I went to bring my new puppy to see Dr. Mack based on a referral. She was great and very thorough. I wasn't able to meet her or come inside since it was curbside drop off of your pet due to COVID, but Amanda who came and got our pup was awesome and Dr. Mack took time to answer all of my questions that I had printed out. We plan on taking our dog there for all future vaccines and check-ups. Emailing to schedule appts was easy too. There was a minor discrepancy in the bill which was corrected but other than that, we are very happy and everything went smooth as far as we could tell.
If anything changes, I will be sure to update this review but so far we are happy.

First time visiting this clinic. I was looking for a closer veterinary and came here with some skepticism. I usually go to Amherst. I do not regret it one bit. In fact, my dog even became a bit aggressive and had to be muzzled (1st time ever muzzled) for a paw examination and I was mortified. However, after all was said and done he was fine and actually behave better after the visit. The doctor was great, exam, prescription and nail trimming and suggested a follow up in a week, just in case. Total cost $128.00 Not bad for a 1st time visit. Once at home he even let me touch the paw that no one was allowed to touch. Obviously, I am one of those overprotective human mom. Oh yea! The review about the lady with black hair at the counter is totally true.. she is unfriendly, dry and slightly abrasive.

What a wonderful office!! Top notch care by some of the friendliest people on the planet! Highly recommend this office to anyone that has a pet!

We have been taking our pets to The Hampden Veterinary Clinic since 1992. We have complete confidence in Dr. Peck. She is both professional and caring. Our 14-year-old dog recently had surgery at the clinic. The clinic has called us daily to check on how he's doing. I would recommend The Hampden Veterinary Clinic to everyone.

First impressions are everything. My greating was very friendly. The docs treated my dog like she was a member of my family.(and she is) The office is more like an office I would visit. A professional comfortable setting. My dog was treated as if it were their own dogs. I won't go anywhere else

The Vet Technicians are very friendly especially with the pets (they treat them like they're their pets.. Yayyy). The Doctor's too give a lot of advice and on a personal level like how they would handle their pets.

Dr. Peck and staff are so good with your animals. They treat your animal like it was there's. Luna is a 15 year old jackapoo.
She doesn't even shake when we go for an appointment.

Doctor called me to discuss how my puppy s vaccine appointment went. I then informed him my puppy hadn t been seen yet and she was still in the car with me. I wouldn t trust them ever again. With experience as a vet tech throughout college and currently working in the healthcare field, this is completely unacceptable. Then the owner calls to justify why I hadn t been seen for over an hour and was completely misinformed on what had happened. Transferring records ASAP.

Awesome place to take your pets! I've been taking my Shih Tzu Bella for a couple years now. They take great care of her and the staff there is very friendly. I highly recommend Hampden Veterinary Clinic to those of you who really love your little fur balls.

Over many years I have brought my dogs to Dr. Peck. She is my Vet of choice.

Dr. Peck is great. We have been taking our pets to her clinic since we moved to Hampden in 2014. She is very warm, caring and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is great as well. We have two cats and a dog that she cares for.

This place is amazing. Fantastic quality of care to animals, great handling, and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this place!

You couldn't ask for a better place. The whole staff is friendly and very caring. Doctor Peck is truly interested in her patience and always follows up on them.

The care is top notch, but the additonal fees are a problem at this business.

Have had a couple of good experiences here, two with puppies, one with and adult Mastiff. Very nice staff and they listened without judgment, next comes barn cats. I am a informed owner and ask questions, all were answered. After losing my vet I had been with forever I was worried about finding a new one. So far so good

Dr Penny Peck and her team are the best vet clinic in Western mass ,have been going to her for 30 plus yrs would never trust any other vet with my pets health thank you !!

Haven't been there in awhile.....But it was great when I have been there.in the past.

The owner is a really nice woman, and most of her staff is great but if you get stuck dealing with the dark haired woman at the desk , run. If you were having a great day she will find a way to ruin it. Very rude, unable to smile, I mean she is physically not capable of smiling. She, (the desk clerk),over charges people and makes up her own prices.

Very nice people, clean establishment, not a long wait, and very helpful with any questions you may have.

They were busy but very organized. You have to stay in your vehicle with you pet. They come out, get your pet and then bring them back out when done.

Nice place but girls were rude and my 8 week puppy con curs -she left after routine vaccinations shaking like a leaf - made an appointment with a girl named Hailey - she was snappy on the phone and seemed like it really bothered her just to make the appnt - try elsewhere - do any of these people "assisting" the vets even go to college? (I.e. communications skills...etc)

We moved to the area recently and needed a closer vet than our usual spot for emergencys etc. Very clinical like care, but they are thorough and will take the time to answer questions. Girls at front desk are however fairly snippy and we have run into issues with faxing information and them correctly locating paperwork.

The whole staff is great. Dr Peck is wonderful! She really is going above and beyond taking care of my older dog. She's really making sure if his after care.

Dr. William Benner is by far one of the most experienced and most professions vet I've had the pleasure meeting. He gives great advice, is gentle with my rabbit, and the nurses and staff who cut his nails made sure he felt safe and they were so gentle with him. I love the treatment my animal gets and it isn't over priced at all. Everyone is really friendly and willing to help.

Dr Peck and her team are quality experienced compassionate detailed technicians who go the extra mile for your 4 legged loved ones! My ragdoll is 17+ yrs old and despite the beginnings of kidney disease several yrs ago, she's been doing excellent and the disease has not progressed due to the care of Dr Peck!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also fit my dogs in more than once for emergencies.

Dr Penny Peck is honest and open about your pet. She and her staff are good at holding the hand of the pet parent when needed. I have been a client for over 10 years. Her staff is the best...with my dogs and with me...listening to my ramblings about my fur babies

Friendly staff and reasonable price.. I was desperate cause my old man was sicky and they took me in in a week when no one else would. Forever grateful.
