I have always loved Hanna's. The food, the atmosphere, the service, and the perfect cocktails. But now, I love it even more. Since Covid, some restaurants have tried and failed to pivot effectively. Not Hanna's. Dave, the owner, has gone above and beyond to ensure that his restaurant is safe for us to come and dine. If you haven't yet, stop by and check out the amazing seating area built out on what used to be parking spots. It's beautiful! With lights, tables with tablecloths, comfortable chairs. They have heaters for those who want them to ward off the evening chill.

My sister and I were there last night and were treated to great service, food, and atmosphere. Dave stopped by and chatted. Travis and the other servers were attentive and friendly. All with masks, of course.

In times like these, we all should support (to the best of our means) our local restaurants. They - especially Hanna's - are the heartbeat of our community. Special thanks for Dave and his staff for providing a safe place to go.

Food was good, service was terrible. We waited over an hour to get our food and it didn't come out all at once. They brought it 1 at a time. The coffee was cold when finally brought to the table.

While I didn t have the best experience, the owner did reach out because he truly cares about his guests and his reputation. He made things right and for that I am rating this restaurant 5 stars because the owner knows how to run his business correctly. Thanks!

My brother and I dined at Hanna's for the first time on Tuesday. We had the best service and the best food. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by everyone not already serving other customers. Our server, Krista, was outstanding. She made several recommendations that we took her up on as first timers. The food and wine were delicious. The owner checked in on everyone to make sure our experience was good it is clear that everyone takes pride in what they are doing. What a gem for south Orange County!

I would give this restaurant a 5 if the service wasn't so slow. The food was amazing...we shared oysters rockefeller, the admiral's platter with shrimp, salmon, scallops and crab...it was fabulous! The waitress was very slow and dinner took way longer than it should have. I would highly recommend this place as the food was delish!

The place was loud and rowdy. It is a really nice and fancy bar. I am not into that scene but it works. We went in for dessert and decided to get it to go instead of grabbing a table. The wait staff was amazing throughout our entire time there. They went out of their way to help us out. I would definitely go back.

I am only giving this 2 stars because a grade lower would put this at fast food levels and I have to be fair. I'll put it to you this way... I am not from orange county. However, all these friends I had recommended this place and while none of them can really cook anything outside of trader joes, I was like what the hell i will give this a try. Food was bland, boring, and overpriced. I'm finding this to be a common trend in OC because the locals here don't seem to have acquired a taste for food outside their zip code. I'm serious, you will not feel like you got your money's worth. You might be better off just going to Hooters or pizza hut. Thanks for the dent in my wallet and the disappointment

First time coming here with friends that really like Hanna's. I would describe it as more of a steakhouse type of restaurant although they do have a wide variety of menu items. Atmosphere is typical dimmed lighting and heavy decor. Our booth had high benches with spongy cushions that were kind of difficult to get into especially if you're short as my wife is. Once settled it was fine. Service was good, knowledgeable and helpful. Almost anyone could find something on the menu they would enjoy here. We were in a group of four. For starters we had the Ahi tower (good but overpriced) and the flat bread which was like a very simple pizza and it was good. For entrees our group had the salmon, Paleo bowl, steak salad and kabobs. They were all very good with the exception of the steak kabobs. I wouldn't order that again. Steak was overdone and not much flavor. The steak salad on the other hand was excellent. Really good dressing and plenty of steak. Highly recommend this. The salmon dish was exceptional and the Paleo bowl was really good. Pricing is what I would consider pretty normal for a better quality restaurant if this type. Menu items varied from $15 to over $50. We didn't get drinks and our bill for four was right near $150.

I made a reservation requesting a quiet table for two for our 37th anniversary but upon being seated we were put right by the kitchen door! I don't think the constant walking back and forth by the servers would have been an issue at all because that would be the case anywhere I suspect; but it was the tapping on the monitor just behind my head that was most annoying and distracting. We asked to be moved just one table over and was made to wait because as the waitress said, "it might be reserved." :/

We were eventually given the "okay" and from then on the night was awesome. It if weren't for the seating mishap I would give Hanna's an overall 5* for the food, service, ambiance, and very chilled Chardonnay with the generous pour!

This restaurant is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a superb supper, this is the place that comes immediately to my head. superb and many types of food and a large menu.helpful staff members, and agreeable spirit. Also important, the price is honest. I tell about this restaurant with no hesitation.

The food was great, and the restaurant itself is set up very nicely. The Rancho burger, sweet corn soup, and salmon taco that we tried were all great. Good place for drinks too; all the beers, wine, and cocktails are listed on an iPad they bring to your table which is cool.

It was ok. Had the 14 oz Ribeye med rare and I got Med. They put a sauce on the steak but did not mention that (I'm a purist). Steak did not have much flavor, good sear though. Sides were ok (Risotto, potato puree, and fries (came with meal). I would rank this a little higher than Black Angus. They charge the same price as Maestro's but are very lacking.

Service was good and friendly. Was made to sit outside on 80 degree day with no option to wait. RSM is full of itself and makes you overpay for standard things.

Hannah's is amazing. Great service and great food.
I go there with family fairly often for the last 3 years, the Ultimate OC Burger is our go to every time it made perfectly and tastes amazing. I have of course had othet dishes and they are excellent. Hands down the Ultimate OC Burger is the best burger in town.
I recommend sitting in the wine room if you don't want to watch sports, great intimate atmosphere. Also, you can bring your own wine and thwy don't charge a corkage fee.

We had a difficult time locating the restaurant using Google Maps. But now that we have been there, it will be easy to find. I love that they have a cigar smoking patio. Our ribeye was excellent but the brussel sprouts we're not cooked enough although crunchy. Prices are a little high for my taste but it has a cigar patio!

Hanna's is simply one of the finest eating establishments I have ever experienced. The staff are highly attentive to detail and their goal is to make your dining experience and food be the best possible. This attitude comes straight from the top, the owner Dave Hanna, a highly personable individual. Food is excellent, European cuisine and menu seems to change every couple of months. They also have an extensive wine list from $8 per glass to whatever you desire. I eat there every other week and I have had an extraordinary experience every time.

So we have heard of Hannah's and just happen to get a gift card for here. We knew the place was expensive but for fathers day me and the wife decided to order and pick up. We ordered on Saturday for pickup at 3:00 pm Sunday( Father's Day), We ordered the day before so that they would have ample time to get our meal ready. so on Sunday we go to pick up our order at about 3:40(we took out time getting there again to give the time to get it ready). I get to the restaurant and i am told that the meal has not even been started. So i'm a little miffed! But, Ok I have to wait and they put it on a rush. Why on earth was it not started I will never know. So we get the food everything was there. They even gave me a $20 gift card for not having it done on-time. We head off towards home, get home and pull everything out it all looks good. Well let me tell ya It was not good at all. figuring I just paid $50 for just the steak i figured it would melt in your mouth not even close. It was full of gristle and very tough, My wifes entree was the macadamia nut crusted salmon. we have had crusted salmon at other restaurants but this salmon was not crusted at all. The nut crust looked like puke and was not at all crusted or browned, maybe that is the way its supposed to look but needless to say the wife would not eat it and neither would I. So, we shared my leathery steak. We did get Onion rings! Who could mess those up? these were surprisingly good.
We also got the brussel sprouts. The ones from Hannah's are horrible they don't even trim the core they just cut them in half and throw them in a pan. So the whole time I'm eating them I am chewing like, well you guessed it the steak above like leather.
You would expect that if this restaurant is so expensive that the ingredients would be top notch and of premium quality. But low and behold we would have gotten a better meal from a less expensive place and probably would have enjoyed it more.
Final thought. if you want to be premium then provide a premium experience by providing the premium ingredients and preparing them with the utmost care. This was not done for this experience.

Place was great and well clean and cool staff. The service was fast and food was serve freshly made. The food was very good and the manager was phenomenal. She spent time with us providing an overview of the restaurant. Great waiter as well. Will definitely come back for more.

We went for a private party and the food was very good and the service was excellent. The worst thing about this place is the location. There is no close parking and they don't offer valet parking.

Loved this restaurant! Everything we ordered was loaded with unique flavors, but not overpowering. We had 2 appetizers: the whipped burrata with balsamic brussel sprout leaves, and the fried calamari which came tossed with peppers (not spicy). We ordered 3 sides: truffle mac n cheese (this was very rich, almost too much but was still so delicious), garlic mashed potatoes (cooked perfectly with just the right amount of fluff and flavor), and broccolini (very lightly seasoned). We each ordered the filet mignon which was perfectly seasoned and juicy. We also brought our own bottle of wine to share which was no charge! We were seated next to the kitchen where the servers pivk up the food and take it to the tables, so that part was not ideal but next time we will sit somewhere else. Overall a great experience and there are so many more items on the menu we want to try. Delicious!
