I worked with the Hardy folks on a creamery tank scale project in November of 2019. Toward the end of the project, as we were getting ready to go back online, we damaged our scale display to the point that it could not be mounted properly. On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, at 2 in the afternoon, I got in touch with their customer support folks to get a replacement display ASAP. The new display was onsite by 10AM Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Talk about great customer service!! We installed the replacement immediately and started up on time.
