Nice hotel and good view of Kochi Harbour and Cochin Shipyard.

Worst ever buffet one can ask for. They are too miserly in refilling or clearing plates. One need to ask them to get things refilled. Pathetic service as well.

Had lunch from the restaurant here twice, first occassion was while some Arabic Cuisine Themed Festival was going on, it was disappointing since very limited Veg items were present, had the second lunch a few days back and it was delicious.

Not good hotel for family and not good for tourists.

Good View from the Hotel, Ample Parking, Great Staff, Well Maintained Room

The hotel is not up to the mark as expected. The restaurant inside the hotel is quite costlier. No newspaper delivered in the morning at the room. Cleaniness may be improved. For a mineral water costing MRP RS 20 to be delivered at room, they charge RS 47 out of which RS 20 for service and rest for VAT. Overall not satisfied.

This hotel is very good... There service of everything is mind blowing.. Nd the food is very delicious...... I stayed there for 7 days... Nd the gud thing is they give us complementry breakfast which is mouthwatering...

I had a buffet dinner from Open flame kitchen at Harbour View Residency. The restaurant had a good ambience. The buffet included a soup, unlimited barbecue, main course and desserts. It was a very good buffet for the price.

I loved this place, used to visit here on sundays to have the dinner with family. The quality as such till day was satisfactory. The ambience is really good, recently it has been rennovated, and that has also come out well, but to be frank I loved the old setup.

The AC was not working. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Good hotel with Cost effective rooms, bar facility, Banquet hall, etc

Hotel was good looking,well furnished and classy but mood went down at dinner.Some dishes were served and some were not. I am vegetarian I would say that in hotels I had never seen veg and non veg kept together. Bathrooms were Okay and rooms were good looking.

Located in m.g road at cochin enroute thevara. Also in close vicinity of cochin shipyard. Car parking space available. Restaurant named "two trees" serving delicious food is there. Open flame BBQ is an attraction. The hotel also features meeting rooms for ofiicial as well as party functions.

Average rooms. Average services. Breakfast was bad.

One word describe it- horrible. They claim to have room service 24x7 but order taking closes at 10.30 pm. Nobody picks up the room service phone, mostly u have to order thru reception. Food menu at room is very very limited. My only advice is avoid unless you have plague

The service was very good... The rooms were very neat.... I got to stay only for one night.... Overall the experience was very good..

The hotels have beds to sleep on. That's the only positive advantage. The staff are not helpful or eager to help.

One of the good hotel in Kochi just opposite to shipyard good rooms, deluxe premium suit categories are available here with restaurant facility overall it's a nice hotel

The place is decent and proximity to UK VFS makes me keep coming. Room service is good. Washroom is clean.

TV didn't work, they cleared the breakfast buffet while we were still eating.

Food is really awesome buffet is the main option in the restaurant..the bar have a good ambiance.and you can also get the liquer in the restaurant itself..
Rooms are old,ac cooling is low.. bath tub really small.. mini refrigerator is good.. neatly maintained rooms.
