Great experience. Our rep, Jeff, helped standardize our options inside the machine and then loaded that same configuration to all the centers I manage ensuring all the members of my team have the same experience no matter which office they are working in. He was always responsive and really took the time to understand how we used our fax/copier/scanner before setting it up. I would recommend this team to anyone
