Over all maintenance should be done. Not clean as expected..

Average food .not worth the m money. Went fr buffet dinner.

The seafood was especially good. I had the prawns and pearlspot. The prices are a bit on the high end but worth it.

Good location with smiling staff. my only concern about this Hotel is maintenence and cleaness. I found a big cockroach at the middle of the night. It was so disgusting.

Live Barbique was really a nice experience.expensive but worth the money,calm and quiet place.u can have beer and wine along with the food at the restaurant.

Very nice decent Hotel. Actually this is a business hotel. Rooms are so good and clean. Location is super, in front you can see the harbour. Hospitality is extremely good. Very good restaurant in 1st floor. BBQ is available in dinner. Food is awesome. Big open parking space. One small fridge is inside the room. If you planning to go Kochi then try this hotel.

The ambience is cool to be with Friends or Family for having Dinner at Open Flame Style. I felt the taste of food can be made little bit taster with Kerala Style Spicy format.

Very bad buffet system....rooms were ok....not happy at all. we have to keep on asking for water,napkin....they just dont refill the items ..

Went for buffet dinner here.. Unfortunately very limited menu and the dishes are not upto the mark. Also the ambience of dining hall is also not very good.

Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Good room service also. But old hotel. Very near to fort Kochi, city buses are available every 3 minutes. But city buses stop by 7 pm.

Yes. A perfect place to eat out. Unlimited barbeque is good and tasty, but the staff are not as aggressive as barbeque nation. Also the waiting time for serving unlimited barbeque is high. Family kiosks are not available.

Good as we can access here quickly and also the hotel is situated little away from the busy area

Nice restaurant.. Ample parking.. Acess via lift and stairs... Excellent food...

Disaster. One star is well above what they deserve. 10 rooms were booked for me and my friends. We 10 guys planned a trip from Vizak to Kochi after a confirmation that 10 rooms were booked. On arrival they denied rooms view Non - Availability. We were stranded on the road at 2300hrs. Their Reservation Manager is a complete disaster.
