Recommend this place! Super affordable and the staff is great!

I love this place. First and foremost, it really works. I have been 7 times and I barely have any hair left on my body. It's so nice! What makes this place special, though, is the customer service. They always have Netflix playing in the lobby, and offer coffee and water, too. Everyone on the staff is so nice. I live all the way in Hollywood and go out of my way to come here because I love them so much. I've even referred friends here! Highly recommend coming here for laser hair removal, or any other services they offer.

I ve been coming to Hair Free Laser for a few years now and I absolutely love it! All the nurses are fantastic and really make sure you re comfortable and treated well. I have thick, stubborn hair and I have seen great results at this place. I highly recommend!!

I don t know how I hadn t had laser before. Maybe I was a scardy cat about the pain. Or being so exposed ..... naked in front of someone and then working on my most intimate areas. But the girls particularly Yelena made me so comfortable. She was so professional and funny to boot. The place is so clean and trendy. Super cute. She Answered all my silly questions. Provided detailed after care instructions. And let s not get started with the results. Amazing. After 2 treatments I am already not shaving. My skin in so soft. I wish I did this years ago. I have heard my friends complain of having to go over and over to other places. Not here. I am beyond satisfied.

I wish i could choose 0 star as they burned my face completely exactly year ago just after the first laser, and the owner said its side effect which is NORMAL!!!
still after a year i have big brown spots on my cheeks!
She didn't care at all and even she didn't return my money!
i had laser on my hands too which after several times the hair is still there!
They just hurt and damaged my skin, thats it!

The same happened to us today. There was a fraudulent charge in the amount of $12,000 and the bank is investigating. When I called they were less than helpful.

They are incredible, I loved the service, zero pain, amazing results and they speak Spanish, I recommend them !!

If you are looking for great results in laser hair removal I definitely recommend Hairfree Laser Center. Here is why: I did laser hair removal, and laser tattoo removal there and my hair is gone in 3 sessions and my tattoo is faded 90% after 4-5 session. I believe their laser machines Candela Gemtle Max Pro and Picoway are excellent. My brother went to do his toennail fungus that was bothering him for years - 3 sessions - fungus gone!! We could not believe the results!! Staff is super polite skilled, easy to make appointment. Doctor actually went through all details customizing our needs without pushing on services I did not need - very knowledgeable and honest. Nurses are great. Did Botox with Yelena, RN and my face looks amazing!! Again, if you really are looking for great reputable medical spa in Encino, then Hairfre Laser Center is for you.!! Strongly recommend!!

I ve been going to HairFree for a few months now and I have nothing bad to say about it. The results are awesome! I had a nail fungus for all my life and the only thing that cured it was 5 laser treatments. I m also doing laser hair removal and the results are amazing! The clinic is so clean and everyone is so professional. Also the parking is free! Definitely come here for all your beauty needs.

So excited to have found out about this place! I've been to other places that have charged so much more for hair removal and when a friend told me about this place i was so surprised that their prices are so affordable and i was even more surprised and excited at how great the results were! The staff is really friendly as well and they actually offer a bunch of other services too like tattoo/spider vein/fungus removal and Botox and Juvederm. Highly recommend!

Yelena and Hairfree laser center in Encino is the most amazing placeI have ever been. Yelena and all the medical team are Experienced and I know I am in good hands when it comes to my laser hair removal and other treatments. My friends and family are also so happy with all of their other services... Botox, tattoo removal, and sclerotherapy. Tattoo and veins fading really well!! I ve had 3 sessions at HairFree and they have been great. The nurses are very friendly, quick, and accommodating. Great results. Booking appointments is easy and they are open every day. Also one of the best prices I ve found. I recommend!

I'm demanding my money back for 6 prepaid services. They closed with no warning or forwarding information. What a SCAM! It should've been a red flag for me, when they demanded cash instead of credit card. They still have a groupon up beware!!

Be carefull everyone my wife just got a call from her credit card company that they noticed a suspicious transaction on her card today .... and here you are the center was trying to take some money from her card by using the store credit card machine!!!

Some explanation from the managment could help .

I just wanted to share what happened with us today although we put a hold on this transaction and locked the card but honestly we were upset to know that the store is keeping all the credit card information on hand even after months of her last visit.

Amazing customer service. Everything in the office is so clean and professional. My nurse Yelena is so sweet and efficact. I got my tattoo removed in only 4 sessions. I also refered my friend for Botox and lip injections and she loved, she looks amazing and so natural might I add. My dad came here for toe fungus he was very pleased with his results.

Great staff and very reasonable prices!

I purchased a living social deal for 3 laser hair removal sessions. Each time I came in, I was able to get in and out within my appointing time and never had to wait. The nurse that does my session is a very sweet woman who is very sympathetic to my pain and tries her best to do the zapping as quickly but thoroughly as possible.

I have gotten many laser hair removal sessions over the past several years and I really like the machine they use here. It's a laser that also shoots out icy cold air. No messy jellies or burning red spots. There's still some irritation but a lot better than the other type of machines. Also they give you aloe to put in the treated area afterwards so that helps a lot too.

Without the living social deal, their normal prices are still very reasonable and I will definitely continue after my 3 package is done.

Apparently they were robbed and the place is all trashed how do we get our money back!

I purchased a tattoo removal package on 11/7/2019 and only went one time. I was scheduled for another appointment 1/7/2020 and come to find out the business is closed down without notice. Phones don t work no one has contacted me on refund. I feel like i have been scammed.

Lady there did a horrible job. I told her exactly where to laser on my beard line and she went directly under the line creating a patchy appearance. So sloppy. Had good experiences to that point. She was horrible.

The absolute best results for my tattoo removal!. At first I was concerned because of my dark skin and before I started my tattoo was black and red and now it's completely lighten only after a few treatments and I am beyond excited at the results. Also, their laser hair removal works wonders. The service is excellent, clinic is super clean and scheduling appointments are super easy. I recommended 100%!!!
