I have had to call the council on two occasions regarding council tax, they are perhaps the rudest, most unhelpful and unsympathetic people I have ever dealt with. Phone up with a simple query and get threatened with court action. Utter waste of time contacting these people, they are no help.
Called to report bin not emptied, their solution is to send another bin for us to fill . Mind numbing .

Over the past decade of living in the Harborough area I have dealt with the Council on many occasions. Always helpful and professional.
A lovely building, centrally located and easily accessible, adjacent public parking (2hrs on street for free!), in a fantastic town. The Council clearly play a big role in keeping the town and District looking good and functioning well for all. I doubt they get the recognition. Hats off from me
Thank you guys, done an amazing job to help my business in this troubling times, managed to find my business on the Facebook and them message me so I can get in touch with them about my 10k Grand. Send an email this morning and they already got back to me, super smooth and 5 starts guys.
They do take they time and realy hard to hold of sometimes but also they are open to new ideas and know how to develop they town. Keep up guys and this town will rock.
I found this to be a good choice for a meeting venue, except for the poor signage which was a bit of a challenge particularly for a person living with dementia who was attending an event with me. Nice and bright and airy, comfortable room, clean facilities, a lift with audio and visual announcements, and a coffee shop on the ground floor.
