Cafe is excellent for late night food choices, definitely better than overpriced Viejas

I went to play some slots.... Played maybe five different slots and around 80 dollars but not a single bonus on any of them. The payout is terrible.

Thank goodness for Google directions or I might not have found the place. Aside from that I was completely satisfied with the room, Service and the casino.

The two bedroom suite was great and the lazy river was so much fun

It was the worst experienceever.. I will never go there again!! I locked myself out of my room and the housekeeper was in front of my door. I asked her if she could please open my door. And she said she was unable too.It was 4:00 pm and my room was still not cleaned. She called her manager (Brenda) for approval and Brenda said she could not open my door.They made me go down stairs with a wrap I had around my body, with no wig and bare footed.They made me go to registration and let them know what happen and security was to come with me to open the door.

The most humiliating thing I had ever happen to me. I was in bad car accident a few years ago my Neck had to be fuse, I went in to shock and lost my hair. I have Alopecia and I wear a wig. The manager Becky made me go downstairs without my wig or scarf. When I beg her to have the housekeeper please open the door.

Well the front desk knew who I was and gave me the key to get in the room.

The housekeeper supervisor Brenda prohibit her to clean my room with no reason by this time it was 5:15 I had to cancel my dinner. I tried to file a complain to a rude person name Ricky and explain what happen and said those were the rules I felt completly discriminated.

Please take me off your list I will never go back to Harrah Rincon and will file a complain and put on social media
believe or not I worked for Harrah in 2001 when it was a small tent. Google my name Sandy Pina California Delegate you will see I have over 100,000 followers and donate thousands of dollars for children cause- when I win I give it all to Children Charities. I have a home in LA call (Sandy House) it's for runaway girls all this is not going to look good in then News Papers or TV.

Cigar smoke is disgusting & everywhere with little ventilation. Very disappointed.

Always a great summer weekend get-a-way. Plenty of gaming activities along with the best pool experience.

Never won anything anytime I've been there, but they have nice rooms.

The rooms are really nice, the whole casino is really nice! The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because of the staff. From check in to Starbucks, and everywhere in between the staff is really not very professional or friendly. The service is mediocre at best, I came here wanting to spend money but attitude of every person that works here really killed my buzz!

Great place to spend the day and night. They have an awesome pool and lazy river. The best time to play the slots for me has been week day afternoon. The buffet has a large selection of great choices.

It was real nice and clean, loved it. I had a room on the bottom floor and it had very comfortable pillows in my opinion. The buffet was very nice. I had a mixture of every kind of food. Service was average and friendly. I am planning to go there again.

Nice rooms and plenty of slot machines and tables. Pool area is very nice also.

Went here to get in a poker game. They didn't have any tables going so I went to the spa for a great massage, figuring by the time I was done a game would be in progress. However, after several hours at the spa and killing time playing Joker Poker, a 1/3 table never materialized. The casino itself seemed up to the standards of Harrah's, only other was really empty during the middle of the day while in was there. I'd go back, if I could confirm some action beforehand.

Yet to lodge but the Resort is a Sinatra felt place

Awesome gaming. Lots of food choices. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The Members Rewards are actually worth something and you don't have to break the bank in order to earn them.

The pizza was great.and the slots were pretty loose.

Beautiful casino, staff are very pleasant and the pool is an awesome area for those young and the Adults..

If there was a chance of me leavin zero stars I would my 5 day stay was indeed the worst ever. First of the staff is the worst ever unhelpful and rude as u can imagine. Even tho your a Seven Star they they don t treat you any way special. I would never stay here and don t recommended any one to stay here or waste any of your trips here. Then we go to the concert in a pool area the bartender ID me with my seven star players card with my picture on it. Worst experience ever don t come here believe me go to Vegas instead where they take care of all good players.

Had a Mexican buffet for a pre-wedding celebration. The atmosphere was nice but the food was terrible. The chicken and beef for the fajitas were way over cooked. The casino itself was nice. I thought the grounds, gardens and pools were spectacular!

HARRAH'S HAS THE BEST POOL AREA OF ALL THE CASINOS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!! THE BEST WATERFALL JACUZZI I'VE EVER SEEN !!! YOU MUST EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF!!! IT'S AWSOME !!!

Its so cool here they got old they got new games ...they've got great rooms ...its all the way around cool .

Staff was very friendly and and professional. Location is a bit remote, but has a gorgeous view from the presidential suite. New amenities are being added that are more focused on a healthy lifestyle. The pool area is well maintained with a good energy. Casino floor is a bit smoky. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations.

This place is a gem. I don't gamble at all. So, you would think why is this guy reviewing a casino. Well, a casino has other amenities like food, a spectacular lazy river and this one in particular has an awesome venue for concerts. In fact, we recently went to the Roots concert here; and it absolutely was the best one that I've been to in quite awhile. The sound was so crazy. You could feel the music. Even though the se as its were quite comfortable, everyone was rocking and rolling all night. Hey casino, if you're reading this, I need one of those speakers to annoy my annoying neighbor!

Had a great time... good music played by the DJ. Won on the slots YES! Stayed in a Dive room. Has a large soaker tub.

Lots of fun, just like always. Spacious, clean rooms. Attentive staff. Great margaritas!

Excellent place to spend bunos time and good times.

I must say it was probably cutting edge in 2010. A little run down but not unnacceptably its starting to get out dated. And yes I expect top notch when I'm losing money at the money losing place.

I haven't had a chance to stay in the actual hotel part yet. I have looked into it manyt times but it always has been really expensive. I know you get what you pay for, but it would be nice to be able to stay there and now worry about heading home. It is a bit of a drive to get there so plan ahead if drinking.

Now, the drinking... the Dive pool is awesome. It has a lazy river you can flaot in and it is very popular. The "scenery" and people watching is fun. The drinks can hit your wallet hard so plan ahead.

These machines are TIGHT. I was shocked when we hit the 500 on cash machine. We basically got our money back and RAN. Go here for the Pool and relaxation Not to win big.

This a my go to place when I want a staycation!!! Staff is always great lots of eating options great bar's bonus that they offer doubles for an extra $1. This is also in my mind the only local casino resort in San Diego that is not just for adults but family i.e. kid friendly. Back to my fav resort and casino tip.....4 floor even numbers not the best view.

Nice pool area and hotel, slots doesn't really pay out, diamond match is s*ck, can't even get in the lounge, need certain number of point first!!! I'll just spend my money some else to get a better treatment.

The check in line for Diamond is slower than the regular line.

We always have a great time there! Playing, food, environment, and location is always such a blast!! The staff is great and friendly. My husband and I did a class for the Total Rewards program and our instructor by the name of Alex (i hope i got the last name right)Tamayo was beyond AMAZING!! He was so knowledgeable with the program and he was entertaining, which made the class fun! Thank you again Alex!! After doing the 30min class we got to chose if we wanted the buffet, points, or free play; all which are free. Of course we went with the buffet, which has great food and dessert was delicious. There was so many choices and they had pho! The rooms are comfortable and relaxing. The pool, which we didn't get to do because it was raining; looked so fun and relaxing. They did warm up the pools due to weather. We can see the steam levitate from the pools and did I mention a lazy river!! All in all highly and extremely recommend!

Nice hotel, pool and spa. buffet is below average.

I had the most amazing weekend. Great service, the room's are clean and really nice. The pool with the lazy river was amazing. Their Cabanas are so comfy and the staff was so attentive. I had so much fun. Got to see great fights too

Took my wife there for Mother's Day and to my surprise they weren't very busy. Look Harrah's Rincon, have stayed there MANY times but I've got to tell you, the bartenders that were working that day (afternoon) were the slowest things on God's earth. Not attentive, slow, flat out spent more time in the cocktail well station than looking to see if anyone wanted a drink at the bar. I work in a high volume/fine dining establishment in Laguna Beach and could seriously run circles around these two guys and I'm 57 YEARS OLD! This experience will not turn me off from coming there but whoever is in charge of the F&B dept. should pay attention! Can't wait for the remodel to be finished! Miss the sports lounge!

The Casino was great! The buffet was delicious and the price was reasonable for the quantity and quality

The rooms were amazing, the events center was really nice. Only thing I was bummed about was the buffet was closed by the time our event was over. The restaurants were still open luckily.

I was invited to a slot tourment on Saturday by my new host Sofia. I asked if I could come on Friday since I live in Oxnard. Thought was charged for Friday comped Saturday. Well bad communication from my host kicked out with family on Saturday then charged for late check out. Worst Host and Director Victor Li says he understands but I have to go. Hello Oxnard 100 plus miles. "Victor Li your more than welcome to enjoy the pool. KMA! I loved this spot with Lissa as my host. I love casinos but will NEVER take a drive for poor service.

Hotel rooms big, clean and the restaurants have excellent food.Couldn't win there but had fun trying, recommended.

Went mostly for the pool/ lazy river. It was loud and had a college party vibe, but spacious and as advertised.

It's always a fun place to go during the summer. The lazy river is very popular and fun to soak in during those hot summer days. The adult pools have bars where you can order and drink right where you're soaking.

Excellent rooms however pit bosses are extremely tight with reward points. Excellent buffet and quite charming. But RGGE (real gamblers go elsewher).

This is a well maintained hotel with a clean and generous atmosphere.
There is also plenty of space for self parking.

Starbucks coffee shop is located in the hotel.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The Oyster Bar in the hotel is nice too.
Buffet is also good.

Reward management is also good.
I like the staff service in the hotel.
Friendly service Even if you only have eyes, you will be greeted and feel better.

Spending time together in the pool with the kids is another pleasure.

Valet parking is available free of charge.
