Highly recommend. Mark walked me thru all of the details of my divorce from the Pro's to the Con's. Always had my best interest in mind and made a very bad situation much more palatable.

Mark Bailey walked me through all the steps for my divorce and helped me navigate some tough situations. They are great people to work with and I highly recommend this firm!

I used Matthew Bailey for what should have been a simple, easy divorce. Matt has NO aggression & allowed my husband's atty. to call all the shots. They were in contempt of court from the very beginning but we never filed even on motion to enforce that. They owed me over $7,000.00 in past due court-ordered alimony but no attempt was made by Matt to enforce that. He made financial arrangements with me partway through and the reneged on the agreement as soon as I paid him the lump sum (over $5,000) he had asked for. Six months in, Matt got mad at me for questioning his lack of follow through and refused to speak with me again. All further contact was by e-mail which allowed him to bill and entire day for what could have been a 30 min. phone call. This man & the firm are untrustworthy, unethical, & inept. Our mediator told him "I can't teach you how to practice law" when he asked multiple, inept questions. He quit 2 months before negotiations for my divorce were over. I spent $33,000.00 with NO results and got totally screwed in my divorce. Matt quit by e-mail 2 months before negotiations for my divorce were over. I would not use Matthew Bailey to defend my dog.

Worth every penny. Fought hard for me and got me everything I asked for. Best money ever spent. Really good people too.

I met with Mark Bailey and he was my mediator for my divorce. His advice was fair hard and on point. We come to a resolution much faster then I thought. He did not waste time. If you need a lawyer I would use him without any reservations.

I would give them zero stars if I could.. they Ripped off my brother for $2,600 up frount.
Then sent him another bill for $4,500 for services they didn't do!!
Its a divorce, No kids, very little assets.. WE WILL BE FORWARDING HIS COMPLAINT TO THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.

Where do I start? Patrick was by far the easiest, knowledgeable and helpful attorney I have ever worked with. From the start, everyone was professional but personable. They say in life that you get what you pay for, and I would not have ended up where I am with my divorce and custody battle without the help of Patrick and his team! I cannot thank you all enough and if I need an attorney ever again, you will be the first one I call!

I used them for my divorce and they really took great care of me. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of my divorce with a judgment in my favor from my exwife. Thank you Mr Bailey I can now move on with my life.

Is a sloppy law firm. I am dealing with clerical errors in a UCSO order 10 years after my JOD was entered in 2008. I had no idea back then as to what one is to look for or to do, I simply paid a professional law firm to do professional work and the work done is full of errors I found out 10 years later that cost me thousands of dollars. My suggestion don t walk away from this firm, RUN!

Positive result from people I have passed into while walking through life that had this firm represent them.
Plenty of horror stories. Incomplete work, objections not filed on time or at all, this firm cares about green cash flow, not the outcome of your case.

Sometimes we all learn the hard way, many of us don t know a good attorney from a bad one when we select our divorce lawyers. This firm advertising s on radio about being a male advocate, it s a hoace and a joke.
My advice Run, don t walk away from this law firm if you care about your future.

If you call ADAM, they answer as "this is ADAM", it's a separate phone line for their business. They fraudulently pose as a separate company without going through proper channels, and don't have the business licenses or fillings to back it up.

They use this to bleed men dry and pit men against women. They specialize in two things, dragging on a battle as long as possible, and representing women, in a winner take all situation.

Morals and ethics? Forget about it, blood money is sweeter than anything else to these attorneys! If you have a pulse and a check book, and a child in the middle, they'll make sure to do everything possible to get money instead of simply walking away from a dirty client. Despite their legal obligation and legal ethics to walk away.

Run, don't walk!
