It is common thought that old school customer serv...

It is common thought that old school customer service is long gone. It is not, Hardy has the best customer service I've received in years, they had the CLX Module we ordered here next day (California to Washington). I called tech support twice in one day and the tech's were knowledgeable and very helpful. Tech Mike emailed me some info I needed immediately.
Thanks Hardy and Mike for showing us that real customer service does still exist.

I worked with the Hardy folks on a creamery tank scale project in November of 2019. Toward the end of the project, as we were getting ready to go back online, we damaged our scale display to the point that it could not be mounted properly. On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, at 2 in the afternoon, I got in touch with their customer support folks to get a replacement display ASAP. The new display was onsite by 10AM Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Talk about great customer service!! We installed the replacement immediately and started up on time.

I'm a long time Rockwell PLC integrator. I've used other brands of load cells, scales and related weight processors but given a choice I much prefer using Hardy hardware for integrating with my Rockwell PLC's.

Furthermore the tech support at Hardy has always been refreshingly friendly, knowledgable and forthcoming with ideas and suggestions.

I worked with a distributor Mike Trask of Trask Instrumentation Inc. ( the sales and distributor for the North Carolina area) and after two weeks of communication, we finally were on the same page (first red flag). I received a quote of the products I needed for my project but before I could submit a P.O. the senior engineering staff and VP of engineering wanted a demo of the system. Mr. Trask seemed evasive and wanted to discuss the product hoping to convince the staff of the capability without a demo. Per the senior staff's only option, I informed Mr. Trask that failure to view a demo would eliminate our interest and future business. The prototype I'm working on is slated to be a long term multi-product series in our company catalog, in which there is a current preliminary order of 20 units. Btw, one of the senior engineers at my company also tried to work with Mr. Trask on a different project a few month prior to my interaction with the same kind of run around with no resolution. I really liked the product line at Hardy solutions (according to the online catalog) but since Mike Trask is the only distributor for my area I have to pursue a different company that's actually interested in my companies current and future business. I have not heard from Mr. Trask in 4 weeks. I advise any and everyone who deals with Mr Trask, to run away. You'll save a TON of time and energy.

Not only does Hardy have the best product selection in the market....their service and support are second to none....they have really been an asset to our organization for many years....A BIG THANK YOU to Hardy and their team...!!!
