Horrible experience !! INPS vacation abroad without the presence of a contact person of the agency (as per contract), the whole group entrusted first to the bus driver and then to a hotel manager who barely spoke Italian and who was not able to give any answer. Any attempt on their part and by the tour participants to contact them proved futile. The rooms were different from those booked in the agency, we were assigned those with the lower price and, given the impossibility of contacting the agency as mentioned above, it was not even possible to change them. Furthermore, the total price turned out to be higher than an actual booking on tourist sites such as booking, trivago, etc. (given the cost of the service that was not given). Strongly discouraged.

Apart from some technical and organizational inconvenience, I would say that this agency has always satisfied me

I have booked several times and never had any surprises ... all as planned !!! Even better sometimes!

I accompanied my mother to a spa stay in Abano Terme organized by Happyage on behalf of INPS dedicated to seniors, so elderly people with age-related difficulties. Unfortunately the service provided was not always sufficient to meet the needs of elderly users. This problem occurred in particular during the trips that were a disaster as they were a continuous run in the scorching sun (starting time of the half day trips at 3.00 pm with 40 degrees) elderly people in need of assistance were left to themselves, the guide said you have this time available you see what you can do at the appointed time you see the bus who's there.
Communication also leaves a lot to be desired: often I do not answer the phone. Experience not to be repeated, I do not recommend it

I call but they answer a few times and while waiting, silence remains and you hang on.
