Bad customer service
One time I ordered food from fiore I found lots of white hairs in it
They are very cheap and greedy
I don't think anyone wins anymore

Lots of outside seating by the pool, food was good but service seems overwhelmed with new layout for now. Still Great to get out of the house

There food and most things are really over priced and some of the staff have some attitude

When you are standing in the Buffet line Harrahs makes you Feel like a Second Class Citizen when they serve the higher Category Card holders first. While our line grows they Continue to help the other line. Everyone was complaining.

The machines do not pay out. If you are coming to gamble expect to lose . But the rooms are nice and customer service is great. .

Very nice resort. Atmosphere is very relaxing. Really enjoyed myself. Will be going back.

Beautiful casino and pool area for the kids and family

It is a great place the pool was fun with a DJ and the penny machines pay good winnings

It's a awesome hotel in the Harrahs chain and has the best lazy river.

Harrah's Rincon is like a friendly small town....ALL the employees are great!

I was only here for a concert this time, but I have been to the hotel before to stay and use DIVE. One of my favorite hotels! The amenities are great! The rooms are comfy and above and beyond a Las Vegas casino room

The resort is beautiful and we would stay again. We are Diamond rewards members that recently moved to Southern California and were excited to be so close to a Caesar's property. Unfortunately, the billing department is horrible. After our stay nearly 3 weeks ago, we are still working on a refund for a double charge. We left messages with the accounting office and have talked to Patricia, one of the managers, but were left with no option but to dispute the charge with American Express because we weren't getting any kind of resolution trying to work with the resort employees.

DO NOT USE YOUR PREPAID CARD FOR INCIDENTAL. IT WILL TAKE 30 DAYS TO REFILL BACK. $150

Great casino in the middle of no where. Great pool and great vibe.

I give one star because at the service desk there was a long line at a stead of the clerks behind the desk helping the guests in line they were too busy gossiping about yourself instead of getting everybody out the line it was nerve-wrecking

Meh. Pala is better. The slots are super tight and the whole hotel smelled of smoke. I like the variety of food places within the casino and rooms were ok though walls are pretty thin. Didnt get a chance to use the lazy river since it was cold and rainy.

My new favorite get away. The staff are amazing, so friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The pool is beautiful, the Lazy River was so much fun. We also enjoyed the fire pits and made s'mores. It was a wonderful experience!

I wasn't staying in the hotel, I was there for the buffet and gambling which was good as usual.

Only ages 21+ for pools.My kids are wanting to go badly. They are stuck in quarantine and it is stupid about the age limit.

My first time at Harrah's to watch the Sting and Shaggy concert. I drove far to see them. Harrah's is a cool casino, really clean, modern, and the concert was phenominal! I love Sting even more now! Great venue and stage. I'm going to see The Blue's Brother's play in December at the casino!!!

Very disappointed... I m a 25 year faithful player at Caesar s properties. They are not following mask rules during there re opening. I went Sunday Aug 30 and left after an hour because I lost count of how many people had their masks off and security was no where to be found. Shame on you for not keeping your casino safe.

My visit to Harras's Resort socal was very pleasant and enjoyable.

I use to rate this hotel a 5 stars, but I had to take one star off for having all levels of players card stand in the same line. At all other locations we've been to, my husband goes straight to diamond lounge, here we waited 25 min. The other star is taken off for the waiting so long on a drink.

Harrah's is a good hotel. Although it is mainly focused on the casino, so it is far from any other places, with the exception of a gas station a little over 50 meters away. That and it is pretty expensive, making even WiFi paid for. However, it is well crafted to make you stay, and they're good at it. 4/5.

This place gave us a Vegas feel! And so much closer to home. I'm looking forward to coming back in warmer weather. Even though the pools are heated. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Staff members at the fiore steakhouse were amazing and the filet mignon was to die for.

Waiters at the Casino can be a little testy but overall friendly staff!

I must admitted that this Harrah's SoCal resort is gorgeous resort! Such a nice people here, treated me as a VIP TR diamond (while I'm not in Vegas, is kool ) and comps room in a little suite? Very kool! Was thrilled received the upgraded room to this corner beautiful suite, how amazing was that? Thank you so much! Oh, The driving and location? Nice drive for sure, love it, location is perfect, secluded! The view is spectacular pool view! It just beautiful! Highly recommended!

My favorite casino. The Black Jack tables actually have 10$, 15$, & etc. That includes the buster bet at the same time.

Overall a nice place. What do you expect, its a casino! Its a high class establishment. My personal feedback to the management: The atmosphere is a little dark and the slot machines could pay out more!

Just returned from a NYE dinner at Fiore's which is one of the high end restaurants. My wife and I were initially pleased with the service as a higher end place. We soon found though that individuals dressed in sweat pants, team jerseys and what looked to be pajamas in one case were being seated around us. Obviously there's no dress code as they'll take anyone.... Food was fair to good. My Filet was slightly over cooked but didn't say anything as I didn't want to wait for a returned plate. All in all, we expected a better experience for the price we paid ($200+) for dinner there. Last, if you're a non-smoker, stay away as the smell in the casino was nauseating.

It's fun because it's just far enough away from everything that it feels like you're going on an actual vacation. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are nice and modern

The rooms are nice, except in the Dive side. Those rooms were a bit dingy and older although they have couches which was kind of cool. I get a lot of offers here. More than any other casino and I have only been here a handful of times. I don't like the fact that it's impossible to walk in to the spa and get an eyebrow wax. The appointment times were very inconvient and when I went in as a walk in which the website says is fine, 5 people where working there and there were no customers and I was still unable to get a 5 minute eyebrow wax. All the staff were just standing around. The buffet is okay at best. The staff there were Really pushy since it was close to the time they close after lunch. The food is decent but they don't have enough waitresses as it took me like 10 minutes to get a straw. The worst restaurant is the cafe. The staff is slow and the food takes forever to come out, although I have to say on this trip, the waitress was quick and the food came out the fastest it ever has. So that was an improvement. Out of all the free play offers I have received, I can honestly say I NEVER have won anything on it. Ha ha. Although my boyfriend won a $5000 jackpot on a penny machine on his own money. That's not too bad. Overall, I like the casino but the staff leaves a few things to be desired. I don't feel like they try to go out of their way to improve the customer experience. Small requests like a late check out or a comped meal were not handled for me and although I understand that extra comps are based on play, I almost became a diamond member in 1 day. So I spent a significant amount of money on my trip and my small requests were denyed. I plan to come back up here and hopefully some of my feedback will help to improve some of the challenges I see with the staff.

This one star review aims to draw the serious attention of the management of this casino resort to immediately correct their some ridiculous practices, which since recently have dramatically downgraded their own image and really disappointed their loyal customers like me in many ways. Here are some examples:
1. Plastic water glasses in their hotel room
They used to provide two or more drinking glasses in the hotel guest room, which are made from real glass, but now each room has only two disposable plastic cups as shown in the photo i.e., dime-a-dozen type flimsy and low-end cups.
2. Toilet paper napkins in their buffet restaurant
They used to give decent paper napkins to their buffet customers, but recently for a period of time, customers were given dirt cheap, toilet- paper-quality napkins. However, as seen in the last weekend, they had resumed to providing better napkins again, though not as good as their original ones. I am now not quite sure if they would still cut cost on paper, but I really think they shouldn t use toilet paper to serve their decent customers for their pricy buffet at their decent restaurant.
3. Incomplete cutlery in their buffet restaurant
Buffet customers are now given only knife and forks while being seated, no spoon is wrapped in the silverware roll any more. When your coffee is served by the waiter or waitress, a spoon will still not be given unless you make a special request. If you don't want to request, you have to either stir your coffee with your knife or steal a spoon from the ice cream station.
Things like the above make me very sick. Like many other guests, I regularly come to this place for seeking the fun of a luxurious life not for experiencing a frugal life on a shoestring budget. To contribute two or three thousand dollars to this casino resort on one visit is nothing special for me. Then, how can they treat me like a vagrant staying at a cheap motel?
I've heard people in hospitality industry saying that these kinds of cheap acts are signals indicating a company would soon go out of business. I've been very loyal to this resort for many years and I really hope this is not the case for Harrah s Resort Southern California.

1/21/2019 ---- Plastic Cups
I seriously doubt Harrah's Resort has ever read our reviews and sincerely tried to improve any. I recently stayed again at Harrah's Resort and found they were still providing their hotel guests with flimsy plastic cups instead of glassware. The use of cheap plastic cups not only represent a very low taste but totally contradict Harrah's environmental protection proclamation of "Going Green."

Everything was great except pool water is dirty and low water pressure in my room shower

I love the place. Its clean combinations your new and Sparkly. Yeah atmosphere is just uplifting and the time you have their will be fabulous I guarantee it.

The rooms were very neat, and they were a lot of fun stuff to do there like swim in the pool or eat at the good restaurants.

Harrah's has really picked up the experience in the last year or so...players club comps and free slot play offers are almost everyday and gifts are worth the trip to pick them up. Machines are new and fun. Actually hit jackpots here more than any other casino in san diego area. Love the abundance of hotel offers and food comps are generous and food is great. Slot tournaments and other promotions every week too. Overall i am very happy with the entertainment experience and the player rewards options & gifts. Plus i have won more jackpots at this casino recently too. A big change from past years experience for sure.

Its amazing chill vibes staff is great I was able to enjoy my family time kids are able to go and they also had a great time they have a pool area

Didn't like the Crowd.....A lot of drunk obnoxious people.

Looks great when you walk in. Hotel has limited amenities. Buffet was mediocre, not good for those with gluten intolerance. I ordered room service, asked if they have gluten free bread. Was told that they have a gluten free English muffin. I ordered a sandwich, which says it comes with your choice of bread. Asked for the gluten free muffin instead of sandwich bread. Was told there's an $8 charge for the muffin. $8 for a piece of bread? My sandwich was $13 (with fries). Why am I being charged for bread anyway? I'm not asking to substitute for some random item. Bread for bread. It just adds to the reasons why I won't be returning.

NOT GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY.

I have been playing the machines in this place for quite sometime and deposited a lot but when I visited yesterday to get my gift I wasn t qualified? I played and deposited again some more anyway. Maybe my points are not being recorded properly. Maybe next time.

What a joke of a VIP superbowl party the people running it are worthless and dont know how to host save your money go elsewhere , deserves zero stars not the required 1

Spacious casino & good food...Service, rate, room, everything! All good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating specially Crystal from the frontdesk.Very professional in trying to please the guests. The last time we stayed at Harrahs is 4 months ago and we stayed at the Dive building,what a big difference.Better and cleaner.The Dive supervisor Diana was very sweet.Good costumer service skills she even help us with our luggage and walk us on our room. The next day we saw here on the elevator she remember our name and greet us with a SMILE. Excellent experience. I will recommend Harrahs.

The hotel is nice, except you have to pay for wifi. The food at Fiori is very good and the service is great. I only wish I would win once in a while. I would come here more often if I did.

Its okay. Slot variety is good. Updated slots and plenty of card tables. If its your first time and want a player card late at night, you may have to wait. I went after 12am and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to find a person to sign me up...and no freeplay!!??
