I am not used to leaving reviews (not very networked) but here I will make an exception.
For Christmas I order a bag at the end of November, on New Year's Eve my wife opens her very beautiful bag gift, she is delighted but the problem is that the strap does not attach to the rings on the bag!
On the 26th I take my phone while telling myself that it was a bit of a hassle at the time of the holidays (but hey I bought on the internet) to my great astonishment two rings are enough to have a contact who understands my problem and offers me a procedure for exchange for the bag, half an hour after she calls me to tell me that the exchange will be on the strap and that it is sent today.
This morning, 48 hours after my call, the problem is resolved.
I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP BECAUSE THE PRODUCTS ARE QUALITY BUT THE SERVICES ALSO

I was looking for a birthday present for a moment ... My best friend told me about this brand and this shop .. I went for a ptit tour, there is a wide choice of products, and the team is nice !!! I flashed on a nice bag.

I love this brand, I have ten bags and I often give gifts to my loved ones for Christmas I love the fact that we can make gifts with different budgets. The price / quality ratio is exceptional ... I bought my first bag now over five years ago and it is still in excellent condition. The new collection is to die for ... every time I can't wait to see the new collections, whether the basics rolled out in other colors but also the new ones. In addition, the shop is very beautiful and we are well advised. I recommend!

When returning to the shop, the reception was perfect. The seller was able to guide me to choose a tote from the many models that were in the shop!

I purchased two pairs of shearling gloves. After wearing one pair for three days, I found the seam along the side of the glove had come apart. I brought them back and the shop had them repaired for me. Not one day later, now back in the States, I found them tearing again, only this time in another along the seam of one of my fingers. I called to complain, after which I was told it might be best to start wearing the second pair and the next time I was to be in Paris I should return the defective pair.

I recommend the shopping bags, very solid, very good value for money (I have three that have not moved).
On the other hand, an effort is to be made on the part of the seller who does not seem very concerned by his work and who does not know how to advise customers

A nice mark, but a pity that the house employs incompetent salespeople in the matter of the sale. The welcome and the customer service is disappointing. Really disappointed, no more want to go back and I would not advise my friends.
