This was a great company to deal with...I had a problem with a Keeper winch and the team of specialists got together and mailed me a replacement circuit breaker under warranty at no charge within the week. Hopefully this will fix my problem but if not Im sure they will be available for more help if needed.
PATIO DOOR PULL HANDLE, WOOD Part #: V1147H, cheaply made, brackets between wood handle and door are made if inferior metal, will break in 6 months or less. Find an alternative. Have gone through 4 sets already, unfortunately unable to find a replacement that fits this particular patio door. Lucky that hardware store allows me to switch broken product with new product.
