I saw a counselor about my issues at work. I work for a well-known person. I had found out about the counselor through a mutual association. The counselor told put mutual associate that I was seeing the counselor and who I worked for. The associated called my place of work trying to connect with the well-known person.
I don't know how much the counselor shared with the mutual associate, but never should have spoken with them about me. Very unethical. DO NOT GO FOR COUNSELING HERE.

I agree with the reviewers comment regarding the secretary/front desk rep. Very snooty attitude which is the reason why I ditched the services. I've complained to the therapist but I seemed to be overlooked.

For TBI (traumatic brain injury) patients, like myself, I don't advise this place. Money seems to be the driving force behind some of their therapists. Office staff snooty.

We take our son there for counseling. The staff is friendly and helpful. They really work with you on scheduling appointments that work with your schedule including notifying you when there's been a cancellation. Dr. Alan Alig is great. He shows real concern and empathy for our child. We see noticeable improvement. I have read other posts about this place and I can tell you that the woman (receptionist) mentioned, no longer works there. We definitely recommend this counseling center..

Office staff is awful. Snooty, condenscending, lazy, and unpleasant. The counselor I saw awhile back was a nice lady, but didn't help me at all. I could have been talking to a brick wall. They have several other counselors so maybe your experience would be better. Good luck with the receptionist though (she's why I've chosen to look elsewhere).

I'm a soon to be 18 year old and have been coming here for 6-7 months now. During my junior school year I had a traumatic experience affect my learning at school along with other issues I chose not to face. Coming here was possibly one of the best decisions I could have made. Dr. Nicole is a great counselor for kids & teens (as well as adults). She has truly helped me. Now, the other negative reviews might have to do with the 1st secretary that is there during the offices earlier hours, and to be quite fair yes she is a bit rude, but I normally deal with a different secretary due to me arriving later on in the day. She is very pleasant. And overall they all mean well.

This office is the worst in professionalism. A patient therapist relatioship should be most important and taken seriously. I was seeing a male and was not feeling a good connection. I did not feel comfortable speaking to him so I requested a female. I have insurance that pays for 3 sessions a yr. I come in for an appt and am told I have to pay $80 because the therapist I was supposed to see doesn't work with my insurance. I stated I wasn't paying and will reschedule with some one who does. I left annoyed because after reading all the negative comments I was inclined to cancel and go elsewhere. Agiaint my better judgement I rescheduled with Andrea. I get to the office MY ONLY DAY OFF at 9 IN THE MORNING to be told the therapist canceled my appt. WTH!? I was never contacted. After speaking to the office manager my concerns werent answered. NO REASON FOR CANCELLATION. I had to ask if it was a race thing smh.. I'VE NEVER NO SHOWED ON AN APPT OR MISSED AN APPT. I HAD 1 OCCURENCE WHERE MY CHILD WAS SICK AND I CALLED HRS B4 to reschedule not even cancel. Find a more concerned and empathic office. An apology does not return my time lost.

Keystone counseling is a joke..After the 3rd session SHE flat out told me SHE could not help and cut our session short WOW.. I was speechless and She showed no interest to even try to help me and my son..

The worst thing about this place is the Secretary..she will talk about you behind the glass as if you can't hear her. And she speaks down to you with a smirk on her face. Very rude, but everyone else here seems professional and Karla Redman is a great counseler.
