Hard Rock Cafe Gatlinburg Review

Food was great, but we had to eat at the bar. They said it would an hour wait. Really? There was hardly anyone around. Very limited selection in the very small gift shop. Bought 2 t-shirts and a magnet anyway because I LOVE HARD ROCK CAFE!!!

Food was delicious and service was great! Had the best time sitting on the stage to eat. Thank you for a great lunch!

Had steak salad was very good. Staff was very friendly. Not too much of a variety of food

Best fries ever and the burgers were delicious. The workers were so pleasant and we chatted with the as well. A must when visiting Pigeon Forge, TN.

Stopped in for lunch with the family during a weekend getaway. We were promptly seated and the service was quick. We ordered the barbecue with fries, slaw, and baked beans. The barbecue was very good and everything was very well prepared. My son enjoyed the atmosphere and liked that we were seated on stage. Good service and good food! A little pricey for lunch but worth the experience!

A great example of Hard Rock history, memorabilia and dining experience. Fantastic staff, wonderful atmosphere and a good experience with great food too!

Neat place. The staff were super friendly and engaging. One of my more favorable HRC visits. I could have stayed and chatted with them for much longer than I had time for.

Very average food served by zombies.. husks.. hollowed out shells.. the walking dead. They did not act Hard Rock. Maybe they could change their name to Sad Rock or Hard Job.. cuz they were struggling. Bless

We had one of our best meals at Hard Rock! The place was huge, and quick with service. They were on top of cleaning and sanitizing each table after guests left, checked your temp when you walked in, and staff maintained a safe distance. It's always fun to see who they have memorabilia from. The food was good, fresh and so delicious. I had the steak salad- highly recommend!

Thank you Dan, Tina and Nandi for the great food and outstanding service to our big group. After a long day of walking we all felt at home at Hard Rock Cafe. Loved the music as well.

The music was not indicative to what Hard Rock Cafe is known for. The food was okay, nothing amazing. Definitely felt we over paid for what we got. Our server was super friendly though.

Great service, great time, ask for Shane as a server, we had 18 in our party with children and toddlers. The experience was flawless!

Very overpriced, mediocre food and our server interacted with us as little as possible. Very disappointing.

Great service, great atmosphere and cool surroundings plus a gift shop

My Girlfriend and I went here last night for our six month anniversary. We were seated almost immediately and our waitress Jennifer was extremely kind. She treated us like family from the second we sat down to when we left. Our drinks never fell below half glass and the food came out quick and hot. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. It was that good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will most definitely be back next time we are here.

There's a ton of cool stuff like The Rev's drum set, but the food is nothing special for the price. It was good but not amazing.

Great atmosphere and food for the price. One of the must stops when in town. Never had a bad meal or service. Always have to pick up a shirt on the way out as well.

We had a great experience at Hard Rock in Pigeon Forge! The food was good and our server, Matt, was great! He made us feel like we were his only table. Recommend!

Our 1st time here at this restaurant and our server "big dan" was very kind and told us all about the items on the walls. We never ran out of drink which is always awesome when you have a big family! Food was great.

This is one of the newer Hard Rock locations and follows their current design and decor. I think I preferred the one in Gatlinburg as it had much more charm!

It's a shame that the memorabilia is a lot more sparse and in glass cases than they used to be.

First time to a Hard Rock. Food was just okay. Wasn't great. Chicken was really fatty. Green beans were hard. Fries were good though. Service was okay but not great as well. Couldn't find our server so our drinks sat empty for a while most of the time. Offered a to go drink but never brought it. Took the cash and tip and just didn't come back. Definitely won't be back to this specific location. Not sure if I'll try another Hard Rock or not. If you go, I hope your food and service was better than ours.

Went for lunch and we all thought the food was delicious! I had the mac & cheese so good and spicy. Kids loved their guitar plates. Staff was very friendly ans helpful. Great atmosphere and we will be back again.

Very nice place but don't order grilled chicken. Was the most expensive grilled chicken sandwiches I have ever paid for so I expected to be impressed. It wasn't a busy night. Wife and I both ordered grilled chicken sandwich. It's precook, very dry, not served at proper temperature. Should have complained but I don't like sending food back to be reheated. French fries arrived hot that was a plus..

Nice place to eat. We went for a late lunch/early dinner. Food was good as was the service. A must stop for anyone who goes to the Hard Rocks!

Small selection of food to pick from. the place wasn t necessarily nasty but it needed to be just wiped down more often. Server was cool but as soon as he found out my boyfriend worked at Texas Roadhouse he told us we were going to be disappointed in the steak. Employees and atmosphere made me mostly comfortable, but the food was seriously awful even the mac n cheese </3

Food was good took a long time to get both our burgers and mine was still pink. The service was great. Also had a huge brownie to share. Was delish!

We had made a reservation for 9/20/2019 @ 7:30. Party of 18 for our grandsons after wedding dinner. We arrived just a little after 7 not expecting our table to be ready as we were early. To our surprise we were seated. The bigger surprise was yet to come. I can not say enough good things about our waitress Francis. She was exceptional! Very attentive, helpful, kind and a lot more. Our tip was included in our bill. However with the excellent service we received we decided to give her an extra tip. She made our time there better than expected.

Fun dining experience! They do take reservations if you need a guaranteed seat time. Plenty of menu choices. Lots of adult beverages. Cool memorabilia and collection of rock n roll pieces. Gift shop on site.

Extremely friendly staff, good food, though a limited menu. Kids meals are for 10 and under, but my 12 year old wad definitely not interested in anything on the full menu. Hostess was knowledgeable about artifacts and waiter definitely knew how to make someone's day. Will always reccomend!

Went mainly for souvenirs. Was a small shop and not much to choose from compared to the one in Nashville.

Went in today for lunch and it was amazing! First time ever coming to one since I am from out of state and we don't have any back home. Walked in and was seated immediately and very nice and cool looking place. Very clean and kept up. Jesse was our waiter and he was awesome! Greeted us very shortly after we were sat and was quick with everything we asked him for. Always made sure we had what we needed and that our drinks were full. Food was amazing. I got the chicken tenders with the house BBQ sauce which was outstanding. Most definitely would recommend going here it's awesome. Definitely will be back if in town again.

We brought the New Year in at The Hard Rock. We had a blast! The manager & staff are very friendly. The Kincaid Band was awesome. The Hard Rock is a great place to go!

We couldn't hear our waitress at all over the loud music. We saw the menu and it barely had alot of food, it was mainly drinks. All the food they had was the most expensive things they had. When we got it, it was really greasy and had a different taste to everything we got.

Very frustrated. I can't even comment on the food or service because we didn't even sit down. My family and I entered the restaurant and saw a large group already waiting. When I approached the hostess (Barbara) she brushed me me off by saying she had to seat the travel group and that we needed to be patient. The bad thing is I didn't even say anything. She did not even take our name. She kept asking who was next and was clearly very unorganized. She seated several rounds of people. We didn't know where we stood in line because members of the travel group kept trickling in after us. At that point I decided that I no longer wanted to eat there. After my wife expressed our frustrations the manager offered to seat us. He recognized the situation and did his best to help us. He was great and responded well. By then it was too late.

The online menu was incorrect and for the price the food wasn't that great. I asked to have no dipping sauce for my grand daughter and they brought it anyway.

We had a reservation. Went to the restaurant and they said they where closed for a private event. My wife and I where very confused. But they texted us a few hours before they closed and told us, we never got the message because we were out in the Smokey Mountains all day. They gave us Hard Rock Cafe gift cards to compensate. The manager is very professional.

We made a reservations and drove out of our way To come and they didn t tell us that they were closed for a private event. The lady there was super rude. And you could see all over her face she didn t want us there. Was going there because my husband wanted to go, he was super disappointed. I understand misunderstanding but she acted extremely unprofessional and she didn t even apologize. The next day we received a message and they offered gift cards or a meal on them. We couldn t go back because we were already too far out. But what I will say what we could see when we walked in it seem like a really cool place.

Visited with my two kids for lunch. It must have been a slow day but the food was fantastic. My kid's food came on little guitar shaped plates. The waitress even offered to get us stuff from the store if we would like.

Yum! The food was great. The prices are a little pricy but what do you expect. You do get what you pay for.

Was not impressed with the the limited food menu. This restaurant may have been top rated back in the day, but this is mainly a drinking place instead of a restaurant.

We have gone to many Hard Rock Cafe and this was the worse food. The menu has half the food on it. I order the salmon and it was not fresh. It tasted like a frozen salmon pattie. Our waitress was very sweet, but food was not the best.
