Handover was supposed to be smooth but there were issues with the old tenant so things got delayed. Was feeling a little disappointed but the SKycourts agent handling my property worked hard to get things moving forward..

5 star service. Junaida is best agent. Good service by Harbor Real Estate.

The worst thing you will ever do to yourself is to deal with this company and its management and agents , they are not professional at all liars , when i came to rent from them they said the you will get your apartment in excellent condition they didn't let me check the apartment after i signed the contract and did the payment until the day i moved i was shocked , walls was not painted , washroom was in a very bad condition and even the kitchen was terrible , they didn't respect whatever im saying and didn't give any attention , and now after i moved in if i faced any issue and i call them they speak in a very un polit way , dont move with this agency they are liars....

dishonest and greedy-stay away and never rent through them. many issues since i moved unorganized lazy team , delay in all services and deposit cheque return
in their contract they obligate the tenant to paint the apartment before moving out otherwise they deduct more that 1000 AED from your deposit checque.

Harbor are great when you first meet them, but good luck getting your deposit back!

Absolutely happy with the services provided by the Harbor. My agent was so friendly and helpful. Showed me lots of apartments that suited my requirements and within my budget limit. More than that, he was so nice to actually come and check that all the maintenance was done properly. Even spotted some things that I didn t pay attention to and had to be still fixed.

I wished i could give them 0 star but the option is not there.
The worst customer service ever.
We rent a 2 bedroom flat from them almost 4 months back( in the hotest weather if Dubai). From first day our bedroom's Ac had issue.

We request so many times to come and repair the AC.
I sweer technical their team came to fix it almot 20 times as i have all the reports.
At the end they recognised that the AC has to be changed.

Now its 4 months and still we dont have AC in bedrooms and we are sleeping in living room.
Their customer service is so embaressing!!!!

I used to follow the show of Mr. Muhanad the CEO of Harbor real estate on TV and when I visited Dubai, i contacted him to help me invest in the Dubai realty market. At the same time, one of my friends here in Dubai suggested the name of Afshan Baig, a broker from Harbor Real Estate. Afshan has given very good information regarding long-term investment in Dubai. I felt very much comfortable as she was not pushy and she spent so much time with me. I didn't buy but I will for sure during my next visit.

Not even worth one star. Extremly bad service, very nasty stuff and very unprofessional. The worst company in the UAE. Most of the goof reviews are from their own stuff. DO NOT EVER USE HARBOR. Such an extreme and horrible one year in my apartment. Be aware and run away as soon as you see a Harbor sign.

worst experience ever I had.. after Two years staying at a flat rented from there, it has been more than 4 months and they are not returning my deposit. more over since the very first day we had issues with almost everything in there (A/C, Lights, Plugs, ...) and they never fixed anything!!

I have approached harbor for rent and they are very professional in all their buildings they give free maintenance, and 12 chqs, no commission, and they make my ejary by them self for free, I save time and it was very quick move in. I have been renting for 5 years but i feel there is a lot benefit in renting with harbor.

very bad experience with harbor real estate !! They deducted the commission fee from my account , they deducted the first payment from my account , the alpha fee bill is running , I gave all the cheques 1 months before , but till now i am not even get 1 pin from their company !

Excellent services!!! Me and my husband are newly wed and were looking for an apartment to stay in Dubai. Their customer representative is very polite in answering all my questions though it takes a lot of time asking for so many details as we are not that quite familiar in other places in Dubai. Very bad service! I have been trying to get small items on my rented apt fixed. They promissed they will fix them before i get into the apt, but once i made a mistake and signed the contract, no response and no active care from this firm for six months to address the issues. it is unprofessional.
