It's a charming hotel. I like the ambience. Good is very good. Restaurants are quite good. Parking facilities, quite accessable. Needs a bit of maintenance though.

It was a great experience there and the view from hotel is great . The breakfast was good .overall a nice experience.

Organized my engagement party here. Hall accommodated about 155 guest even though the design capacity is 125 guest. Food quality exceeded expectations.

The location is nice. Hotel is really good. Interior is nice and has good facilities. There is a treadmill and a bicycle in a small space for people who want to workout. Overall it's a lovely place but there were two things that struck me badly.
1) Morning breakfast (complimentary) is very very bad. Most of the people living here are North Indians, so it could be meant to fool them or they want to save money on (free) breakfast. Either way it's very bad and it's not worth it. Even though it's free. Just go outside and eat, there is a small restaurant near the main entrance. They serve much better food for breakfast. Since breakfast was so bad we didn't care to order any other food from here.

2. There is an open area in the middle of the hotel for events. There was a horrible party going on there with extreme loud stupid music. It's so loud that even if you are in the bathroom with the door and bathroom door closed still you could hear it. It's poorly designed just to torture people who want to sleep or to have some peace.

Apart from this I didn't find anything bad about this place. It's a nice place to stay, but before you book just ask them if they have any event going on there, if so just don't book it. You will hate it.

The employees are nice and good. Most of them were friendly and cared to smile.

One of the top hotel's in kochi..i stayed here more than 4 months not continues. Room services and reception guys are very good. Like to stay here more.Rooms are pretty good.I Recommending that a low budgets visitor can stay here like 3 star facility.swimming pool is not available.

It was a pleasant stay and the services offered were up to the task.
However the primary reason for this was the fantastic food offered at the hotel's Open Flame restaurant.They have variety of dishes to choose from and the taste really exceeds your expectations.

An okay hotel with decent rooms located on MG Road. Good for business trip stay. Railway station city bus stand and metro are all located in 3-4 km range. Buses, cabs, auto are available right outside the hotel. Hotel has a restraunt name Open Flame which serves Beer and Chinese, Indian and Malyali cuisines. The reatraunt offers on table barbeque like the Barbeque Nation at a much lesser price.

Hotel is good ... But staff and service is very poor..... Not recommend to all

Best hotel and it's open flame kitchen serves best tasty food

Just opposite to cochin shipyard makes it great place to easily accessible. Open flame farbique is one of the good facility provided here. Enough parking space. Buffet is approx 600/- per person but food is not having good teste. For party Hall they takes money but that facility is also not good.
