Well what to say ... I came by here to buy the iconic Hard Rock t-shirt! The store is well stocked I would say and the prices are not so excessive. The bar did not have time to visit it, but I assume it is similar to all the others.
We were overcharged for drinks and staff were a bit obnoxious even the manager of this fast food restaurant didn't want to believe that one of his staff had short changed me

Came here for a birthday, would deffo recommended if you are a music lover like myself. The restaurant downstairs is filled with memorabilia from the likes of Ozzy Osborne, George Michael, Rihanna, Elton John and many more. The food was incredible and the service was excellent. Our server Daniel was very kind and was very knowledgeable about the craft beers they have. You can see that the staff here are like one big family and they enjoy working here. I will definitely be returning here in the near future.

The Hard Rock Cafe in London is the oldest in the chain and, like any other, offers the best food in a cool location. My waitress was really friendly, I would recommend anyone to eat here!
The associated rock shop is located separately to a building and is also worth a little detour.
Despite reservation we had to wait outside in the cold. It was indoors and it was not really warm. The music was very loud. The food was delicious but was very little and did not justify the price. But the bartenders have really cool tricks on it.
The original Hard Rock Cafe is worth going out of your way to visit. It is TINY and tables are close, but try and sit upstairs if at all possible. That is where it feels like an old school place. The sections downstairs have more room, but it feels like a more modern Hard Rock and a bit disconnected. Food and service were both great and I love the classic outfits on the waitresses. The local Legendary burger at this location features roast beef on top of the burger with a gravy on the side! It s different and a bit heavy, but good! The rock shop is located across the street and also features a small museum - although the tour times were very limited when I was there so I wasn t able to experience it. Make sure you take time to check out all the memorabilia in this location - they have a ton of unique and rare items!

This is the first opened Hard Rock Cafe in the world! It was opened more than 40 years ago. and it's the mine third Hard Rock Cafe I have visited, and it fails to disappoint again! It's a great restaurant with plenty of food on offer. They play all types of music, not just rock, which I enjoyed listening to and it has a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit for the food, drink and music.

Had a really lovely lunch for my boyfriends birthday. All the waiters and waitresses went out of their way to make sure we were catered for and nothing was too much trouble. We even did a tour of The Vault underneath the Hard Rock Cafe shop on the opposite corner of th Road. Everyone is really passionate about the place!
There are the world's best spareribs, otherwise, like any hard rock cafe, they are awesome

Must see place, even if you do not belong to the HRC lovers. If not for drink/lunch, come and see it as you would visit a museum, since it is the shop No.1 of the chain. Across the street is a real HRC museum.

I like Hard Rock Cafe but for one of the biggest metropolises in Europe I imagined something more fancy. Nothing compared to Hard Rock Cafe in Prague.
Love it here!! Highly recommended. Excellent food. Awesome venue. Historical as very few know that this was the 1st ever Hard Rock Cafe!! The staff are always friendly and full of energy. Enjoy both the upstairs and downstairs seating and bars.
Visited the London store, the usual t-shirts and sweatshirts. They are nice but a little monotonous.
Visited today for the first and last time. I've known Hard Rock Cafe from other countries and the London one is far from the being exciting and happy environment like I've seen else where. We waited about 20-30 minutes to be seated. When our beep number was called the waiter just told us to go down the stairs and out table will be there, so we did. Downstairs we found a table (which we assumed to be our table) still dirty but we sat and waited. waited. waited... waiters and waitresses passed through us without looking or stopping. we must have stayed about 10 minutes just waiting for some attention untill a girl whose seemed to be the hostess decided to talk to us in a very aggressive manner asking if we were on the waiting list and called. to our table by the beep, which we replied that yes, followed instructions from the waiter upstairs. She then left us again for other 5-10 minutes in the dirty table. She looked. very interested in talking to her work colleagues about the whole situation looking and pointing at us but to do her job.
We had to call attention of a waiter passing to help us with cleaning the table and taking our orders, which happened in the end after a lot of waiting and watching in disbelief all those staff members mocking around ignoring our table.
The disgrace is not finished before I went to the ladies toilet. No toilet roll anywhere to be seen in any of the cubicles. all very dirty, worst than a public toilet. I left, without using it.
Shame on you Hard Rock, looks like your time has gone far...at least for the London branch.
I won't ever come back, rude, disrespectful staff members down there! That lady should learn some kindness to be a hostess. dump her !
Representative of the Hard Rock franchise, in a great location in central London. Our waiter was awesome, recommending menu items, local beers and even snapping several photos of us when asked. I try to hit Hard Rocks wherever available, and this one (which I believe was the first one ever created) did not disappoint!

Not consumed, however I entered the restaurant after waiting for a place abroad. It was weekend so there was more confusion. Although there was interest in exploring all those walls with all artifacts related to the world of music, there was great condition, the restaurant was full.

Pre booked online, friendly greeting upon arrival,seated almost immediately. Great service by staff. Got a combo starter for two..... WOW ! Massive portion. Very refreshing drinks menu, and a wonderful atmosphere. EXCELLENT

Not recommendable. Were here as a group and half got no food at first. After two queries, the other half got their food with half an hour late. The music was way too loud in the restaurant area. The service has taken over half of the orders wrong and then served the wrong menu even unattractive. In addition, the ventilation was set so cold that you had to sit with two jackets and a cap sort. Too uncomfortable to eat, would serve as a bar at best, if the service would serve the right. Not recommended at all. Without the name, this restaurant would never have gotten such a good rating, it's simply laughable!
Great place to go. The food was delicious, the strawberry, basil and limonade juice was really nice. I was almost order other one. The place is a little busy, you need wait until a table be available, when we went they said around 20 minutes to wait, but on down stairs they would find a table to us.

We travelled from very far out of London for just a slice of the Oreo cheesecake mainy have spoken about. We were only 1 minute late (11:46pm) however Paige did not allow us in as she said we were 1 minute late and said the kitchen was closed . I m baffled to how the whole kitchen could close in 1 minute and not able to serve one slice of a cake. Absolute disgrace to a regular customer that pays already a lot! Sack her!
