Food is what you would expect at this chain, but the service is terrible. Only eat here if you are prepared to wave down or go and get staff to assist.

I came here several times during my two week stay. Friendly staff and live music! That menu was standard though local beers on tap.

Since i walked in as a rock star for 10 yrs ago with hangover with relocated Cafe. Bought nice merchs. Eated fabuolous fish and chips. Shaked hands with 20 HRC guys. Pure love. Well, how to say it? I need You You need me. Rock Hard.

I came here for my year end dinner from work. Really love the ambience! Its really suitable if you wanna spend your time with your friends or your loved one. You can enjoy music and food, if you're done, you can take a look around because they have so many collection from famous musician. Also, there is a merch store!!

Cozy place for hangout with Friends nor Family. The quality of food is above average , hospitality is pretty good and all staff really helpful and fast response to give the best service. Came here on a Sunday night to watch an Oasis tribute band. Ended up getting a fudge brownie sundae - don't know how I get myself into these situations. Almost had a heart attack at looking at the calories after I ate it.

For people who have passed the quarter century age and first played Hard Rock, I'm surprised that the place is cool and suitable for older people. I mean this. Now there are many places whose nuances are so contemporary with pastel colors or bright, minimalist, Pinterest arty lighting, which I actually don't really like.

Hard Rock Cafe is the element I always want every night I need to enjoy the rest of the day. It's really fun and the feel of 'old' really makes it comfortable because this is a place that has always been liked by 80s or 90s children.

Please keep your identity. The music choice is also please keep the good track. Cool!

The place is cool, especially there is live music, the voice of the singer is really good, a lady rocker, the food is western style but there is also rice, the price is still standard.

Worth the visit. Friday night was happening there at the Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta. There was a live band and they were really good. Only problem I noticed was the local crowd is grabbing mics and they singalong with the band.

My brother niece en my driver en me. Eat two days ago at hardrockcafe Jakarta. 3 of us eat hamburger en me driver eat steak. Whe all got sick bad puking and diarree. Till know still feeling bad. I would not recommend this place. really bad food. I would not even give it 1 star

"Friday night is the peak. Please avoid Monday. It's better than the Peppin Makati Hard Rock Cafe.
The working environment is even better .. Heineken beer is delicious here. "
