Had some dental work done, dentist seemed competent and knowledgeable.

Damnit, I chipped my front tooth!! they fixed it. did an amazing job too. very friendly staff. thanks guys. if you need a good dentist go here. ;)

I went to this dentists after moving to the area and an absence from seeing a dentist for 2 years due to lockdown and COVID restrictions. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming. The hygienist did an amazing job cleaning up my teeth and took time to discuss and advise on tooth whitening when I enquired. A special mention to receptionists Madison and Lois for making me feel so at ease and for their lovely cheery natures.

Private treatment should be customer-centric. Not here! I've never been to this dentist, but enquired about getting a clean. Oh no, first I have to take time off work to pick up forms and register (not for NHS treatment, mind - they're full). Then I have to take time off work and have a check up. Then I can at last take time off work to have a clean. Or I can pop down to a dentist near my office and get a clean tomorrow, no registering required - ta da!

How Rude!! Just called to asked how to sign up and I was greeted with "I have a client here please hold" waited two minutes then she came back huffed and asked how could she help? I asked how could I sign up? her response was "well we are not taking on anyone new" in a smug voice! I asked why and she said they had a dentist leaving!!! now you might think this isn't bad but how about Im sorry we are full as we have a dentist leaving please try back! I told her she was rude and I will never be calling that dentist again!!!!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

Have visited Together Dental today, formerly the 'Hamsey Green Dental Practice' for an assessment on a tooth/filling that broke over the weekend.
I saw Dr Sandhu who once again was utterly brilliant, very kind and personable and offered a 1st class service. Have been going to this practice now for about 16 years and it is wonderful and a 'Beacon of Excellence' in the dental world.

Lovely staff and very professional service, the young lady on reception was friendly and welcoming. Dr Sharj Patel put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you :)

I have attended this surgery for over 10 years now & have been extremely satisfied with all the reception team and my dentist, when i saw what was written on google reviews i felt compelled to advise future patients what utter rubbish people have written on here as regards to staff being rude and un helpful I cannot recommend this surgery enough.... perhaps those people that wrote bad things & THAT HAVE"NT EVEN BEEN TO THE SURGERY DON'T DESERVE GO THERE!!!! I will be recommending it to everyone thank you to all at Hamsey Green and keep up the good work

No rush and plenty of time taken to explain my upcoming treatment which I very much appreciated.

My mother needed help with a broken tooth as she is now 88 years young and not totally mobile I phoned Hamsey Green dentist as this is very local to her , first contact was great very helpful receptionist and given a prompt booking the next day our experience continued to be a good one , again greeted with a smile at reception and the dentist was polite and courteous he did a good job on her tooth , she felt relaxed and came away very happy . Top marks to all at the practice.

Really friendly staff, quick and professional! Maddie recommended and then booked me an appointment and the dentist knew straight away the problem I had and really helped with the pain!

I can highly recommend Hamsey Green Dental Practice. They are professional, welcoming, kind and efficient. On the odd occasion when I have needed emergency treatment they have always been able to offer me an appointment straight away. My dentist, Jey, always provides the best patient care.

Just completed implant treatment for three missing front teeth, the surgery went fine and quite pain free.
The dental staff were all very helpful and reassuring through the treatment.

The dentists are great, professional and friendly. The receptionist are rude, unhelpful and have attitude. Dr Sandhu I would suggest a staff overhaul in reception

Friendly reception staff, the dentist and nurse made me feel totally at ease and the same when taking my children.

Although I live locally I m not a patient here, I needed an emergency appointment & they kindly saw me. Due to COVID there are many restrictions everywhere but I was made to feel very welcome from my initial telephone call with the surgery, my arrival, my appointment with Dr Shar Patel and my payment. I actually found it stress free infact I was quite relaxed throughout it all and I hate going to the Dentist ! I have made another appointment which is unlike me as I tend to visit a dentist if & when I have to. They are adhering to all COVID regulations and I would not hesitate in highly recommending this surgery.

Receptionists are just so so rude. Made me feel so uneasy when I'm nervous enough going in there! Will be looking for a new practice. Shame

At the beginning of the year I had amazing service with Rudy he done my root canal which I was very nervous about but he made me feel at ease with the help of his nurse as well. This is a very lovely surgery with such a welcoming reception team.

I went in twice, first to get forms and reception staff were abrupt and just plainly rude. Though the lady might just be having a bad day. I then went in with my small child and the same person said that they cant take my forms as they were too busy and saying that, there were two of them at the desk. I was not greeted with a 'hello, how are you!'...the first thing I was asked was 'have you got an appointment'....what has happened to customer service and just being polite! Glad I didn't register with them. Drove straight to another dentist where I was greeted with a friendly smile.

Staff rude and lazy. Terrible trying to make appointments or get information. They simply can't be bothered. The dentists are inexperienced and this shows in their price and results. A very cheap dentist with cheap results to your teeth. Treat you like children and take your money. Never going back. Avoid.

I have been trying to find a NHS dentist for my nephew who has a toothache and its been a nightmare. I came across Hamsey Green website and made the call. The receptionist for so helpful, polite, and has sorted an appointment. Excellent service

I have been going to hamsey Green for many years. Every visit has been extremely professional with very friendly dentists and receptionists. I have always received a very warm welcome and made to feel comfortable. I have sometimes felt anxious with treatments I needed to have but the friendly reception i have been greeted with has helped me to relax

My sons both have been with Hamsey Green Dentist (now called Together dental) since they were in reception and now they are in secondary we still go there. Nice service with lovely attitude ( I do need that to help me calm) . My boys have Dr Sriskandarajah(we call him Jey) he is the one full of smile and help my sons more relaxed during the treatment. The receptionist,Madison,who has been very helpful when I asked for the help for my son's referral to the orthodontist she assisted me and communicated with the orthodontist which makes me very grateful.

Arrived and asked if we could register for an emergency appointment.... the rudest and least useful woman on the planet was on the desk.... stating all the things she can t do. No new customers allowed and when I mentioned the sign in the window stating new patient welcome to be told that is not for nhs and I m not taking it down..... just so you know... I didn t enquire as nhs and we stayed we are happy to pay. It is a shame that you have hired such useless, miserable, rude staff to act as the face of your business. The reviews of the dentists are fantastic.... but for the staff the exact opposite. Just because of them I will go above and beyond to ensure no one I know uses yourselves again. My advice is to fire the front staff and hire someone with a bit of common sense, compassion and initiative. I am disgusted!!!

Went to today for emergency appointment. First time since lockdown. Felt nervous but was reassured by a new employee being trained about new procedures. Going back next week, feeling more relaxed. Great dentist with friendly staff.

I did not have a great experience at Together Dental. While the dentist was helpful and kind, I found out while sitting in my chair that I was given the wrong patient status and was expected to pay a a fairly high, surprise fee. The dentist, as I said, was kind to sort the issue, but communication was very poor from booking to attending the appointment.

Rudy has been our dentist for many years and he is excellent. He is very friendly and my children feel confident with him as his work is fantastic. I would definitely recommend the practise.

Would like the clients to be tested for temperature on entry and the chairs in reception area should be sanitized regularly/after each patient. Those chairs needs to be wipe clean type and not cloth based for hygiene purpose. Jey, the dentist is kind, caring and great. The reception staff are polite and welcoming.

I highly recommend this dental practice. I have been here since last year. I am currently doing my Invisalign with Dr. Jamali and I'm very happy with the treatment. I have always been scared to visit dentists, but Dr. Jamali has made me feel very comfortable. He's been honest and upfront with me about the dental work needed to be done on my teeth. The entire practice has a very friendly vibe, from the receptionist, to the nurse and the dentists, everyone I have ever come in contact with have been very kind and friendly.

Been going here since I moved to Warlingham. I have always had great service from my dentist Rik, very professional. Would highly recommend.

I was absolutely petrified of going to the dentist and went through so many local ones until I chipped a tooth around 5 years ago and I joined this surgery and met with Jey, he made me feel so at ease and I haven t ever been scared to go back since! I even recommended a friend who was just as anxious as I was of going to the dentist and she absolutely loves it. I recently started Invisalign and I ve had the best experience so far!

All staff we're very friendly and helpful. Great service. Definitely recommend this practice.
