Hampton Inn Plantation Review

I love this place! The hotel room is huge for a room in a Hampton Inn Hotel. Service was great, staff is nice, and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Pompano Beach, Florida to lodge in this hotel.

Very good option if you only go shopping at the Sawgrass. Good breakfast, very comfortable rooms, free parking, excellent price-service ratio

Good location for nearby Nova Southeastern University and Broward College. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Three stars for good continental breakfast and cleanliness. Beware of promises for free shuttle from the airport or to the port. The shuttle stops running after 8:00pm and does not pick up from the port.

Small hotel with amenities comparable to larger ones. It is currently undergoing some exterior rennovations but the interior looks great. Rooms have large bathrooms, TV, personal coffeemaker, microwave, and a small fridge. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel room is impressively clean!

The hotel is nice and conveniently located, however, the room cleaning could use a bit more care.

Everything was nice, the breakfast was nice, the staff was very helpful and mannerly, the room were very immaculate. AC work A+ Job well done..

For a Hampton Inn, you'll have a hard time finding a better one:
- newly renovated
- decent fitness room (cable machine, dumbbells, four cardio machines)
- complimentary breakfast
- even a free happy hour with drinks and food from time to time.

Clean and comfortable, the hotel is near the shopping mall

Front Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping are the friendliest, happiest staff I have encountered from a hotel. I could spend all day enjoying the relaxing pool area. The hallway has a louder than preferred echo, but my room is quiet and very clean.

Check in was easy, front desk staff was pleasant. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, decent variety for the level expected (standard continental plus scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, and french toast strips).

Clean and spacious rooms very comfortable.. Friendly and courteous staff. Front desk personnel exceptionally warm and helpful.

Pretty nice hotel. Small TV but large comfortable bed. The pool area and gym were small but adequate for a small group of people. Breakfast had a decent selection, limited fruit mostly Dairy and meat.

Using their mobile app, I picked room 501. When we saw the room, it appeared it was under maintenance. Their system failed to prevent me from selecting a room that wasn't ready. The front desk was happy to move us to room 401. However, it seemed my digital key was not updated and still set to room 501. I alerted the front desk thru hotel phone. They told me it should update on half hour. It never did after several hours.

Excellent service with free shuttle to the airport and cruise port. Terrific breakfast, replenished even just before closing time. Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants. Lovely pool area. Very good value for money.

Presently staying here. I am a regular guest at this hotel always comfortable. However I just arrived from Orlando a long drive with a headache and asked the Front Desk Clerk if he can please put me on the 5th Floor to the end where I don't have to hear any noise or foot steps above me. Well that didn't happen with foot steps all night I had to turn the aircondition on to 60 and keep it on Auto to avoid the noise Smh !

This hotel is located in a good place where is near the mall and many places to eat, the rooms were very clean and very spacious with a sofa and everything, the employees were very friendly and fast with all the services.

So af of nothing special. No restaurants on site cheap bad breakfast.

Room was recently renovated, very nice. The bathroom ceiling was very low and I kept hitting the light fixture while drying my hair. The gym was nice for a hotel gym but the tv didn't work so it was pretty boring.

A nice clean well maintained hotel. Rooms are roomy comfortable. Beds are great., Breakfast is ok but the eggs are tasteless and crumbly. Good selection of other foods for a small hotel buffet.

Very pleasant stay before our cruise with their park/fly rate ( but their parking lot got flooded during a torrential rain upon our return)

Nice clean Room with 2 queen beds. Stayed for 4 days for the Thanksgiving break. Only a few miles from the in-laws.

Terrible. No room service. Bad breakfast options. Uncomfortable beds and tiny pillows. Deceiving advertising. Was sent to 3 different rooms and none of them were the right one

Better than most.... I guess..... roof leakage that showed water damage marks. Rusting furniture and dirty walls. Definitely dated and in need of a serious renovation. I booked for two nights but had to check out after one night. Not worth it. And I checked out after changing rooms already.... never again. Beds were definitely worn out. In need of a serious carpet cleaning. Motel atmosphere honestly. Dark, gloomy, and congested rooms and lobby.

Nice hotel. Nice area. But I absolutely can't believe the management of this hotel has allowed a lady have a dog in her room that has barked the better part of the 2 days I've been here. How incredibly inconsiderate of both the owner of the dog and of the management to the other patrons of this hotel. In 30+ years of traveling I've never seen such a total lack of concern.

Location was easy to get to. The staff was friendly and approachable. The rooms were in excellent condition, the AC was the best of any I have been to lately. The breakfast was hot and fresh. There was plenty of food and the seating was nice a spacious. This was by far the best Hampton I have visited in a while.

I transport traveling personnel to different destinations, I am human and like all of us we are going through the pandemic, but it is inhumane to deny bathroom services for first needs to anyone who needs it.

Wonderful.... after 2 bad experiences at other hotels in florida.. we will definately come back to this one... Jeremy up front was amazing. He was so kind.. helpful and professional. We will be back.great location too. Just wish the pool was heated.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very good - from the drivers of the shuttle, to the receptionists, to housekeeping and everyone else. Room was clean and exactly as pictured. The breakfast was excellent. The cookies and coffee station were a very welcome treat. Easy access to shopping areas as well.

You can make reservations for your daughter's graduation interview, arrive by air and use the complimentary shuttle bus to and from the Hampton Inn to take you to school and your accommodation. Every Wednesday evening you can have dinner and relax in a clean place. Cost is cleanliness is the best

Nice place and really comfortable place, across the street there's a mall and a nice place to have some dine....really strategic place...the hotel itself clean , big Room and good amenities from big brand Neutrogena....love this place ..its about 20 minutes from airport.....

Be aware that the airport shuttle may not be available! We booked because they advertised shuttle and did not give restrictions. When we arrived we were told we could not get a shuttle to the airport on Saturday morning before 8 AM!

The service and the room was great and overall I would recommend the hotel.

I typically stay at the Hampton Inn. I requested a late check out due to my daughter not feeling well. I was told 12 was the latest I could get because the hotel was booked. However I just went online and there are still rooms available. The hotel phone in my room doesn t work either.

A fine place to stay. Our toilet was broken but they had a plumber in very quickly who fixed it in less than an hour. Breakfast is nice. I never got a chance to check out the pool, though.

Outstanding customer service!! Every employee greeted us with a smile & was unfailingly helpful. The location is great too. Across the street from a mall with lots of food options. This was the perfect location for an overnight stay in Ft Lauderdale!

My job had us meet there for training. Helpful and pleasant staff. The place was very nice and clean.! Awesome!

Room was ok but smelled a bit, front desk lady working on 9/26 at 7:30 am was very rude. Doesn t listen and acts like customers owe her something just because you asked her a question! Won t return or recommend to others because of her service. Other people were nice though, she just ruined it for everyone.

rooms were very nice and spacious, they had lil water bottles available for us whenever, they called us when our rooms were ready, they gave us recommendations, and they had a shuttle service that took half of our party to the airport! overall very good service!!

Just stayed this pass weekend. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The free breakfast not bad at all and your located right near the mall. Polite staff good area.

My wife and I travel a great deal. This by far the nicest and most professional staff we've ever met. Outstanding service, great location, very clean and the breakfast Buffett is great. Cookie hour is a nice touch as well!

Hospitality is phenomenal! Staff is excellent. Breakfast is varied and fresh. I love the coffee and also the extra special touches the staff takes into making sure the guests feel super comfortable and pampered. Seriously I wish I would have known about this hotel and avoided hotel hopping since the hotel down the road was absolutely horrendous!!! Thank you. Keep up the superb service!!!
