New hotel appartment, clean, good gym, but small swimming pool

Excellent. Good hospitality. Nice rooms and value for money

Hotel is nice. But everything is expensive. Lounge at terrace is a great place to hangout with amazing views

Very bad service.... Awful awful experience... They lost our luggage.. We checked in at 8 pm... And i had to go look for my luggage myself.. Since all calls with them were uselss... I found them next day at 1 pm... While they are asking us to check out.. And telling us if we need help with the luggage.. Which we never got.... Never again..

Bland, boring not five stars. Go else where. I could write an essay on why this disappointed, from double pre authorizing payments, rooms not ready, lack of atmosphere, ugly blaa rooms. Just go else where, really. Stayed Nov 17

Shabby us the word. The tiles are cracked -
Even in the suites.. the carpets are faded and threadbare ... Not a place to stay . Better avoid..a good breakfast usually spoilt by disinterested and impolite staff ..and a general manager who doesn't care and is conspicuous by his absence and poor management

I just stayed at the hotel for a week and came back from the start of check-in to check-out. We all had a great time! We will arrange a check-in at 9:00 in the morning. We stayed in a double room, the price was reasonable, and the bathroom had a bath and shower head, very good! The pool area is also great, with the poolside bar and two outdoor jacuzzi. The staff is super friendly and impeccable, and will choose to stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

I will give this hotel 10 star if I could amazing rooms, beautiful service, great food, beautiful facilities. A haven to relax and chill

The fabulous suite, cleanliness, tranquility and health club are generally fantastic

The hotel is great and the service is beautiful and they have two swimming pools one right apartments and one right rooms and reasonable prices

Clean and luxurious and available with full kitchen utensils

We had a very good stay. The hotel was up to scratch, the staff and service were excellent, especially dinners at the front desk. We really enjoyed the Niam safari guide and the guide of the top 5 Mariella.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Last one year we are staying at Hyatt Creek Heights Residence, Would like to inform you that our A/c in one of our rooms was out. It went off working condition.. This happened during our vacation time and came to know after we came back. Informed the concerned Dept. Came and checked but now our lights have also
completely gone off. They say that the RMS should come and check but earlier Wasel told that you have a complete maintenance team here 24/7. It's now 24 hours no repairs and no followup. We were out of electricity since then.
Even a normal building has all the facilities like maintenance , follow up etc. And they do it without any hassle. Why they find it difficult to call the RMS when a resident badly needs it. Even there was water issues, where dirty water used to come from all the taps. It should not have happened . They have taken the water samples, it even took long time to clear off.

Kindly take care of the issues and do the needful.

A very well maintained property, great valet service, swimming pool, lobby area, great choices for breakfast,the restaurants though need improvement in terms of variety and offerings. The reception service,in terms of customer service needs training/improvement. The rooms are contemporary and the use of mirrors are smart!

Excellent comfort. Deluxe club roon is just perfect. Seperate bedroom, spacious, tidy. Club access is hust perfect in Dubai. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Great wifi. State of the art gym and lovely pool area.

Impressive on the inside and outside, clean and fresh, different breakfasts for a European tourist, excellent rooftop views across Dubai!

Good location by the creek and 5 mins walk from one of the metro stations, which is a very good way to travel into the city center, marina area etc. Hotel was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent

However the spa is very bad and I wouldn t recommend it to anyone
We tried their facial and massage service and was no way near to any professional spa
Also they have strange policy and you can t reschedule appointments and we ended up loosing money

It was a good break in our journey, the pool was good as it was 39deg. so needed a swim, beer was available at the swim up bar..everyone was very nice.

They charged me for snacks I didn't eat. Lifts are dirty and reception staff have no customer service skills.

Hyatt regency creek heights was a disappointing experience , right from the moment we stepped in. '' Economy class buffet breakfast ''' --was a real turn off. Ambience at the lobby was the only commendable factor of creek heights. Will never visit this facility again.

Disgusting service. The hotel may completely ignore your extra request. The front desk can hang up if you call to ask for something. Service Service knows neither English, nor Russian, nor Arabic. The front desk cannot explain anything to them, because the workers on the floors can only smile, but they understand nothing at all. Having paid Suite for 3 adults and a child, you can explain until late at night that you do not want to get four of you with two towels and sleep all four on the same bed.

Very complex procedures There is no innovation in dealing with the pandemic
I do not advise anyone to go to this place during the time of Corona.
The hotel completely failed to deal with the health situation and preferred to place all responsibilities on the guests .. Very poor exploitation of the situation and withdrawing all services instead of legalizing them.
I can say it was the worst experience for me in my entire life

I attended the Naeem Training centre-training at Al Maha Ballroom on 12th & 13th Jan 2018, I met security Bala at entrance and I spoke to him and he took me a hotel tour to all the restaurants, Lobby, Pool, and 34th floor Hue bar and explained everything professionally way really I enjoyed and sure soon I will coming back staying in Hyatt Recency creek heights thanks and appreciate to Bala, Thanks, Mahesh Kumar

What a great hotel to stay at!

The rooms were huge considering what I went through staying in Europe.

I had Club Access and it was well worth it, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The entire hotel smelled great!

Great gym and there were 2 pools. I was a little disappointed with the attendant at the gym counter thou.

But the reception of the hostesses (a brunette and a blonde) is horrible. No smile, cold and dismissive attitude, the welcome is to be reviewed.

It is a great place for your vacation in Dubai. Luxury breakfast, free valet parking. Nice rooms and free mini Bar in the room. Cooperative staff. A great place to spend a fun vacation in Dubai. The rooms are excellent. A min. PR of water, juice, fruits and chocolate are free in the room daily. Great breakfast buffet, equipped health club and free parking. The reception and staff are excellent and wonderful

Really nice place. Clean, comfy ,modern in a absolutely lovely new clean n green area Dubai healthcare city. Service a bit of a let down.

A major let down. Room (suite which we were told was one of the 'better rooms') was mediocre at best, staff were rude and stuck up. Breakfast was busy, rushed and crowded. 'Club room' access is a complete waste of money. Checked out early and will not be going back.

The place is good and nice, but they have a delayed services. Trying to reach the room services took more than the usual and the valet took more than 15 min to bring the car.
Also there was an obvious annoying noise since very early in the morning (think due to a maintenance or renovation on the floors just above us)

1. The room carpets were too stained
2. The Eve bar and lounge on the 34th floor is simply fantastic. Great view over downtown and the Burj Khalifa. Lovely and quick service.
