I rented four rooms for four days so the family could get together for my sons graduation. I was looking forward to a comfortable experience. Notwithstanding, despite the rate for the rooms I had to pay, it was not communicated to me in advance that the rooms would not be cleaned. After two days, I called on the phone for the rooms to be cleaned and I was told that housekeeping would not go inside to clean the rooms but, that I was only entitled to a change of towels. I was told the rooms would only be cleaned when I checked out. I asked about the bedding being changed and was told I could be delivered sheets but had to change my own bed. I am very disillusioned I was not notified in advance that the rooms would not be cleaned. I ended up having each family member in their own rooms clean their own toilets, etc. I reserved a cabana for the family and I got there with the family I was told it has been given to someone else. The food at the restaurant, i.e., the chicken wings, gave four family members diarrhea. There was only one waiter at the restaurant at the time. When you call the front desk, the phone rings and rings endlessly without an answer. When I was checking in, the front desk kept on putting different callers on hold and did not attend to them. Very unpleasant experience.
