Excellent location . I Went to a networking event and found it great to arrive and leave as it 3 min from Piccadilly Circus . The place is classy and nice deco but drinks are super expensive and service extremely slow .. Bartenders looks like they acting is slow motion. Ok for the night but not my first choice if you ask me

You have to see it to believe it. I'm talking about the colossally racist, discriminatory and disrespectful attitude/behaviour the bouncers and hostess door bimbos showcase so blatantly and callously in the year 2017, in London. A huddle of cold non-white party goers who aren't drenched in tasteless gaudy designer outfits or aren't wearing ridiculously skimpy dresses with stripper heels in 4 degrees, are casted off to the opposite street of the club where they are told to 'hang around' in case the venue frees up a little more...Meanwhile, they continue to push in huddles of Paris Hiltons flicking their hair and greedily eyeing the three middle eastern men stepping out of their lamborghini in their Versace outfits - who by the way, got rejected by the club as well! Guess wealth and extravagance won't help you when you're a blacklisted nationality on their list, oops.
I'm a person who is careless and quite reckless with money on a night out and am always happy to pay more for a quality party, but what I saw in DSTRKT on a Friday night revolted me - there is no way an establishment like that gets a penny from me. Plenty of beautiful, luxurious and vibrant clubs and bars in London to explore for a nice night out instead, we are spoiled for choice.
Extremely rude service, both in the club and the restaurant. Food and drinks are bad quality. No redeeming features whatsoever. 0 stars would be most appropriate.
Never seen any customer service and sercurity so bad and rude like that. They kicked me and my friends out because of telling my friend smoked weed even he didn't. Very very angry and never want to come back again
Had the best Saturday night !!! Never been before, was recommended by a friend of my brother who works in the city and is a regular. He told us to eat before we went to the club and glad we did. The food was amazing and we had a really nice waiter. Went to the club and danced all night, we met a great group and joined them. Now we are going back next month with our new friends too !
Terrible, took ages to get a table when it was already pre-booked had to wait at the bar not knowing what for and being treated like we didn't make a booking! Waited almost 2 hours to get main meal, to later find out they made a terrible mistake and gave our main to another couple who asked for lamb, when there was no lamb on the valentines menu! Complete stupidity, Never again!
This is a terrible racist club that shouldnt even still be open there are much better more decent clubs to go to in London. My advice if want a good night DO NOT GO HEAR
This place is openly racist. I came here two years ago an me and my friends was not let in due to the colour of our skin. We was on the guest list and had a table booked for my friends birthday but they had gave it away to the 3 white girls behind us. This place needs to be shutdown. You have coons promoting this place too still till this day knowing what's going on
Food with Yanniff is stunning. Dined here with a voucher and would highly recommend. Service was informed and smooth, each course was explained and presented with elegance. A really great way to spend an evening if your a foodie. The club was is not to my taste but if grey goose swilling 20 some things take your fancy - its the place to be.
Fab night out on Saturday. Hadn't been since they refurbished the club but it's neat and music still on point. Got in free as I'm a Capital A List member which worked out nicely.
Awful, over rated place! Staff at front door reception are so rude, miserable and look at you like you're cheap. Two ladies in particular (short woman with dark hair and tall woman with mousey coloured hair) Music and food in the restaurant is really good but that's literally it! Wouldn't go there again..
very nice venue....but.....most of the people in the club were all full of self importance......there is no dance floor just private tables with all the self important people sitting around and not adding anything to the night.........the More
Awful! After my sister booked everyone on the guest list we arrived at dstrkt ONTIME. As we were looking for directions to the club we were approached by two club promoters who literally told us "you will not get into dstrkt because you are ALL BLACK". We laughed and assumed he just wanted us to pay more to get in. However, he was more than correct and it wasn't the slightest bit funny. The lady at the door asked for the name so I said REMY. She basically looked at thin air and said " sorry guest list for REMY is full and the club is very busy tonight". At this point we are furious and then my sister said "wait I didn't even put the list under Remy, I put down your GOVERNMENT NAME..." (just incase they wanted to check ID) So this lady checked a guest list that didn't even exist and profiled us based on our appearance.
If you're a group of young black males don't bother, they will only let you in if you plan on purchasing a table, even if you have a reservation! Disgusting treatment for 2017 from a London night club
We went here for a birthday celebration and we were extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience. The service, the food, the comfort level of the dining room were exceptional. I still can't Beleive how good the food is
I attended one of the parties at Dstrkt with my friends and it was so COOL! The atmosphere is so friendly, there are a lot of young people wanting to party all night. Moreover, I noticed one or two celebrities ;p The decor was of a high quality and everything was placed where it was supposed to fit in a best way. I really liked the lights. Furthermore, the service is great, too. The Baristas mix the spirits with style so it was a great entertainment to watch them and a great joy to drink the cocktails afterwards ;) To sum up, it is a great place to go and spend the night with good friends.
My soup starter was brilliant. My partner even had to ask to change their starter to the soup because the torfu salad they ordered was just 2 lumps of torfu with maybe a section of lettuce and wasn't nice at all.
Mains were not up to scratch. Pork belly was OK in flavour but not the best, came with plantain chips which were bitter and I wouldn't order again in general. Salmon dish came with a side of rice, which wasn't cooked properly (hard grains) and the salmon itself was under seasoned with not enough Teriyaki sauce to be listed as Teriyaki Salmon.
Dessert now - I believe the dessert was this restaurants strongest point and I would come back just for the dessert because the mains weren't great at all.
Champagne cocktail as advertised on this voucher is basically just prosseco with juice I cant remember the name now but it was nice nonetheless.
Interior decoration is on point in this restaurant.
Awful experience trying to get in here. For my birthday I decided to come here with my friends for a good time. We got on a guest list with a trustworthy promoter I've used many times for other clubs. When we got to the door a blonde lady immediately told us we can't get in. I tried to explain to her that we were on the guest list of Anna Event and a man next to her seemed to be telling her excuses of why we couldn't get in and she would repeat it. I didn't really want the hassle of arguing as it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy myself so I just left it and went to another club. I do believe we were rejected because we were 3 black girls which honestly is a bullshit policy that a lot of clubs in London have. It's a form of racism and should not be tolerated.
Absolutely horrendous service, never met such rude waiters. Waiter brought me a starter which was not what I ordered. When I tried to explain the mistake he informed me that he was correct however the starter that came to the table wasn't even on the menu I had ordered from. Very unapologetic and told me to "forget about it" in a very abrupt manner. Ruined the meal and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere for me and my friend. Before reading reviews I believed this restaurant/ bar had a very good reputation however that is not the case at all having done a little bit more research after our ordeal. Very very disappointed and will not be returning.
Went here last night for a charity event. Had dinner in the restaurant and we then moved into the club later in the evening. Really good value and the staff were incredibly helpful - particular thanks to the bouncer MNS.
No point going here, we booked a table for 6 for a girls night out, hoping to eat there and then stay for the night club after. Only to be told on arrival that our table was booked for 5pm instead of 6pm. We had an email confirming the booking, (No doubt we used Groupon vouchers,) but that shouldn't give them a right to treat us in the way they did. The manager of the restaurant at the time Martin something (Sounded French), he was extremely rude!!! We ended up loosing our money as the receptionist had already scanned our vouchers on arrival before sending us down to the restaurant area.
In the end we went to a lovely Thai place in Soho. Much better customer service, despite being busy, they managed to sort out a table for the 6 of us within 10 minutes.
Overrated, over priced, over hyped. The doormen and promoters are idiots. Theyll tell you one price and after waiting in line the door people will tell you another. Their selectiveness of girls they allow in is ridiculously low class, misogynistic and racist. They wouldnt let my friend in, who was South Asian but they let some gross, half naked Greek girl with a monobrow and a cheap tit job in?? The place is utter bs. Its just a room full of cheap, ghetto wannabes and z listers who think they are Jesus, The Queen and Micheal Jackson rolled in one.
Worst establishment I've been to ever. The bouncers were openly racist by remarking I have a "Russian" look about me granted I do have a polish name. Nevertheless I got in and you the bouncers kept a good eye on you if you were a man. They wouldn't allow dark girls or overweight girls to come in. They also made the black men to do some sort of registry thing, I only ever saw the black men having to do it. I would stay away from this place AT ALL COSTS.
Went to Dstrkt for a work Christmas party and had an amazing time! The bar staff were very friendly and the food was out of this world. I had the Beef Charcuterie, Steak and Mince Pie with Ice Cream. The food was probably the best food I have ever tasted served at a Christmas party for nearly 100 people. The Chef and his team did an amazing job to serve us all at the same time. The restaurant and club itself was very stylish and swanky. I can't comment on the cost but I'm sure it was expensive. For the food and venue, it was definitely worth it!
Very racist. Especially against black women. They also use members of their staff to post good reviews. Don't be fooled. Very poor service Need to be shut down
Rude staff- especially the girls at the door and security feel they are the owners, but they have forgotten that we pay for their wages (which are probably just above London minimum wage level). Full of wanna-be famous bimbos looking fod their sugar daddy and dad's money boys looking for the easy take-me-home gal. The music is just a laugh. Food is nice.
The club is great if you are a white person, be very careful who you go with. As the door lady with the cheap cowboy hat is very racist in terms of how many coloured people at a time comes in. And even if you have booked a table make sure you don't give her any excuses to use against you. example do not wear trainers, even though once you go in you will no doubt see people in there with trainers. that is just an excuse to use to not let you in. white people you can wear what the hell you want she doesn't mind, it is almost as if in her eyes every white person she sees is in full three piece suitl. She is so god dam racist t it is not even a joke anymore so stay away from that place if you walk past or hear she's at the door.
Disgraceful attitude towards men and women of different ethnicities.
I am shocked and appalled by their prejudice policies on race and size. I advise anyone with an ounce of humanity not to attend this club for any reason.
Staff was very friendly atmosphere warm and cosy food was ok. Day before our booked dinner I called and asked if they could arrange a nice message to his desert because it's his birthday and it would be nice to.suprise him and receptionist said ofcourse no problem. Unfortunately nothing happened. I was so disappointed because was really expecting that 5* service from them, because place as seen and heard from others one of the best in london. Desert to our table was normal with no extra message. Not sure if coming back there again. They not listening all the customer needs.
Now I will admit to the fact that my review of Dstkt is going to ever so slightly biased because a good friend of mine is the Events Manager there and I am always shown the upmost hospitality when we dine there.
However do not let this for one second detract away from the fact that the chefs at Dstrkt are offering up some of the most exquisitely executed dishes in London right now. Headed up by George Yaneff (formerly at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills) the kitchen team delivers an all-organic blend of Continental cuisines that combines combinations of flavours and textures to the highest level, using freshly sourced ingredients for every dish.
Highlights of the a la carte menu include the Ostrich skewers that were cooked perfectly and accompanied by a fresh and tangy mustard dipping sauce. Another absolute winner was the Truffle Gnocchi served with a cheddar espuma. You have never had gnocchi like this - a crispy exterior hiding a delicately light and fluffy centre, that with the truffle infusion, were out of this world!
Not being a massive dessert fan, I had no issues with their immensely rich dark chocolate and orange panna cotta that challenged my non-sweet tooth to the last bite.
I cannot recommend Yaneff at Dstrkt enough and to compliment their outstanding food, their staff behind the bar knock out some the best and innovative cocktails.
The recent Cocktail competition (that I was fortunate enough to be a judge on the panel for) has resulted in some mind blowing creations. Think artisan spirits with a quirky american diner touch.
In my opinion DSTRKT is the best club London has to offer.
Table bookings get a Quality of service no other club I have attended has yet matched or Exceeded.
Staff are very professional and helpful
The party atmosphere and DJ's ensure guests party long into the night and have the best night possible. Theres not been a night I have left before the music stops and the lights come on!
Worst place ever. DO NOT GO!!!!we had booked on site in the afternoon and made a partial advance payment. When we got there they had us waiting out in the rain to check the booking name. That took forever. When they could not find it they asked us the name of the person that booked for us...then the security told us we had to go when we started being upset. Then the manager came to apologize but it was too late and we left... went to Mahiki instead. Great place, Great Music, Great hospitality, Great service and waiters. MAHIKI IS THE PLACE.
Receptionist rude, don't recognized photo press card as ID, manager polite but insisted that anybody can have photo press card, and one must have both Passport and Bank Card because they want to physically scan it. So basically if you don't want to your bank credit card or debit card detail to be scanned in their system, please don't visit as they won't let you in.
I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME AT THIS CLUB. RACIST AND RUDE SECURITY. EVEN THOUGH WE HAD PAID OUR WAY. VERY SMALL MINDED CLUB, RAN BY A BUNCH OF STUCK UP PEOPLE.
IM GOING TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE RUNNING THIS SHAMBLES AND UP TIGHT SECURITY AND BUSINESS.
If you dont look like what they want you too look like you might aswell. Forget coming out your house. Because your not getting in!!
It is horrendous!!, was looking forward for a bling night, trust me would of had more fun at waxys occoners round the corner, full of hookers , money grabbing girls. It easier to enter Israels Parliament then to dstrkt , by the time you get in u are pissed off and tired. Prices for get it , only drug dealers and celebrity's can a afford it . If you want a bling night, buy a ticket to dubai for a weekend and you will come back with some change compare to this place . Thankfully i was with a bunch of amazing friends and we had a laugh which costed us a fortune.
I was not impressed at all with service and food. Noodle was very salty and other are just ordinary.. you can find same level of food cheaply in many places.. on the top of this they do not give us priority to the bar / club and treat us same as people who que up outside.. no point to eat in for that!!!
Great club, a lot of hot girls. Drinks are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. You will need a bit of money to have a really good night but if you got it, this is definitely the place to spend it. Make sure you take some girls with you as big groups of guys have no chance of getting in.
"I can do whatever I want" were the words of the lady at the door. Sums it up - white woman didn't let us in (5 people - 1 white male, 3 black females and 1 Portuguese female) despite emailing before to ensure we would be allowed in. Perhaps it was because we were late (it was around 12) they immediately told us they were full and it was reservation only. Until we saw a group of white girls being allowed to queue up when they said they didn't have a reservation. Quite disappointed & sceptical about the way this club is run. It's transparent that you need to live an "image" lifestyle to get in but shallow guests do not make a successful club. It does bring money however, so well done in running a successful club for rich, ignorant people! I applaud you for that. At least train your staff to pretend like they're not discriminating against you or to tell more believable lies. I would attempt again to see if the treatment is the same but they seem to allow minimal power to justify discrimination (racial & class based discrimination). This is never justified and I am extremely shocked as this is multicultural London & liberal values should be applied here.
I went there just prior to Christmas for a work do. Our company had booked us into the VIP area, but we were refused entry at first, so that was unnecessarily complicated, but I'm sure the bouncers have a hard time focusing on enforcing order in an environment of noise and flashing lights.
I went outside to join some colleagues while they smoked. A bouncer told me not to step over the rope in an aggressive tone, along with "I know you're drunk, but...". I'm certain I wasn't drunk, since I was largely bored. It would be nice if the bouncers could bang enough brain cells together to understand that the reason I stepped over the rope was because I wasn't presented with any reasons, sign postings or indications whatsoever that I shouldn't be stepping over the rope. Dealing with authority figures who lack such intellectual capacity is tiresome.
Typically of nightclubs it was too loud to talk and too packed to dance, but with atypically rude and mentally under-developed bouncers.
If I could give this place 0 starts then I would. Absolutely terrible service, rude staff who re-use DIRTY CUPS! Saw my used cup being given to another girl, what if I'd had tonsilitis? No dance floor, snobby people, never going back.
