here so I wouldn't say I got to experience everything. They allowed smoking where I was sitting near the bar so that bothered me a bit.

The restaurant by the pool was great the waitress and Waiter we're very nice and helpful didn't have to wait much the service was awesome you got to fix the kids pool you are trying to relax and the kids are a PAIN

I had a lot of fun. The hotel was very clean and modern. The casino had great games. We ate at Tinas cantina and the food was very good. The staff was all very friendly.

Machine too tight, the water in their pool and jacuzzis were murky

Little busy on Sunday with a bit of smoke in the air but always a good time. Food at the buffet was really good this trip and the crab legs were fresh. Full legs too not the split type. Cotton candy was a special treat for dessert. Many winners around us but we weren't too lucky.

Location was off the beaten path, which I loved. Very nice hotel. My room was spacious and clean. Great decor. Pools and spas were awesome. Only problem was the lack vegetarian food options.

Beds were extremely hard, bathroom was dirty. There was hair in our shower and toothpaste splatter on the mirror and water spout.

Very nice casino with lots of good low stakes blackjack tables.

Buffet was good but no lobster....just not able to compete with valley view or pala...

Not much of a gambler anymore, but they have a hidden gem with Earl of Sandwich in the food court!

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Service is excellent and the steaks are huge

The room is amazing, the pool area is extremely relaxing, the food at the different restaurants are rather desireable, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make my stay the greatest possible and has made me definitely want to return

Great rooms and a nice casino. Wish they still had real slot machines and some more blackjack tables. 4 stars, for 5 the casino would have to have more of a vegas feel, like free drinks

The best part of the casino was the Mexican restaurant serving a good Tajin rimmed shaken margarita. Tres por favor.

The room I had gotten, smelled like smoke and old. Kids can only be in the lazy pool while adults get multiples pools feels unfair.

Midweek fun with friends. Had a great time thanks to complimentary rooms.

Harrahs was fantastic. The grounds are beautiful. The customer service was awesome. Food and drinks were yummy. I would go back time and time again.

This rate should be zero. It is in the middle of nowhere.The service was horrible. The concierge was both useless and clueless, especially when it came to shuttle times which as it seems was not even available. The complimentary ride functioned at an inconvenient time. The meat was undercooked. The rest of the food lacked flavor. The term "resort" was used quite generously with this destination. The only "resort" activity was the pool which closed early. On a positive note, at least I did not lose money in the casino.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Fun everywhere you go in the place.

Every time I visit... I leave a WINNER!!! Love Harrahs!!!

Pretty cool place enjoyed the all u can eat buffet. They have a smoking section for u smokers. My niece was allowed to eat at buffett so it's all ages.

Happy hour review. Between the various venues you'll find a happy hour going on pretty much 3-11pm (Sun-Thurs). Corked has a nice evening happy hour with 25% off wine beer and we'll drinks. Their beer prices are already fair for a resort bar and this promotion drops craft beer pint prices to an even better deal. 8-10 nicely currated taps offers a lot for the prime time of 8-11pm (Sun-Thurs). Worth a stop, especially when live music is involved.

Overpriced, not a ton of incentives, and one of my least favorite casinos in the Total Rewards family.

Had a wonderful time. The New spa looks amazing. I can't wait to try it. I'LL be back real soon.

Cool resort, great pool, but some of the most expensive drinks of all the casinos and the tightest slots.

The hotel is no better or worse than Pala but you can almost never get a poker game at Harrah's but you can always get a no-limit game at Pala

Room was nice. Staff friendly. Usually always enjoy my time there. They need to loosen up the slots a bit.

I don't gamble so can't comment on that. We went for the buffet because my wife's mom loves Dungeness crab. I tried a lot of stuff including crab, shrimp, sushi, fried chicken, prime rib, and some desserts. None of it was great. The crab was watery with a strange alkaline flavor. The prime rib itself was cooked well but lacked seasoning so was fairly bland. Nothing I ate was above 3 stars flavor wise, though none really terrible either. Overall not worth the price.

Nice clean, not to crowded.. Good buffet, went there to see the band- CHICAGO. nice venue not too big or too small.!! Excellent place..!!

I went to Harrah's for their buffet and although it was a little smaller than Barona for example, their food was good nonetheless. They have a great selection of foods and the staff was friendly. Price wise, was about the same as the other local Casinos.

The room was exceptional. And love the casino set up.

Great location. Super mellow. We really enjoyed the pool. Bartenders at swim up bar.... awesome. Amazing steakhouse. 2$ to double your drink.
