Nice place but girls were rude and my 8 week puppy...

Nice place but girls were rude and my 8 week puppy con curs -she left after routine vaccinations shaking like a leaf - made an appointment with a girl named Hailey - she was snappy on the phone and seemed like it really bothered her just to make the appnt - try elsewhere - do any of these people "assisting" the vets even go to college? (I.e. communications skills...etc)
