Create a very cool place to eat and enjoy the music

Good cocktail, good food, good entertainment n good service

Food and drinks are some of the best ones in town, but the price is exorbitant. Perhaps it's because of the brand. The music is good, it satisfies both rock and pop lovers. The atmosphere is also good.

Burger in quite big size with delicious meat inside. And options of steak with delicious sauce and big portion too.

My favorite place to work remotely. Big area for smoker / vaper, good food (they have a big portion, so you better with some friends). Good beer, cocktail and lots of promotion.

And, if you someday get stuck at long waiting list at any lounge around Senopati or Gunawarman, you almost always welcome here, except when they have a big event.

As a hard rock cafe fans! Jakarta HRC is quite unique and have a huge collection.

Typical hard rock cafe, the service is okay. No big bike parking, they should arrange this to the mall management.

Good old hardrock in the Indonesian plaza or in Sarinah. This segment is more into family & business. Less rock ... less rockers ... too formal, not rock & roll. Is it because of the place in SCBD. In fact the business center :(

It's been a long time since I stopped by hard rock. The atmosphere is still the same as before ... Still top up ..

Great place to unwind, boost your mood and meet old friends

I really love the service here as some of the waitress gets personal with you...in a good way, of course! They're chatty, always concern about your foods and drinks, whether you have a great time or not. But I am not going to give it a 5, as there's a say, when there's a price there's a quality and sadly, HRC in Jakarta (I've been to other HRC and somehow Jakarta's HRC is a bit...different) isn't like that. Their food is way too pricey and taste 'alright', not even good. For a food that cost much, I expect a lot more. If you're looking for prestige and memorabilia, go ahead...but if you're looking for a nice music experience and good food, there's always a better pub.

We went to hardrock cafe because we want to use our garuda miles 20%off voucher and we also give the voucher to the staff before order the food to make sure that the voucher is eligible. The staff, Ms Miranda explained that the voucher only can be used for food only and no details explanation of what kind of food. After that we order oxtail soup and beef barbeque back ribs half portion and when we are going to pay, we are very dissapointed that the staff said back ribs half portion is not included for the voucher. As a customer, we will think that back ribs half portion is also a food. Next time it would be better for your staff to explain to the customer what kind of food that is not included for 20% garuda miles off.

I prefer Hard Rock when there is an event because the HR feels really great. For a normal day without live music, it doesn't quite fit. One of my favorite foods is Nachos, the portions are pretty good and the taste is just right.

Location really nice. The place is not very large but very pleasant environment. Usual menu very good and courteous staff.

I used to work as a Manager in HRC Tokyo, so my nostalgic feeling was strong (lol). But the place is surely magnificent, as the size might be 3 times bigger than Tokyo Cafe. the staffs were friendly and really helping. prices were high (as expected), but worth the atmosphere

Live music starts at 10, drink prices start at 49 thousand ~ 200 thousand ... Food start 139 thousand ~ 400 thousand ...

The nachos are great, but a the burgers are only ok. Not on par with other hard rock cafes and hotels globally.

Live music here is really the best ... I've come here a few times ... the band is really cool ... about food it's a bit more expensive, but it's really worth it, but ...

From the past until now the hard rock cafe is the most suitable for meetings, hangouts, or organizing events ... really top

The sound from the band is so bad.. very uncomfort... fix it.!!!

A place to hang out in old times when I was in college ... The times have changed, now the place is not as it used to be in Sarinah ... Like there is something less than a hardrock cafe ...

I like to have dinner here for the ambience before the band starts playing. Once the band starts at 9pm+ it get a little too loud. Usually pack up to go home if I am with the kids or move out door or towards the lounge area away from the band if I am with my friends.

I worked at Hard Rock Cafe. Terrible GM from Singapore, bullies and swearing were everywhere, staff were treated badly, 1st month salaries were not paid to new staff. Owners were too gready. Lucky I give 1 star for rating the business... better than nothing.

Stay longer after dinner to enjou their live music which starts at 10pm

Watch more intimate concerts with idol bands. Food and drink? Tasty but rather expensive.

The place is really cool, coincidence here when there is an event. The buffet menu is delicious, my son likes to eat the spaghetti. Also cool for photo spots

Convenient place to go. It is a legendary cafe. Which inspire a lot of people in the world with a tremendous motto "Love All serve All"

American experience. Very large burgers (enough for 2 meals). Often booked for events.
