Harrahs Resort & Casino Review

Nice new casino... some of the poll furniture was old. But I wasn't there for the pool.

Awesome pool and cool buffet. A bit off the beaten path but a great staycation destination.

Had a wonderful time, all the employees are really nice! Won a little, lost a little, overall, great place to go.

A trip through the mountains led us to Harrahs when we least expected it. Very welcoming and fun environment.

The machines were fantastic and then with the good lord giveth some of those machines took it away...

Very nice place to stay with everything you need to include good food. A bit loud in the casino area.

I Love the atmosphere just wish they would pay out more winnings and the food is good...

The best socal casino. It's just like a Vegas casino, but without the free alcoholic drinks. And they're pool complex is amazing!

I stayed here for a work related trip, and was not impressed.

They charge $13 for 24 hours of Internet usage, $10 extra dollars to use a not-so-big gym. And when I wanted a cup of coffee in the morning, I went to the cafe only to find it closed. When I went to the front desk to ask why it wasn't open, I was told "I guess someone called in sick and they didn't get it covered, don't you have coffee in your room?" Yes, I did, but I had to get to work, so I didn't have time to go make it.

Furthermore, my room had a peanut on the floor, a water bottle (not mine) under the chair, and a pubic hair in the tub.

I'd rather stay at a cheap motel with free breakfast, coffee, Internet and clean rooms.

If you are going strictly for gambling, I'm sure it's fine.

Had a great experience. Their swim up bar was great, could use a couple more seats but still awesome service.

It's like all the other casinos . The bigger they get the less you win. It's a nice casino but I was very disappointed when they didn't offer anything for joining players club and it seemed like we inconvenienced them because they were talking.

Always fun! Win win win! I love the bartenders by the top golf place. Everyone is friendly and helpful at this place.

The rooms are great but gambling there wasn't the best experience I've had although it wasn't the worst either. I also enjoyed the food there and thought the pool DJ was exceptional.

They didn't say you weren't allowed to be 18 there one person in my party was and we were told that they aren't even supposed to be on the property. Other than that inside the casino it was very poor air due to smoke but overall didn't seem like a bad place.

Went there for a job interview results weren't what I wanted though the trip was okay, ate at Pinks. Great bacon chili cheese dog.

Nice casino floor with attentive staff. Just wish the wifi was free for those who can't or don't choose to gamble.

We went for just a few hours to play a little of the slots. She wanted to play the game I played last time we went. Well, Jackpot!! She hit a $4k jackpot and it made the trip worth the 80 minute drive. Great casino and lots of fun. Highly recommend.

I visit here a lot. It needs a new restaurant or two, but the Oyster Bar is tough to beat. Delicious food there. Also, the casino reeks of smoke. They have got to do something about it. Its the first thing i noticed entering from the parking lot. The Fiore Bar used to be my favorite spot to drink n play, but it is now littered with malfunctioning, old machines. Its often a hassle to gamble there due to the number of funky machines. They can do so much better. I like the pool and the beds, bathrooms, and rooms are very nice.

Okay, so we had booked a smoking room, but upon check-in, we were told that there were no smoking rooms available. Instead, they offered an upgrade to a 1br suite w/ a balcony. We walked in the room and couldn't believe our eyes. Like two kids in a candy store running around and getting "lost" in our own room.

It was located in the Spa Tower with a view of the entire pool area. It also came with a jacuzzi tub and a huge shower. 1 1/2 baths. It was pretty kick ass.

The casino itself can't compare to Vegas and is pretty small for a Harrah's themed establishment. Lots of slots, table games. etc. There's a Starbucks, Buffet, Sports Bar and Craft beer bar surrounding the casino. Stay away from the gift shop as everything is SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED! I think it's there for people that won big and want to have somewhere to spend their money.

On the other end of the hotel is a taco "truck" attached to a Mexican restaurant. They have bitchin happy hour specials and nice strong margaritas. The taco truck has some pretty bomb tacos also.

At night they opened up the Dive Club in the pool area. Lots of young groms dancing to wack EDM music. There's good EDM, but it wasn't played that night. Luckily, one of the huge perks to this hotel is that there is a 7-11 right next door. Get your drinks there and take them to the room and have yourself a proper pre-party on the cheap.

Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations and will definitely return!

Room was great! Staff was friendly and food was good.

It was a great stay overall. A very nice get away with a lazy river perfect for family. Hotel staff went above and beyond. Sign up for there rewards for free rooms and discounts.

Super tight slots, better options 10 mins away in either Direction.

The kids and the adults loved the lazy river!! We ate at the buffet on a Sunday night and think we will pass on the buffet next time. We did try the Rita cantina, the place that looks like a food truck near the pool, the tacos were good and the churros were hot, crunchy, and very yummy.

I had no idea that Funner, California even existed until we went to Harrah's Resort. What a great place!! My soaking tub was huge and I was lucky on slots. What's better than that?? Great buffet selections, great accommodations, had a blast!

We have been here several time and had a great time every time. Highly suggest you visit.

Really nice hotel but the wait times to check out were subpar and very long. I also did not like the bed linens there was only sheets and a thin blanket folded up in the closet no comforter in site and it was freezing.

When I just don't work hard enough for my money yet

They have crappy old machines and they wouldn't give me a players card because I had an interim (paper) DMV issued license. I head lost my CDL and was in the process of getting it replaced. All the other casino accept it...I think if they did a little investigating they would find out it's legal! Oh well. I stayed about ten minutes but only have them 15 bucks!

Very poor I am broken heart because I lost $big money, I been coming to this place for long time and the most horrible experience is that on the same row of machines the other people keep wining and me nothing, the machine just keep taking the money and I lost so bad. This happen a couple a weeks ago and I dont get any money back anymore I guess they dont want me to keep coming back because it's Horrible experience just keep loosing and loosing I just want to kill myself to be so fool and keep coming to a great beautiful place.

Was only there for a night because of the lilac fire. Very nice place, but didn't spend very long there

Harrahs is one of my favorite Casinos. Great choice of slot machines.

One of my favorite buffets. Love the ceviche, it was actually better than I expected. Kids love their pizza.

This is a place i go to consistently after work now I go there for the drinks and food not to gamble I enjoy drinking at the sports bar it's a nice environment to hang out and chill the bartenders are always nice and I recommend if you're in the mood to relax and maybe play it eat.

This is nice! Too bad there isn t a half/star option bcuz my experience is probably closer to 3.5 or slightly better. What I did like was that the room was spacious and good for the price (I just stayed at the Bellagio in Las Vegas the week before and it was nearly x5 the price per/night, of course it was nicer so Harrah s wasn t bad at all). More games than I expected. The bad...minimum bet BJ tables were $20-25 per play. Even at the Bellagio there were many tables that are $15 and at certain times you can find a $10 table. They also wouldn t allow us an additional hour for a late check out which sucked because we woke up late and hustled to get out. Not their fault but an extra hour would ve made a big difference

It was alot of fun. More people than we were expecting. Plenty of machines open.
Can't wait to come back.

Harrah's during this covid experience was not very good, very strict with their rules made it difficult you have a good time . 1 drink per plate of food no more. One drink for entree at the pool that was overbooked and seems to be very disorganized. Guest do not have preference to a seat at pool. people from outside seem to control most of the reservations. No alcohol at the pool unless you have a plate of food. Long lines to gamble to eat to do anything even though the place is only half full. I will not be going back soon

There's a nice buffet and lazy river. Although the pools are really age-restricted

Excellent!!! From checking in until we checked out. Customer service was more than 5 star. The rooms are the best. Food was 5 star. Hospitality was top of the line.

I won that day at that casino and I haven't been there for a while

Had a great time pool was nice but your bar tenders need to get prices for some drinks the same price .had 3 baileys n coffees got 3 different prices.

I was driving back from Escondido to the desert area stopped by to see what the casino had to offer. It wasn't disappointing all kinds of machines clean there are also different places to get drinks inside. I will stop by again next time I pass through.

Beautiful property, and overall good experience. If you're a strong player, request Lissa Thoe as your hostess. She is amazing and hands down the best hostess! Whatever you do, don't ask for Augustine as your host. He is rude, unprofessional, immature, condescending, and cocky. He will ruin your experience there and want to make you play elsewhere just so you don't have to interact with him.

Like Vegas without the drive at a fraction of the price. Very attentive staff and the pool cabana is the way to go!
