Towels had feces stains, room smelled like urine, toilet was broken. 1 star is too generous. Needs a serious deep clean and face lift

Every time I have stayed here the staff have been very friendly and helpful :)
This place is CLOSED!!!! We made a reservation, they charged and when we got to NYC at night there was no hotel! Their instagram and website are up and running!!!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! You really made me very happy and satisfied! The staff was so friendly and helpful we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. I also observed that the place was very cleaned and organized. I will surely recommend your awesome and wonderful Hotel here in our area. Cheers!
My party production is absolutely amazing! They did everything we wanted, was always available for any questions or concerns we had and even when we had a little crisis she came with a better idea! She is a life saver!
Excellent stay at this hotel! You guys had a wonderful place to stay. The staff was lovely and very helpful if every you have any concerns. Great place to stay! It s very close to the various metro stations going uptown, or from and to the JFK airport! The room very very clean and quit (maybe the quietest place I slept in NYC Manhattan area). The team at the reception was very helpful from taking care of my amazon packages to providing umbrella for the rainy New York :)
They don't have ice machines, but it was a cool stay for the night.
I thanked the cashier and the bagger today for their nice and accommodating service. I will always go back here because I was overwhelmed with their best approach. Thank you so much!
