If I could give Zero Stars, I would. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. This outfit needed to be reminded to service the restrooms at our baseball diamonds for Gahanna Junior League Sports EVERY WEEK. They are unresponsive and leave their restrooms dirty. Once I cancelled our service agreement, I had to call weekly for a month to get them to come pick up their toilets, and, they billed us for that month anyway. Ridiculously poor communication and service. Run away from this company, and try PortaKleen. They have been exemplary since I fired ABC.

For all your restroom needs give them a call. They have flush and no flush units, trailers of all sorts, and also heated shower trailers. No event to small or too BIG!!

This company make the process easy. Amazing crew and customer service.

Disaster of a company. Avoid at all costs. Digging a hole at your business would be better service than ABC restrooms. Gave them every chance in the world to just... do their job... but they constantly fail and never take responsibility for their mistakes. Last week I had to fill my own units with water / tablets because their truck didn t have water in it :) Go with Porta Klean or literally any other company instead.

HORRIBLE!!!! Have a three stall unit under a prepaid contract for Sunday, September 2, 2018. A two stall unit was delivered. Women s side has dead insects surrounding toilet. Men s side has brown streaks of urine running down the commode. Called ABC and the woman who answered the phone stated ABC does not have any three stall units available. They said they did when they took our money. We were also told the unit was cleaned and if it wasn t to our standards we could clean it our selves. When we asked to speak to the manager we were told he is off for Labor Day weekend. When we requested the managers phone number we were told absolutely not!! We would just need to wait until Tuesday, September 4, 2018 AFTER our event and the holiday. Consumers use caution when dealing with this LLC. Breach of contract does not phase them.

Terrible customer service. Do not use this company. Showed up 2 hours late, didn't bring everything we paid for (INCLUDING NO HAND WASH STATIONS!), and their "emergency line" mailbox was full. And WORST part was - zero acknowledgement or apology from management. There are other companies. We will use someone else for our race next year. They made it clear they don't need or want our business (and apparently anyone else we are connected with).

They set up right next to the food vendors. Disgusting.

I ve been using them once a year for five years for our a big annual event, they always deliver and pick up on time. Very pleasant and easy to work with!

I have been searching for a toilet place closer to my house that compares to Yin Yues egg rolls and sauces for years. Not only did ABC toilets meet my expectations they surpassed them! The quality of the troff and the cleanliness of the sink was so good. The service was great too. This place is AMAZING!
