Always parking here. Just have your food and drink. They used to shuttle you up to casino. Nice and quiet though. Park here often.

The lobby was nice and clean, the staff was real friendly. I liked the layout of the rooms. Felt my room was a little dark. Room 304 the lights on the headboard of the bed didn't turn on. Wish we were able to get more stations on the television. The hotel as a whole was nice and enjoyed my stay.

Nice rooms.. no fridge or microwave.. beds are really comfy. Tried a monster burger it was really good as well

Mostly a pleasant experience except for wait staff service. If you play low denomination slots, you can basically give up getting any service! In 5 hours I never got a waitress to take my order. Supervisors walking around saw me looking for the waitress & took my order and then someone else working there brought it to me.(not a waitress) I mean if I didn't tip well I would understand slower service, but not absolutely no service! I shouldn't have to tip up front just to get their attention. Each time we've gone there, at least 12 times in the past year, I've had to tip $10-$20`up front, then tip $1 for each drink afterward, just so my husband and I could get waited on halfway decently. Thats a shame! But, other than that it's a nice place and a very enjoyable experience. I do think we're going to try out the other casinos in the area next time however. It's been a while since we visited them and I want to see if the service is any better there.

Very clean. Great staff. Not many food choices during the week. Louie's is only open Friday and Saturday, and not until dinner time. The buffet is closed for remodeling. The Sandbar Cafe, and the coffee shop are the only options. Lots of slots, cards, craps roulette, sports betting machines.

Friendly staff. Great live music on the weekends. Very attentive waitresses.

Don't forget to use . when booking a place. This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms, but one of the desk clerk was a little unprofessional. There was this one desk clerk was very nice and friendly... Mrs/Ms. Virginia! I will be back

Everyone including security was very nice and it was clean WITHOUT the cigarette smell

I stayed there during my Father s birthday celebration and graduation. The rooms were everything I imagined except for the microwave and refrigerator that s missing inside of the hotel rooms. We couldn t warm our food or cool our drinks, but we still enjoyed our stay. The food at Louise s is DELICIOUS, but the prices are mind blowing. lol Overall, the food, rooms, and entertainment was worth every penny. Thumbs up Harlows

Good stop from Midwest to Florida. Employees were all pretty rude and bed frames were in bad shape. Rooms were nice tho. Nice bathrooms, a lot of the food options closed down. We would stay here again, just not the nicest, but for $128 a night we were happy.
