Used friends and family discount for 20% off - Great pricing. They were out of stock on a lot of 3T outfits for toddlers but I was able to find one that I thought suited my child. Accessories were also readily available for the outfit.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. I had ordered a costume from them and was really excited to receive it. Unfortunately, when I tried it on it was too small. I immediately took it off and put it back in the package. I had it on for less than 5 minutes and took less than 10 steps in it. After putting it back in the package, I began the return process. First, after printing off the packing slip, I had to pay to ship it back to them. So on top of paying for the dress, I had to pay to ship it back. On top of that, their policy states that if they accept the return, they take 10% for a restocking fee. Then I hear from them. My return was not accepted because they found stains on the cape and deodorant on the dress. I would like to know how a cape I wore for less than 5 minutes and less than 10 steps became stained, unless it was before I received it or after I shipped it. To add insult to injury, they concluded their response email saying that if I wanted it back, I could pay ANOTHER $6.99 to have them ship it back to me! The cheap quality of the costume wasn't worth the original price, let alone all of these added shipping charges! I will never order from this company again, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Hat I purchased completely separated from base within 40 minutes of use. The costume was expensive; when I sent it back for return they refused refund stating " the hat showed signs of damage. Therefore, this return is not able to be resold and is considered damaged". OVERPRICED CHEAP GARBAGE.

Costume had hole in the seam when delivered. I just want to return but I have to pay restock fee, so they can sell it to someone else with a hole. Don't waste your time or money

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Ordered a crown for my costume and the item is NOTHING like described. It's flimsy, not the right color, -and the pain is literally crumbling off into my hair. It's also sized for someone with a child sized head. Worthless. Wasted $20+. Will never order again from here.

Ordered Halloween costume and needed it by a certain dated, paid for 3 day shipping , is now on the 4th day and I still have not received it. I had to call these people and create a huge fuss to even remotely get my shipping back. UGH... Now have to go get another costume because I have no idea when it is coming and I have a costume competition I am in..WAAAY to much bull for me..

Ordered costume and paid for express shipping. Never received a tracking number. When I contacted customer service they said they did not know if my costume had been sent or where the tracking number was. I requested that they investigate further to which they told me they could "Resend" the costume and have to me by Halloween. I asked for overnight shipping which they agreed to and then the next minute told me they were sorry, they could not get me ANYTHING by Halloween and offered me a refund, but no explanation why. I specifically ordered this website because the banner stated when I ordered I could get two business day delivery. I appreciate the refund (but I do not feel that is going above and beyond considering that the costume is now sold out on the website). There is obviously a disconnect between the warehouse inventory and the website point of sale system. This disconnect has left my daughter without a costume and me scrambling to put one together by end of day tomorrow.

I paid extra for express delivery, I had conformation that it was to be delivered today and instead I have one very upset little girl with no costume.
We were ment to attend a very special event and now my daughter has nothing to wear and I can not get my money back for the event.
Thank you so very much for completely ruining our weekend.
I will be sure to spread the word that all you do is take peoples money and let them down.

Poor quality. costume bought at 104?, plus express transport, in total 124 ?. not even 2 days of wear that the threads stretch, it looks like a 5 year old suit. really disappointed. At this price I expected a super quality product. Never again!!! it's a scam

Well I did not even want to give this place one star but to publish my comment it made me. I got my costume on October 19th (the voodoo doll costume), it came with the zipper broken. I then had to pay for shipping back to the company, and on October 28th was notified that I was only to receive a partial refund because they don't give you shipping or tax back for your order. I called them right away, was caller 67 so waited on the line for 20 minutes, just for a 1- 2 minute conversation that got me no where. I don't believe it is worth the money, time, or stress.

You cannot count on this company to deliver purchases on time -- even when you pay a premium for overnight delivery.

This place is a joke. Steer far away from it because they will rip you off. I ordered a $60 Hermione Granger (Harry Potter) costume for my daughter from here because the PICTURE and DESCRIPTION of the costume implicated a good quality costume rather than the normal lesser quality ones you find in the store. My order arrived via AMAZON in an AMAZON box. Furthermore, the costume is literally one I can buy in a store or from Amazon for $19.99. Not only that, the costume had hair on it like it was already worn! I called immediately and they claimed they have no clue how that could have ever happened and sent me a return label and shipped me another costume. Now today, I just got the second costume and it's the same exact costume as the first just not worn. Returned items get charged an 18% restocking fee. So, all in all, I paid $60 for a costume that I could have bought from Amazon for $19.99 with free 2 day shipping, and didn't even get the costume that is pictured. Do they mention they mainly sell Rubies costumes on their website? NO.

I just made a purchase about a week ago and I was a victim of internet fraud.

Someone from this company hacked my online account and tried to steal my information.

I had to close and reopen all of my accounts because of this purchase.

Please use caution if purchasing from the retailer.

Would not recommend, costume didn't fit my girlfriend, they have had the item back since the 12th of October it is now the 25th and all they say in their emails is "our elves are working hard to complete your return" what a lot of bull.... company just avoid refunding you in the hope you get tired of asking and constantly emailing about your return so they are quids in. Just a scam company avoid

Ordered the adult fireman costume and was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Perfect fit and the pants and suspenders can even be used like regular pants! Quick shipping and carefully packaged. Will use again.

DON'T BE FOOLED - I will never order from @Halloweencostumes again and you shouldn t either. I purchased a child's costume and shoes with the need to return the shoes as they were too small. The postage costs from Australia to their US, Canada or UK returns centre/s far exceeded the cost of the item we purchased! AND you are required to pay a 18% re-stocking fee.

I understand the returns policy requires the purchaser to return goods at their cost, however isn't it common-sense for international on-line sellers to be flexible with customers when it comes to honouring returns ensuring that the cost to return products is reasonable? Very disappointing online purchase experience.

The company return policy makes its literally impossible to get anything back on what you purchased, even if the item was incorrect and you simply want to get a different size. I would never recommend anyone buying anything from this company!

Ordered pair of back to the future shoes that didn't work, then I had to pay 11 bucks on top of the 83 for the shoes to send them back for a POSSIBLE refund... DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I ordered a dinosaur costume for my 3 year old a couple of weeks ago, the package was never delivered. When I called they sounded helpful on the phone and said they were going to send a new one with better shipping. I then had a second charge on my credit card, which was later reimbursed but I never got reimbursed for the first charge and weeks later I still have no costume or any indication that they have sent the replacement. This company is a joke!!!

Horrible. I purchased from them online, over an hour on hold twice, paid to overnight my costume and they never bothered to ship it. Missed the Halloween party as a result. The first costume didn't fit, the measurement they advertise is NOT accurate and I had to pay 18% restocking fee.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Even with express service selected I have been told they cant guarantee delivery. I have had to contact fedex myself to sort out the delivery as customer service response to this issue is 'that's too bad it hasnt arrived'. Avoid using!!

First and foremost,, check this businesses BBB rating, it will reveal what their google reviews fail to show. This place is very deceptive and will attempt to cover it up by claiming they send replacements and that it is their vendors fault and not theirs. Stay away! You will over pay for the same exact costumes you can get at half the cost from other in person stores or online at Amazon. Take note, they do not hand make these costumes and I am almost certain, judging by the feedback they leave in response to other reviews, that this is strictly a drop ship company. I cannot think of any situation where this website should be used, the picture shown is not what you will get and it will be over priced.

I ordered a skeleton costume for Halloween and when I tried it on for the first time It already had a rip in the leg. I then called and they immediately sent me another costume at no cost ( I was very pleased). When the second costume came the day before Halloween I put it on because I had a Halloween party that night and when I zipped the zipper up it broke. so i then had to wear the first costume with a rip in the leg and by the end of the night that zipper broke.

These costumes are very expensive but such low quality. This company finally decided to refund me half the money but i still had to send the costumes back which costed an additional $12. I will never order something from here again. very cheap material and over priced

They have horrible customer service. Their size guide is NOT true to size for pet costumes and they DO NOT all returns or exchanges but expect you to PAY MORE for another costume and be out MORE money! Just like humans dogs aren't all the same size too. The person I talked to was not helpful at all. I've worked in retail and customer service and would do anything to help fix the issue...this person WAS NOT helpful and didn't offer any help to me. I asked to speak to a manager and said that wasn't possible! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN!
