Extremely professional, friendly and efficient service, from everyone in the practice. They care about getting my teeth just right, always expecting to do the very best. Treatments/procedures were surprisingly painless, and quick. Elleven were mindful of the demands of my work/life, and were flexible to accommodate. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone, and can't speak highly enough of it.

Dr. Sameer Patel is beyond excellent! I don t always take the time to write reviews but this place certainly needed my positive feedback. I was very happy with the professionalism and expertise shown from all the dental staff. The dental studio is state of the art and the team are very helpful and clear.

Just wanted to say thank you to Shivani, Ana and the team. I had my orthodontic treatment with Shivani, who is very professional and gentle. I am especially impressed with her ability to deal with emergency, which shows how competent she is and how much she cares about individual patient.

My jaw surgery was done by Paul Johnson who worked closely with Shivani. He is one of the best in the UK. When he checked my teeth after my treatment, he said that I had a very positive bite and Shivani always did perfect work to teeth!

I have also done treatments with dentists and hygienists at Elleven. From nurses to receptionists, everyone is very friendly. The environment is relaxing. Every time at the clinic feels like an escape from work.

I just want to say a big thank you, to all the team at Elleven and especially to Dr S Patel and Dr P Johnson, this multidisciplinary team, is truly focused on delivering excellence.
Also I would like to say, that Dr S Patel's level of competence and expertise, has exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled beyond words, with my new smile!

Fantastic treatment from all the staff, I came into Elleven with teeth that looked like a battlefield and missing teeth due to bad advice when younger to have them removed, and mainly eating on one side due to pain on the other side. After quite a journey, and to note no real uncomfortable sessions, I have nearly a full set of white teeth and most importantly can eat with comfort all around. This is by far the best dentist practice I have ever been too. Not just for the excellent dental work but the constant support and friendliness of all the staff. I am an incredibly nervous patient and they were so understanding and worked at my pace. I was never in any pain and have never had any problems after treatment. They know exactly what is best for you and will help you achieve it no matter how long it takes. I couldn't recommend them enough, even more so if you have had bad experiences or are nervous, it is an environment like no other. I am overwhelmed with my final result and couldn't have even imagined it was possible. I cant thank them enough!! x

1 star may be harsh but i'm going to tell you why i've decided this is all they deserve. If there was an option to give less, I think I would. Upon entering the establishment I was swiftly given a form to fill out and sat in the waiting room to fill it out, all of which was fine. My appointment began on time, again promising. It must be known I didn't seek orthodontic treatment for aesthetic reasons but because I have a complex problem and wanted an orthodontist who would establish a good bite, giving my jaw stability after a first round of braces a year before hand landed me with chronic jaw pain. When I described my situation I could see behind his agreement with the points I made and knew he thought I was delusional, believing orthodontics could have ever caused my problem. He then said I needed to fix my pain before getting braces and made a referral to a hospital with "the best people at what they do" thinking they would give me an alternate reason as to why I was in pain. That was when i had truly given up. I had already been referred from hospital to hospital when my pain had first started all telling me to go on a soft diet and massage my jaw. He told me how common a clicking jaw was and gave me the recommendations all NHS doctors and orthodontists would, not acknowledging the fact my lack of click was actually a bad thing for my jaw had been locked for some time now. Overall I found the experience aggravating.I don't like not being taken seriously and I could instantly see through the caring demeanour he put on show. The bottom line is I'm sure this is a fine place for anyone who wants basic teeth straightening, but if you, like me, have a complex problem of any degree this is not the place for you. They are just like every other orthodontist you would find who lack the understanding of the jaw necessary to leave you without future problems. I may sound crazy to some but knowing someone may be seeking help here for a more complex problem I thought it was necessary to tell you the truth about what you''ll encounter.

Best and most professional practice I have ever been to bar none right from the moment you walk in. The staff are extremely proficient and helpful immediately putting the most nervous of patients at ease. All hygienists and dentists are extremely knowledgeable and take complete pride in their work. I cannot recommend Elleven highly enough.

I was referred here to start treatment for corrective jaw surgery, not only did they give me an accurate estimation of the length of the process, they also sent me to the top surgeon in the field (offering to send me through either NHS or private). My treatment was complicated and Dr. Shivani and team went to extra lengths to make sure that I am comfortable and understand everything clearly. All staff is extremely friendly, polite, and flexible to adjust to a schedule that best fits you. Eleven dental not only took care of me well before the operation but also after. They made sure I had many appointments so that they could keep close tabs on BOTH my physical healing and my mental well-being. In case of emergencies (depending on how early you call) you can even get same day appointments.

At Eleven, it really feels like everyone truly cares, and that makes all the difference. To be frank, it is a bit pricey for the average person (though I was also in the surgical unit so that made a difference), however for the level and kind of treatment you get it is worth every penny and then some.

It's no exaggeration to say that Elleven Dental saved my mouth. I was in a very bad (and embarrassing) way when I first contacted them - teeth decaying and drifting, gums and bone in a terrible state. And I was frightened of dentists on top. It was a (self-inflicted) nightmare. I was in despair.

Everything changed when I met Elleven dentist, Peta Leigh, whose great skill and even greater kindness put me instantly at ease hugely important for someone with a lifelong dental phobia. From there I had periodontal treatment (First with Peter Freud, now with Lorena Mumford), hygiene with Lynn West, and orthodontics courtesy of Jill Daus. Everyone I ve dealt with has been superb and meticulous at their job, as well as courteous, thoughtful, and very coordinated regarding my complicated treatment plan. They got my mouth healthy and stable enough to consider options (such as braces) I d never have dreamt of having when I made the first appointment with Peta.

It s not over yet, but my braces are off, my teeth are straight, my gums aren t bleeding, and my mouth is in the best shape it s been in decades. I m beyond thrilled - I feel like I ve got my life back. I m so glad that I made that life-changing appointment to see Peta, and I dread to think what would have happened if I hadn t. Thank you so much, Peta, Lorena, Jill, Lynn, and everyone at Elleven Dental.

I have been going to Elleven Dental for several years now and cannot recommend their services and work enough. Shivani and the elleven team ensured my maximum comfort in the clinic and with my procedure the whole year, giving me clear updates about the progress of my teeth, guidance with how to take care of my teeth during and post braces and the resources in order to do so. Whilst a patient, I was also provided with hygienist appointments, even more reassurance that my teeth were being taken great care of. I am so happy with the results, have had my braces off for over a year now and only had one issue of my own fault - which elleven was quick to fix. Had a great experience with Elleven dental and would highly recommend.

I would highly recommended Elleven Dental wellness. I was slightly apprehensive as an adult about the thought of having braces but the ceramic style that Dr Shivani recommended were fantastic. During my orthodontics treatment I was diagnosed with breast cancer and considered giving up my braces, as the pain in my month from the chemotherapy was terrible. Dr Shivani and the team were always hugely encouraging and gave me brilliant advice on how to treat the pain. My visits during the year became a highlight, as everyone was so warm and encouraging. The practise has a wonderful friendly feel, from the entire team.
Dr Sameer has also been brilliant at making a reluctant women have her very old root canal remove and replaced, and I m delighted. A visit to Lyn the Hygienist is a pleasure, it s just really hard to catch up on all the news with your mouth wide open.
I now have a superstar smile and I couldn t be more delighted. It really is a place of wellness

Everyone is so friendly and treatment is going great with Invisalign!

At first I was slightly nervous and for the time it would take for Invisalign as well as fitting in appointments, working full time but they have been pretty flexible.

But the team at Elleven has been so accommodating it s amazing! They put my mind at rest by fully explaining the process of Invisalign and giving me a suitable payment plan to start treatment.

Within 6 months or so I had straight teeth after 3 months there was already a visible difference.

Farrah has been absolutely amazing, always has a smile, genuinely cares and very helpful as well as Dr Lam which has also been awesome in the process of Invisalign and making adjustments/giving excellent advice.

I would highly recommend Elleven to all my friends and family, they genuinely care and will do there absolute best for you.

Great customer service. The staff are all very friendly and always want to help. I was very pleased with my treatment and am very happy with the outcome.

I just want to shout out how great Elleven's general dental is! Dr Johannes is definitely the best dentist in town! He's super experienced, precise and thorough. He would use this patient friendly blue rubber sheet thing for the filling, so that you wouldn't get all those drilling bits down your throat. Just had one filling done last Friday, it was painless, the smoothest and the most pleasant dentist appointment ever! And I really appreciate the fact that he's very punctual, he'd greet you in reception himself, go through the treatment plan with you, and talk you through the entire session. He's strict about how a good dental hygiene standard should be, but I honestly look forward to the next check up :)

If you look for a solid good dental clinic, this is the place!

I had orthodontic treatment at this practice with Shivani and while I received a substantial improvement, unfortunately I was not fully happy with the result as some of my front teeth were not straightened. When I expressed my concerns, I was repeatedly told the teeth were straight and this was the best result that could be achieved.



Excuses were made. I was told it's the size/shape of my teeth that are the issue. That the teeth may have moved - despite the fact I had a bonded retainer and my removable one still fit. Teeth do not become crowded with a fitted retainer. Even their photos taken after the braces were de-bonded show the same issues. I was also told there are limitations to braces.


I believe Shivani did not have the skill or patience to straighten my teeth (common in orthodontics) and instead of admitting that or looking at a treatment alternative - she put the blame elsewhere.




The checkup felt rushed and only lasted about 5 minutes, definitely not worth what you pay for.

They seem to care more about money than patient satisfaction, and like to describe themselves as being the "best", as perfectionists - clearly false.



I had a number of other issues with the treatment too. For instance, one tooth was pushed so far back I developed a crossbite - this resulted in the root of that tooth protruding through my gums, something that was never resolved and really prolonged my treatment.

I recently had re-treatment elsewhere with Invisalign and not only are my teeth now straight, but my bite and even the root issue has considerably improved. The new dentist also commented that the fitted retainer was placed poorly and had damaged my gums.

Please consider a practice that genuinely cares and strives to make their patients happy. Throughout this experience I ve been made to feel like a difficult patient when my concerns have been completely justified. This could have been resolved much earlier.

Do not trust Elleven Dental, and do not trust their positive reviews either.

Edit: Teeth being left crowded is far from a super result . I wasn't fully happy when the braces came off and I made that clear. I accepted the result at the time because you made me feel I had no other choice. It s not about perfection, but at the very least you expect your teeth to be straight after orthodontic treatment and I never got that at any stage with you. You continue to deny the truth and refuse to take responsibility. Yes hopefully karma will deal with dishonest doctors .

I have recently had emergency replacement of 2 crowns with Dr Peta Leigh. I have an overwhelming phobia of anything to do with teeth and find visiting the dentist to be an incredibly stressful experience. However, I can honestly say that the several visits I have made to Elleven Dental have been the easiest and most straightforward dentist trips I have ever made. Dr Peta has transformed my perception of dentists. She is honest, skillful, extremely thorough and together with the amazing technician who created my new crowns has done beautiful work on my highly sub-optimal molars. I would recommend Peta and Elleven Dental without hesitation and I'm extremely grateful for my lovely, strong, new teeth!

The new-patient form asks about my favourite music and how i like my coffee. Wow, a dentistry that cares about my comfort. My previous dentist just asked if i preferred anaesthesia or pain.

The waiting room is full of dental trophy plaques (not dental plaque). After a brief wait, I'm taken to the treatment room, which is large enough to play golf in. In fact, I have a hole in one. After a painless drill & fill, Raul Costa does a restorative job with the precision of a renaissance sculptor. To involve me in the decision making he even gives me a crash course in dental restorative materials.

The 'Wellness' in their name aptly refers to the calm and positive atmosphere. I feel relaxed and a bit like new... am I actually looking forward to the next dentist visit?

To find Elleven Practice was one of the best things in my life. For over 25 years I ve suffered with an incorrect bite and my front teeth sticking out progressively more each year, but all of this was corrected in just a year and a half. Had an incredible experience with Kate and Stefan they are a dream team! Most gentle and relaxed cleaning I ve ever had. After years of night grinding and slowly eroding the enamel on my teeth with over zealous brushing, leaving unsightly dark holes (where the dentine was exposed), I arrived at Elleven on personal recommendation to seek help and advice. Before Sameer could fix the very visible damage caused, my bite needed to be adjusted and realigned so he referred me first to Shivani for the necessary orthodontic work. I was very opposed to having braces and this was the third dental practice to advise me I needed them. However, Sameer s enthusiastic and innovative approach and Shivani s gentle and reassuring manner convinced me that the time had now come. Shivani s work was meticulous and the results unexpectedly quick. I was expecting to wear braces for a year, but they were off again after 8 months and my bite/smile was transformed. The cant was gone, the teeth were straightened and my bite point moved forwards to the front of my mouth. Functionally, my whole posture benefitted and the lower back problems that I had previously suffered for several years have not returned. After some expertly executed preparatory gum work by Petros - not pleasant, but very professionally carried out with quick healing and exacting results - I was then able to have the veneers fitted to correct the surface loss and damage issues. Sameer is a perfectionist, which is really the most important quality you are looking for in cosmetic dentistry. He has wonderful vision and artistry, coupled with an absolute determination to get it right. He will insist on an extra step, even if it means more time input on his part, and the results really are dazzling. He demonstrated a continued patience over what was a long and very precise course of treatment and an utter commitment to the process. Sameer and Shivani are an unbeatable team and the only people I would trust to undertake this kind of work. They are also fun to spend time with and your visit to the dentist actually starts to feel like a pleasurable experience! The idea of dental treatment can be intimidating and like me, you might be anxious as to whether it is the right thing to do and whether you will be happy with the end result. For me Elleven Dental has been such a dream. They really care about client experience and were always very flexible with my appointments. If you want a team experienced in modern treatments and flexible around your schedule I would reccomend Elleven Dental.

My teeth were very overcrowded and tricky. I also really didn't want to have braces that were showing. Dr Lam recommended lingual braces on top and regular on bottom. Although I was concerned about the bottom braces showing, Dr Lam listened to my concerns and assured me nobody would see the bottom braces and he was completely right.

The team always made time for me whenever I had a wire or band break especially at the weekend. Dr Lam always made me feel like there was no rush in making decisions and continued appointments until every tweak I requested had be made. Overall I'm delighted with the end result and having gotten it without anyone even knowing I had braces, really allowed me to be confident while getting my teeth sorted.

I started using Elleven for general dentistry and hygienist appointments sine opening. Since then, I have had Invisalign and was guided through the process by Dr Sameer and his fantastic team, from start to finish. I couldn't be more happy with the results and would highly recommend ton anyone!

Worst experience I have ever had. I went to have a crown fitted and they injured my mouth completely and the crown was misplaced. I went to have it fixed and was made to feel bad for asking. They are marketing / businessmen, not dentists. I eventually went to another dentist to have it fixed (easily). Avoid at all costs and save your money for real dentists.

I came first for an emergency and have had my teeth cleaned, an extraction and an implant. They were also able save a tooth that a previous dentist had said would need to be taken out. I just wanted to say how grateful we are for the wonderful work that Richard Field performed on my 10 year old daughter's front tooth, after she broke it on holiday. Upon our return we spoke with 4 dentists regarding the best way forward and decided to put our faith in Richard at Elleven Dental. He was the only dentist to recommend re-using the original tooth fragment; all the other dentists ruled this out, and given the intricacies of any tooth (shape, colour, translucences) it is almost impossible to replicate such detailing. I was initially concerned as the tooth fragment had become lighter in colour since the accident 2 weeks prior. I was therefore reassured by the fact Richard agreed to re-do it using the standard procedure of composite resin if the original solution didn't work. The procedure of 'gluing' the fragment back in place was very intricate and took about an hour, on top of the consultation time. However once the fragment was returned to its rightful place and became re-hydrated over the following 5 days, the colour returned to match the original tooth, which was incredible! Yes there is an ever-so-slight hairline on the tooth, but only someone with a magnifying glass could actually see it. At the end of the day it is a masterful piece of work for which we are eternally grateful.

I wanted braces at the age if 65 and I was recommended by three people to see the team at Elleven dental. They where first class from honesty upfront with cost, time for treatment and commitment to my comprehensive treatment. I have recently completed orthodontic treatment at Elleven with Dr Shivani Patel. My case was complicated as I required braces followed by surgery on my jaw. The treatment I received was nothing short of excellent. Both Shivani and her assistant Anna provided excellent patient care, and I felt that they truly cared about the end result. Shivani was always prepared to go above and beyond to provide the best service, and took into account all of my concerns and requests. The wider team of staff were also great at creating a welcoming atmosphere and making me feel at home. I'm very happy with my results and finally feel confident about my smile.

I still can't believe how good the final result was but also the extraordinary customer service throughout. I wasn't just a patient but a good friend of everyone in the practice and that feeling remains.

Elleven Dental is the kind of practice that forgets that the first purpose of medicine is to heal and help people.

I decided to do my orthodontic, parodontal and dentistry treatments with them (I have an history of bad teeth due to a treatment I was taking as a teenager, a bad sugar diet and weak teeth).

I gave more than 15k to Elleven for the total of the treatment plan and I was highly unsatisfied by the results and the way I was treated.

I had to do a crown 3 times to get it fixed (i went back to France to get that sorted).
They charged me the crown 2 times while the crown was always causing troubles (permanent discomfort in the mouth).

They asked me to do orthodontic treatment and at the end of the treatment after removing everything, they told me that I should start again because one tooth has moved (the retainer they put broke), they wanted to charge me again in case I had to do it. We manage to realign the teeth without braces.

I clearly recommend to avoid Elleven Dental and Doctor Raul Costa, they are a bunch of business men and impostors rather than doctors.

Avoid it at all costs, I also make sure to people that I know to avoid going there.

I would put 0 star if I could.
