Great place to deposit your money Lots of restaurant to enjoy while your making tour deposit

If I could have given this place 0 Stars, I would have. The room was decent and have a nice bathtub, that was the highlight of this resort. The table limits were extremely high for such a low grade casino. The dealers had next to 0% personality and were not interactive at all. We tried all but one of the restaurants and the food was subpar at best. They ran out of items that we chose from each restaurant. The buffet food was straight out of a box, very processed and disgusting. It took them over an hour to figure out my free play promotion and did not honor the $30 food credit to our room charge. The pool was unremarkable and swarming with bees. We will absolutely NOT be returning to this property, ever.

Super clean, family friendly, not crowded, 21+ fun, 21+ pools including a swim up bar, awesome lazy river, friendly staff. Can't wait to go back!

Great band "Don't Look Back" and thankfully outside, because as soon as you walk through the door you get blasted with smoke!

Great for a first time Casino visit. Just wish there was a No Smoking area where you can play slots but I'm being too picky.

Excellent service and staff was helpful all the way from valet to the dealers on the casino floor. The pool was super relaxing and clean too.

My wife and I spent the weekend here and we will never come back to this place. The servers and bartenders have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen, two of their slot machines literally stole money from me and according to the so called supervisor "he was not going to review camera footage over such a small amount of money" this place sucks. We should have stayed at Valley View instead.

You will NOT win here. You WILL wait way too long in buffet lines. I think they should do more for military personnel. Special lines and priority seating.

Best thing is Burger Well done (because it will be still a little pink at that) Bun on the side ! Because sometimes they let it sit for a second and the bun will get sogg. Fries are so good hint of Top Ramen

Service was great. Wasnt there for to long but when i was with my company it was prefectly fine.

Pool and bar was wonderful, lots of fun. Restaurants were nice but over crowded on Saturday night. They need more places to eat. Starbucks was good.

Great resort to take your kids. Lazy river is the best thing to do.

Haven't quite exploring the many quality services to fully experience California's 1st solar powered casino I admit how the business flourishes exponentially! Superb eating and cuisine options, night life to indulge the bigger party in, dollar slots and luke warm tables it's an all around great stop!!

Rooms are very clean, modern and "green". Large comfortable bed! :)
Had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet, the Oyster Bar and Fiore.. all absolutely delicious.
Also lots of options in the gambling arena.
Will definitely come back for another weekend getaway <3

I had a great time at the beer and sake festival ,the pool party was also great, and the hotel room was nice and spacious.

Machines need service. Ordering drinks from a machine takes a long time to get. When calling for service on a machine there is no response.

The hotel rooms are pretty nice as well as the comps in cash and gifts. However, the personality and the attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. Front desk check in, not that pleasant. Spas services, not available and staff not very helpful. Room service is good, not always available though and expensive. Haven't had any major wins and have had next to none at all using any free play offers. My boyfriend did win a $5000 jackpot on our first trip here though on a 1 cent penny slot machine. So maybe it's just me.

We rented out a cabana for the day after a long week of finals to unwind with classmates. The resort was clean, service was phenomenal, and the pools were pleasant. Only gripe is that there weren't enough tubes for the lazy river. Otherwise it was a great experience!

The masters of illusions show was pretty good. The show was entertaining and funny. The tickets were a little expensive though. It was a good time. One problem we had though was the seating, it was hard to see the stage if someone tall sits in front of you and you end up looking at just the side monitors the whole time instead of the performance on stage. The casino was very busy on Saturday night but I was still able to find a open seat to play any table game I wanted.

Great room, great service, good gaming, mediocre cafe with an interminable wait, terrible road.

We drove all the way from Phoenix, AZ to find out our booked reservation could not be found in their system. The customer service reps. were extremely rude and would not offer any reduce cost even though I'm a member. No free WiFi, even my local McDonald's offers WiFi at no cost, and not to mention, machines are old and casino floor is small. Extremely bad experience, shame on Harrah's Rincon Resort, save your money.

Good resort with a lot of things to do. The floating through the river pool was cool, the buffet was a reasonable $26 per person for Sunday brunch, and the gambling was fun. They even had modern looking slots with huge screens.

So fun, nice place, made some money, enjoyed time with family. Relaxing hotel.

They take your tempature at the door. They wipe down surfaces that have been touched. I felt good about being there during a pandemic. The steak house was a great experience!

Nice drive, clean place. Has military upgrade to Platinum players card. Buffet was great...loved the dole whip!

If you are a gambler, you're better off at Pauma for winnings. If you like pools and a bit of fun partying, this is a better option. If you're a high roller, their Silver Services are really nice in the Lounge.

I've stayed many times at Harrah's and I've been dining there for over 15 years. Through the many changes, Harrah's has remained a fun place to stay or just have dinner at. The lazy river and pool area are beautiful. The dining options are varied enough that you can dine here often.

It's clean and well organized. It's like a mini Vegas away from Vegas. The drive is kind of a pain but I here there's a free bus.

Rooms are nice. Hosts are kind and generous.
All employees make you feel at home.
Buffet is my only drawback here, was expensive and presentation scores low.
My food was not at correct temp.
Cafe was excellent..

Liked everything but the pools...We had an issue getting a Cabana and pool management was very rude. We came here for the pools so we will NOT be returning to this resort.

They used to be much better, until the most recent hotel expansion. Good player club. Decent buffet & other dining options. The best pool area of So Cal hotel/casinos.

I enjoyed my time recently to Harrah's. We just hung out at yhe DiVE bar, ate at the buffet, and gambled. Compared to the local casino's nearby, it has a very modern and contemporary designed interior with newer slot machines and a very nice tiki tropical themed pool area at the DiVE bar. Things that I would have liked: a more machines and more food options at the buffet. Other than the pool area, I'd put in my last place I would want to visit again over Pala, Pechanga, Morongo. Its above Soboba's casino because it has a buffet and newer styled interior.

Details, perhaps the housekeeping team could close the door to the toilet area. The dust has built up on the door slats. Makes one wonder what else has not been tended to? Buffet was good, not fabulous for $29.99, server never returned, no coffee refill. No clearing of dishes, disappointing. All of the staff was very friendly and professional, except server/buffet. The room and view were beautiful.

book the place you will not regret it! best pool in a ressort I ever been. went right the pool it opened, since mid day it gets really packed. the hotel room was very nice and cleaning ladies did a great job! the rooms where average but no complaints.

Hotel is great. Most of the food was good. Slots are pretty tight.

Our stay was fine until the last day. Then we got zero help changing rooms with a broken a.c at 400 am. They would not let us switch rooms

Went to San Diego. I called Harrahs while traveling from Northern California. They were very nice and comped me a room for the night. Thank you!

It's been some ti.e since I was last there...it felt very familiar when I arrived...I got there on a Sunday so it did not feel o we crowded..I enjoyed my couple of days and left feeling very happy...well it's was birthday weekend anyway..

The buffet has improved since my last visit about a year ago.

I been a Caesar's rewards member for many years and I've been at a few of there Harris casinos, Southern California Harris casino was a pretty poor place to go, service for members isn't good at all. The rooms were outdated, VIP or hosts don't call there member back at all. Some of the dealers were rude, the restaurants close after 12am, I had to get food at the local 7 eleven next door. I wont be recommending this places at all. There's better service for member at Morango Casino for there guests. I had a room for two nights and left after my first night there. I'll be posting my review on Yelp soon.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. My one gripe is with the drink prices, they seemed 25 to 40 percent higher than they should have been. People drop a lot of money at a casino, they could at least make drinking affordable. This changes my desire to go back.

The gaming floor was clean and set up well. The staff were helpful, nice, and courteous. Nice place to visit.

The Casino its OK but a little neutral not much personality. But its not bad at all, has lits places to eat. The machines are not as fin as Pauma or Pala Casinos machines.
