The food is not very good and the place is very left. They have to give maintenance and on Sundays cook the same with the same cooks. Do not eat the jump, or the tacos, better ask amburguesa. We told a guy who attended there but brought the plate with juice from another adreso.

Worst HRC I ever visited. Dance music playing. The rock was is the flyers in the wall. Pathetic atmosphere and music volume was very low. A real bad experience.

My wife and I only stayed for a couple of drinks, as it was too early to eat. Barman very friendly and polite, and he ended up having talk with us.
Great service, good drink. I asked why have egg whites in a bar, and he explained about the typical Peruvian drink, pisco sour. We both had one and enjoyed very much. Other drinks good too.
We bought some merchandise as usual.
Not that easy to find and taxi drivers not familiar with HRC. We visited September 2014.

I'm sorry but I'm so disappointed of this Hard Rock Cafe,I live in NY,and.been in many from different countries too,so I really expected the one from my country would be the same or better in some way,not at all!!!
Beginning for not selling more than 2 styles of Tshirts(the salesman wasn'tso nice),then no AC ,and the waiter didnt know what Chicha morada was besides being a National typical drink ,it was in the menu.
You have to know the menu in order to be a waiter at least to know the basic.
I hope you guys improve,for real,you have to make worth going over there.

It would be good to improve or standardize the quality of the groups that are presented. There are some that are good but others regular. Offer more promotions or discounts to make the customer loyal and make them want to return always.
