Besides destroying the integrity and diversity of Venice, Pardee is a racist, bigoted company, and they know it. They are unresponsive when people need it most, and they feign ignorance to their grievances.
I have send our documents over to leasing office I have talk to Keri , josh and ... and I have ask them please review my application first and see everything and don t run my credit if you are not sure to approve our application I don t want to get negative point on my credit and I m 100% sure my credit is good they have sending us text and email we got approved and ran my husband and my credit and we had appointment to visit on Monday to sight the contract and they have decide not to. Please please be carful with this company you don t want negative point on your credit
