Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta Reviews

This place is overpriced and completely not worth the time. The staff are poorly trained and do not reflect the standard of Hard Rock Cafes around the world. When you ask about the quality of their drinks (a Long Island), they say they purposely make it weak. A draft beer is priced at 85krp, which is insane considering it's just local Bintang. When we ordered a lychee martini, they automatically upcharge to a Ciroc without asking. I think the only thing I liked about this place was the coleslaw that was served with fish and chips, and the cheeky waiter who would not bring me my change because "The computer busy". I think that there has to be some real quality control here. I will not come back to this Hard Rock ever again, and I recommend everyone else stay away as well. Chili's and TGIF are much better establishments than what Hard Rock Jakarta has become.

I've been here for many times for a quick drink with friends. Enjoying my drink at the outside is my preference. The service is no difference from other HRC in the region. Perhaps that's ok, but would expect to be much better than other cafes in the vicinity.

Went there last week, they reduced the items on the menu and cancelled all discount promotions and vouchers.

The place's not big. It always seems crowded whenever a music event's being held here. It lacks of lights too

Hard Rock Cafe is a chain of theme restaurants founded in 1971 by Americans Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton in London. In 1979, the cafe began covering its walls with rock and roll memorabilia, a tradition which expanded to others in the chain.

Less crowded,older crowd, always good homeband, big portion always good for share coz they are quite delish..new location is not as iconic as old one which is at sarinah building
