Hard Rock Cafe Gatlinburg Review

I always love going to this chain. This store in particular was very fun with light everywhere and great staff. It was also really nice to have a live band there. Great place and will go again.

The Hard Rock Cafe has some very good food. Their steak is great and they even have a gluten free brownie sunday, which is sooo good! It is definitely something you want to share with family or friends, because it is huge. I could not finish all of it. I love that they have gluten free options and a menu especially for it. I will definitely be back!

The biggest problem with eating at Hard Rock in general is the pricing. Not to single out this particular location.

Everything I've eaten at any Hard Rock Cafe has been good. This particular location was the same as all others that I've dined at.

The wait staff at any of their locations have always been friendly and accommodating.

This is a great location in relation to the area attractions. Pigeon Forge is a large tourism area for those who are traveling to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Haven't been in this Hard Rock but was in parking lot for Jeep Invasion with my Jeep & my friends.

If you in the mood to eat around memorabilia and get charged the high for some subpar food, this your spot. Seriously. Its a chain and the food is overpriced. Not too much to expect from here

Jesse was our waiter and he was awesome... He suggested foods on the menu and helped us on things to see while in pigeon forge... Everyone was great and the food was fantastic

Excellent experience, from food to service. All were great, even with the crowd from being a live music night.

Great burger (the Legendary), nothing too fancy but very tasty and satisfying.

Had a party of 4 and we all got something different and it was all really good and came out quickly. Server was very friendly. The nachos were amazing.

Cool place, good music. Ww went around 4 pm so it wasn't crowded. The tenders weren't great. Get a burger or the fajitas instead.

Your typical hard rock cafe. The staff is super nice and the food was up to hard rock standards. They have a small rock shop too. Will visit again.

Pigeon Forge... never had an issue... consistent food...good service!

The food was excellent! I got that pulled pork sandwich and my husband got the double cheeseburger! Both were very good! Our waitress was on top of things and super friendly! We will go back the next time we are in the area!

We didnt eat. Just went in to look in the store. It was small and we didnt buy sbuthing.

Came here while on vacation, we were really excited as we have heard lots of buzz about this place. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else. This place is overly priced, extremely small portions for your money, and the service was decent at best and that s being kind. Was the food good, yes. Nothing special, tasted like any other little cafe food. My recommendation is to not Waste your money here and to go down the street to a smaller little cafe and get friendly service and great food.

North Star was a great bar tender, great atmosphere!

Was so looking forward to going here. That was ruined by the rude snotty girl at the front door. Then by the rude guy who wanted to know how many in my party. The food flat out stunk and was very over oriced!!! The only bright spot was the waitress who was very sweet and good at her job. 7-15-20 was not a good day.

Dropped in for lunch. I love food need to say less but I love my money better! Charging 20$ for a cheeseburger is ridiculous! I dont care if its served on a gold plate! Food was good but iys pretry much a rip off! Steak is same price as a cheesburger? Staff was about like programmed robots with no humor nor politeness. Have visited HR in another state ans I shoulda learned my lesson there. People work too hard for there money to waste it on food like this! I coulda went to numerous restaurants in the area for better service, more food and saved a ton of money

Nachos were horrible! Drinks are way over priced margaritas were poor. So two drinks Nacho and small fry was 43.00? Could have gotten better food quality at McDonalds. I've been In the restaurant business my entire life and have never seen this type of over pricing then try to sell me a picture for 25.00 your nuts! Gettttttt outttta here

First time visiting this hard Rock and it was a good experience. The food was good and our server was great. It was not too busy as well for 6pm on a Sunday. Everything me and my family ordered turned out great. Would definitely come back on our next visit

The food is good but pricey and the service was excellent. There is a lot of Rock 'N Roll memorabilia.

Having been to over 30 Hard Rock Cafes, this one had some more unique items on the walls. It seemed to be more "rock" oriented. Where as others have more like a "pop" feel to them, even in the music over the speakers. Staff was very friendly and got what we needed. Kitchen seemed to be a little slow for the amount of people that were in the restaurant, which was only about 5 tables at the time of our arrival.

Got the local legendary at the time. The burger was not over cooked and the toppings went well together, bringing a nice "local" feel to the burger. We also got the margarita flatbread, twisted mac & cheese, and a couple other entrees that we shared with the table. Overall food was excellent and the atmosphere was what I look for when I go to a Hard Rock Cafe.

Seems overpriced and for a themed place it was really lacking in showcasing the theme of rock. It seems they need to revamp the whole thing...maybe 20 years ago it would've been cooler. Does that make sense?

Very nice employees and great atmosphere. My whole first experience was so fun. Loved how they had songs in the background. Now lets talk about the food. I ordered a cheeseburger (can't remember which one specifically) and fries. Absolutely delicious! Yes, it was expensive but worth it.

This location felt a bit small and cramped to me, but otherwise everything was great! Plenty of parking, our server was great, the drinks and food were delicious! I d definitely go back when I m in town again!

Probably the best burger in pigeon forge. However, it costs like it. Me and my wife went here and got the buffalo wings as an app and then got 2 BBQ burgers. Was really fantastic food. But it also costs $70 so there is that. But the burger was sooo damned good. Both of us was cleaning the plates. And how unique of an experience it is going in there is also pretty different. The chopper up front is a very nice looking occ bike.

To much money for the menu items. $22 for a hamburger

Fajitas were delicious and our waitress was incredible. Definitely the next time we are in town we will be back

This meal and experience was excellent. Our server Robert was a good dude and genuinely seemed interested in our chats. I also got to sing great music the whole time and annoy my wife, so it gets a plus there too.

Always enjoyed going into hard rock and seeing this place has the most awesome music and decor hands down. The food was very gross... tropical mix drink I had was just flat disgusting tasted like dirt and I had to force myself to drink it so not to waste the alcohol I purchased. The burger was dry and not very seasoned and the Mac n cheese I got was processed and very nasty. The only good grace to the meal was the fries nice a crispy seasoned good. This restaurant was my final pick to see before heading home and it just left me with a bad take in my mouth.

This is hands down one of the best places we have ate at in Pigeon Forge. Our server Jim was absolutely wonderful. I don t think our family have ever had a waiter at any restaurant as attentive and friendly as he was. We had been apprehensive about stopping here because some reviews mention pricing but it was very reasonable. The food was excellent as well. We will definitely make sure to visit whenever we are on vacation in the area.

They had amazing food! My family loved it! We also loved walking around and look at all the cool stuff!

Basically the place is really nice but the food is cheddars good at best, and the portions are small , I feel ripped off .

Good place to eat. Pricey. Did recieve a free sundae as a birthday gift and a birthday shout out.
The table was a little dirty when we were seated.

Amazing place and great atmosphere. The staff was really friendly and was more then happy to ask any questions about the memorabilia on display.

The food was really good and our server was super nice. Lots of cool rock memorabilia and this location has a pretty nice ambiance.

Sat 15 minutes before waitress came to take drink orders, people that sat after us got helped first. Finally got our drinks and they were wrong.(we didn't complain). Paid 30.00 per 12 oz steak, only about 6 oz of meat, the rest was a fatty mess. We were supposed to get a free kid meal with the purchase of 2 adult meals, we didn't (did complain, was fixed). I'd been here before and it was great, that's why I returned, this visit was our last. The steak tasted great, i just wish I was able to eat the whole thing.

Prices are out of line , service was slow and was pretty arranged for our group to be there and hard rock dropped the ball. I wont be going back.

Wonderful post-COVID dinner at a VERY safe environment. Great job making our family feel safe by taking our temps, providing bags for our masks and cleanliness everywhere!

Food was AWESOME including the burgers and chicken tenders. Servers were all working hard to make everyone happy and they were very sanitary conscience.

Covid 19 impressed. Took temp at door, spacious seating, good food and staff.

The prices are way too high. The waitress never kept our drinks full and this wasn t bc they was busy . The MOD was pleasant and he had to do the waiters job . . I would never recommend to eat here to anyone. My husband and I both was very disappointed

Great food. Wonderful atmosphere. The service was top notch. The young Man in the gift shop was terrific. He made shopping fun. Go check it out.

This was our first night in town on vacation, first stop as well, Saturday Sept 1st. With the holiday we knew it would be busy but still went.
Very low wait time and greeters customer service was great including how they treated my 2 year old.
Bartenders were busy as the bar was full. They still made time for small talk. Both men working were very fast paced. Unfortunately i don't know names but the slender male with jewelry and tattoos even made small talk on religion, spirituality and the likes. I thank you for that.
The waitress was extremely friendly attentive towards our needs made sure food was brought timely, drinks where always filled and talkative.
Prices where as expected and worth it for amount of food. The environment was a nice mix between country culture and rock and pop evenly dispersed.
Would highly recommend returning and when we visit again.

Due to covid.... Limited menu and spatial distancing in place. Not crowded what so ever. Food was good as always.

Great food great service. However they should rock it out instead of just 1 man and a guitar. Really needs rock bands in there good thing the food is good it kind of makes up for the depressive music played live.

Hard Rock Cafe is supposed to be an iconic American restaurant so we decided to try it and see what all the fuss was about. The food wasn t great. Style over substance, I suppose. That said, the service was excellent and my kids loved the mini milkshakes and eating off of a guitar shaped plate. The prices were waaaay too high for a below average entree. I guess they justify inflating the price because customers are eating under a framed button down that the lead singer of meatloaf wore? Or the dress Taylor Swift wore on Ellen 5 years ago?

Food was good just a small menu. Very clean and necessary precautions in place for COVID 19. However don t ignore your black customers at the gift shop and only speak to white customer or finally speak to me when my husband walks up who is white.

The hostess who help me with my father-in-law is a precious gem. He was not feeling well and she took extra time to make sure we got sat quietly and quickly. Thankful for kind folk.

The service was spectacular.

Went on Thanksgiving we had the traditional Thanksgiving meal which was missing bread,rolls. This year dessert was separated which for the price should have been included with a drink like last year. Waitress was awesome.

Over priced food, variety of meals is way too low. Atmosphere is great.
