So far very good. We have been bringing our new pup here since July of 2019 and they have been helpful from shots to nail clipping. Friendly and affordable.

My 20 year old cat has been struggling and we had to make an extremely tough decision as a family to let him go. He has had an amazing healthy life & seeing him struggle is heart breaking. We have used Monson Small Animal Clinic for many many years and they have helped us say goodbye to a few animals over the past years. Today, with new rules and changes at the clinic, THEY REFUSED TO HELP US! In tears I called them, we need an appointment first to assess the situation and that won t be for another 24 hours. My cat is suffering NOW and I can t wait. Before, we ve walked right in to a team of compassionate staff who helped us through our troubled times. Now the staff there is not very compassionate, have terrible customer service, are extremely unprofessional, should be charged with animals cruelty and are full of GREED! We already have a new vet and will be taking our business there.

I can't say enough about Dr. Cathy and her staff. We love them all. Excellent care all the way around and so compassionate. Both my dogs LOVE going to the vet because of how they/we are treated. That says a lot.

Dr. Kathy is well versed, understanding and kind to my doggo and us. I appreciate having good care for my fur baby so close by. Great for last minute visits when I'm freaking out over bumps on my doggo. We appreciate their fair pricing as well.

Had a hard time getting my cat to take his medication. Sheila recommended greenies pill pockets. They worked like a charm. Which they had on the shelf Thank you sheila

This place is amazing, they took care of two of my dogs, I switched with Dr. Kovacs was on retirement .I decided to go back after I met the new Dr there, Dr. Pienkos Is amazing to as well as all the the people that work there they really do love the animals they provide for

I can t recommend this place enough. I have a half dozen vets closer to my house but I happily drive the extra distance for the quality of care they give my dog.

Been going for years. Original vet passed away . All new staff. Very thorough. I'm told a bit expensive, but without doing a survey, friends all say their vets are expensive. Nice staff too.
