The service was great. The staff was kind, friendly, informative, accommodative and most importantly very professional.

I had the best experience with Carol as my massage therapist and Tanya doing my facial. Beyond relaxing, very thorough and extremely professional.

Very disappointed with hotel. Loved Latan who works in the BouYah water sports for Marriott harbor beach. He was very helpful.

Great place to get-away. Staff is super friendly. Resort is clean and well maintained. Some of the amenities were not available with the Covid going on but overall they did there best to make it "normal". Came here with 6 of us and will definitely be back.

This spa, the entire staff..the treatments ....5 star all the way. My family and I have been enjoying all that they have to offer for years. I put this spa up against any world class spa and it would finish on top. The relaxation room and waiting area have the most magnificent calming effect. Finally, after treatment enjoy the beautiful ocean view. We live here in south Florida and enjoy long weekend "staycations" here. Love it here, and highly recommend the property and spa for the most relaxing time of your life.

Top notch Marriott Beach Resort. Excellent suites and restaurants. Beautiful ocean front views.

You get very little value for your money. One of the spa's main selling points is to make it clear that at no time are you permitted to use the hotel's beach or, main pool area.

What a wonderfully tranquil full service spa! They have virtually all of the amenities you could want! Great massage therapists, well trained staff and great pampering options!

I rented four rooms for four days so the family could get together for my sons graduation. I was looking forward to a comfortable experience. Notwithstanding, despite the rate for the rooms I had to pay, it was not communicated to me in advance that the rooms would not be cleaned. After two days, I called on the phone for the rooms to be cleaned and I was told that housekeeping would not go inside to clean the rooms but, that I was only entitled to a change of towels. I was told the rooms would only be cleaned when I checked out. I asked about the bedding being changed and was told I could be delivered sheets but had to change my own bed. I am very disillusioned I was not notified in advance that the rooms would not be cleaned. I ended up having each family member in their own rooms clean their own toilets, etc. I reserved a cabana for the family and I got there with the family I was told it has been given to someone else. The food at the restaurant, i.e., the chicken wings, gave four family members diarrhea. There was only one waiter at the restaurant at the time. When you call the front desk, the phone rings and rings endlessly without an answer. When I was checking in, the front desk kept on putting different callers on hold and did not attend to them. Very unpleasant experience.

Omg, my new favorite spa! JAVONTE(sorry if I've spelled it incorrectly) is absolutely amazing and the staff is very friendly!

It was great to be able to go on the spur of the moment and be greeted so warmly and have my hair done right. Estella did a beautiful job on my hair, and the color was perfect!
