Great food. The buffet had good variety of items and the barbeque starters were the highlight.

Heart of city, good rooms, decent food. No great views as the name suggests.

Good for stay for business purpose, it has mostly travelagencies, airlines offices of major airline around it. Not good for travellers as there is nothing much to do outside.

Value for money, Good location, Near Tourist Location. Breakfast very gud. Leve to recommend my friends.

Its an old property and somehow decently maintained. I stayed here through OYO and my room was comparatively better then rest. No AC in the rooms, its Centralised Air Conditioning. Lights are very dim in the rooms.

Buffet dinner was awesome , good place for family and friends

I have been to these restaurant couple of times.. First time we went for the buffet dinner.. It was simply awesome..The second time the food was not that good compared to the first visit.. Overall i could say its a good restaurant if you prefer buffet..

Harbour View Residency is a centrally air-conditioned luxury business hotel that stands amidst all conveniences and facilities. Situated approximately 2 kilometres from the railway station, the hotel is at close proximity to most of the major shopping malls and other hotspots.
Located opposite the Cochin Shipyard on M.G. Road, Harbour View Residency is a well known business hotel. The hotel offers four room types - Standard Room, Executive Room, Deluxe Room and Suites. All the rooms are well equipped to ensure a comfortable a stay.

They don't serve in rooms and you have to go to the buffet to eat.......eeeww!!! Services are OK not too good

Facing the ocean. Peaceful environment. Good service.

The restraunt has the worst ambience ive ever seen.Food was just ok.i think the management has changed.Harbour view is a mere shadow of its former self.Never consider this place,if u expect a star service.

This will be our last visit to this hotel.
Staffs-Not at all friendly,even they dont knw how to smile.They are not at all polite.
Food-Morning breakfast was below below average.
Room Service-Pathetic.
Room-not well maintained,water was yellow in color colour it was like mud water.

Stay was comortable, front office staff very helpful, reasonable rate, good food, prompt room service, i will surely recommend to my friends and relatives, Keep it going

The bar is really good and they serves 2 type of touchings including 1 non veg. Affordable rates too. Highly recommended.

Excellent service , staff were very genuine and familiar to us , it seemed liked I was at home .

Being at stay first hand, the F & B is least servicing facility.

The response from reception is not appealing, well atleast not all the time.

I didn't know that Room service can break in the locked room when I was out of hotel for a short while. However, the service made was good.

If the location is Supreme and you don't bother much about service et al, well go for it at own risk. Be informed, you don't get what you ask or, keep low expectations on service.

Otherwise fine.

BTW ladies and gentlemen, the photo you see is of the bed lamp, which might not be cleaned for quite a long time. Hidden dust is your companion. F$#@ !!!

It's a Good Hotel, Had an overnight stay staff here is courteous and they agreed to extend buffet dinner as we reached late and the breakfast variety and spread was good.

Used to be an excellent hotel. Currently dilapidated.

Super ambience and variety of cuisines available for buffet dinner. Nice place for arranging get together though rates are on higher side

Allotted the token thru BevQ.. reached there and realised the hotel / bar is closed as their bar licence is terminated/ cancelled !!! Pathetic!!

A very nice hotel ideal for evening get together, parties etc. Grill table was exiting. Over all very good

There is buffet Lunch and Dinner, Vegetarian as well as NON-Vegetarian dishes at moderate Rates.

The hotel though by the road side was not easy to spot. The parking facilities are just about adequate. The food served was just fine. The overall feel of the hotel is not up to mark with the newer hotels that have come up. Still they offer decent value.

Good hotel in kochi situated in MG road. Service is good. In-house open flame restaurant has a good buffet and drinks option. Overall a good place for family and corporate hangout

The seats we were offered were in centre where there was no fan or Ac effect .We have taken the barbecue and buffet and they little hessitent in offering other options they were only repeating the same 4 things till we asked if you have other options .

I stayed for two days in this hotel 3rd to 5th November 2019. There are good experience and some improvement points:

Good Things
Location - Nicely located on the MG Road.
Food - Taste is Nice; Breakfast buffet needs improvement.
Interior - Ok

Points to improve

Workers need to be trained though they are courteous but takes lonefer time to respond - may be there is an acute staff shortage.
House keeping needs to be improved.
All complimentary services should have been given automatically. They shouldn't wait for the guests to ask. Received no wifi password till now, I had to ask for toiletries etc.
Old hotels - there is always a dampy smell.

Overall stay is average.
