Hard rock cafe is the place to eat! The good is amazing and the staff is friendly, fast, and reliable. However this place is not for the people looking to save a buck, it cost a good amount of money.
Walked in on march 12th, for dinner and there was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS! Asked the hostess for a table to seat 10 and she rolled her eyes and was extremely rude, she came back and told asked us if wanted a table so we could eat together or sit back to back in booths! Mind you it was 5 adults and 5 children. We stated we wanted a table to eat TOGETHER. She then rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and walked away. We waited for 20 mins and she never returned to seat us so we left. I have never ate at a hard rock before so I cant rate the food or prices. Please hard rock fix this problem.
We came here thinking we would get good food at a half way decent price... the menu was a joke!! Your options was limited to one steak a 12oz New York strip for 29.99, side of fries and vegetables (green beans only veggie right now). Rack of ribs with fries and tiny bit of ranch beans for 27.95. I ordered med on my steak and it came out swimming in blood, my fries saturated in blood. It turned my stomach so much even after them trying to cook it more (still rare when it came back out) I couldn t eat. The manager took it off my bill and the waitress did everything she could to try to make it right it s not the staff whatsoever they were all very nice it is the policy at this restaurant that they want to charge these high prices and rush you in and rush you out and limit your choices so that way you don t take so much time to look at the menu So they can turn over as much as possible. This was my first and last visit to Hard Rock Cafe! Shame on whoever came up with the way they re running things there. Maybe you should just close down completely for now. Again the staff was awesome!!!

Food was great!! Had the pulled pork burger and some twisted Mac and the gift shop was cool too, however my wife got food poisoning from something here, we got in yesterday to start our vacation and it s the only thing she has eaten so far and she s been sick since.
Great place to eat. Friendly staff. Great food. Loved looking at all the memorabilia on the walls. My favorite was The Revs drums from Avenged Sevenfold. My kids thought their food was good and was cool on the guitar shaped plates!! Very clean restaurant!! Hope to visit again.

Overall it was good. They gave us undercook hamburgers, still cold inside, everyone was very apologetic and took care of the issue immediately. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean.
Great, atmosphere. Fun, for everyone. Food, is good. Love the fries, and kids, meals, are so cool. Great parking, so not long of a walk.

Food was way over priced as usual the video loop that was playing I had never even heard of any of the artists, service was good .I don't know I guess I expect too much out of people nowadays. DISAPPOINTED again.
Admittedly, I came in here thinking it may be slightly gimmicky and hyped up. Now I'm pretty sure I have to rethink every other 5 star review I've left for others. They got off easy.
Everything about this Hard Rock Cafe is legit. Not just talking about the artifacts on the walls, I mean the staff and the food! I'd choose this over anywhere else I've made a reservation at, reviewed or otherwise.

Amazing place! Great food, music is good, and the service is amazing! Our waiter, Big Dan, was the nicest person I've ever met! He recognized my My Chemical Romance shirt, and he also talked to my dad and I about music. I liked him so much that I got him to sign the envelope that my pin I bought came in. He made our trip 100 times better! <3

The food was very well done, and there was plenty of it. However, not having any soup on the menu was a huge disappointment, and the sweet tea was very harsh, it was too strong, and did not taste like there was any sugar, even after adding a couple packets of sugar myself.
The waitress was excellent, very attentive to our table, and provided quick, excellent service.
The service was fantastic, had a grilled chicken sandwich, man it was great. I am a big man it and fries was all I could eat, stop in you all will love it, did I say price was right, hey I'll be back. Thanks so much.

Very nice and friendly staff during this time. My wife was treated with a very understanding kitchen staff when it came to her food allergy issues. The meal was very good and served in a very timely manner even with the special preparation needed.
Went here today for lunch. Elizabeth was our waitress, great service! We had a spill and she was sooooo understanding and prompt with cleaning it up! Food was prompt, accurate, hot and tasty! Atmosphere was great! Music was great! Shopped in the gift shop, Evelyn waited on me. She was super nice and engaging! Would definitely visit again if we are ever back down here!
This was my first Hard Rock Cafe. The food was really good. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was excellent. Our waitress was phenomenal. Very polite and efficient. I would definitely return to this location.
Really cool environment. Food is good. Drinks are okay, but a little pricey. Service is hit or miss. I have have been 5 times. 2 times I had great service and not so good service the other 3 times. Of course, the live music wins me over every time.

just left and was very disappointed in the food service was alright but the food just sucked the chicken was just as hard as the concrete steps outside and the Mac and cheese. Well let s just say id rather have the great value brand cheese powder
I had never been to a Hard Rock Cafe. Thought prices were too high, especially for a glass of tea, geez! Menu was small, we ordered the fajitas, l had steak, my date, had shimp. They were very good, plenty of food. The inside was very entertaining, plenty of old memobelia, on the walls, which l enjoyed.
Our waitress had a problem with staring at us while eating. Now I understand being friendly with guests but she shouldn't have laid over our table laughing at one of the people in our groups choice for her meal. When bringing out a meal or getting glasses for beverage refills they should never reach over someone's plate. I've sent a meal back at a 5 star restaurant for the waitress reaching over my plate. The nachos were not up to par for any restaurant. If you are paying extra for steak on nachos there should actually be meat on them. I did send the nachos back because they had no cheese at all. Upon them being brought back, you could tell they just sprinkled a little shredded cheese on top and put it in a microwave to melt.
What can you say. The atmosphere, the out of this world food, the people were just amazing and awesome place to go.
So, I have to be honest upfront: I am a fan of Hard Rock Cafe and have been since my first visit to one in New York City in 1987.
The Pigeon Forge location is one of the more basic locations I have been to, but I loved it nonetheless. They have a very cool OCC Hard Rock bike inside the entry that is pretty sweet. This location currently has memorability crossing all kinds of genres: Amy Grant to Van Hallen.
The food is pricey, but good. Part of the cost of the food, I feel, covers the cost of entry into a small rock n roll museum.
All said, the Pigeon Forge location is not the best Hard Rock Cafe, but is still a must stop for music lovers!
Great food, drinks, and interesting decor like all Hard Rocks. This one is a bit smaller the others we've been to, but the quality of food & staff is just as good.
We only shopped in the gift shop. However, rep was very helpful, friendly, & allowed us to video so we could recreate an idea on our own! We'll skip a dinner show & eat here next time.
First and last visit to any Hard Rock Cafe. Only giving two stars because the service itself was good. Our server was great and the rest of the staff was prompt with everything and super nice. The food (main reason for going to a restaurant) however was not good. I ordered a club sandwich that I sent back because the chicken was so tough and rubbery I couldn t chew it. The manager and server were great about asking if I wanted something else and I ordered nachos instead which I ate 3 bites of because the ranch style beans on them are so sweet it was gross. Definitely not a good meal experience. :( I know it s not the servers or managers fault at all. It comes from poor menu choices and food quality which I know is chosen by corporate staff. Management was gracious to not charge me for either one of my food choices which was really great because I barely touched any of it beyond first bites.
I originally visited the Hard Rock Cafe when it was located in Gatlinburg. I went back when it moved to Pigeon Forge. The restaurant was nice. It's in the middle of a tourist trap.
Over priced fast food. Hardee's has a better burger.
Love Hard Rock, very clean and they checked your temp before entering they were doing all they could to keep clean and safe to enjoy during this pandemic

Fabulous. Northstar, rawk star that he is, took care of us as we sat on the patio with our pupper, Bella. Fun atmosphere, tasty cocktails, and just all around greatness. Will be going back on our next trip (visiting from RVA).
The restaurant looked about half full and the hostess had a very over whelmed look when we told her we were a group of ten. Six of us were there and the others about 20 minutes behind. Our waitress came right away and took our drink order. However the rest of our group showed up 20 minutes later ordered drinks and got them before we got ours. I have never watched a bartender make drinks that slow and stop to talk while doing so as well. The waitress never came to take our food order, so we found the hostess and had the bills brought over, paid and left. The over all experience was terrible.
Amazing service and the food was cooked perfectly. One of the best New York strip steaks I've ever had. Highly recommend eating here.

Food was great! Prices for the current carnival menu was good. My server was amazing. Not only friendly & fast but I enjoyed the banter as well. My second trip to this Hard Rock location & won t be my last.
