Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa Review

A great hotel for this price point. The "off-site" rooms are a bit outdated.

Stayed here a few times now. Perfect location. Great room. customer service is good and the breakfast is great.

Fantastic day yesterday at the Friday brunch. Well rcommended, excellent service. Staff really friendly.

We had booked quiet hotel! Were very disappointed, all around very noisy from neighboring nightclub and adjoining hotels! We were not informed when booking!

Conveniently located and an Amazing place... it has easy access to Tram and Metro. It is in the close proximity to the Dubai SkyDive, it has A fantastic private beach. Great restaurants ! Good coffee shop and a lot of outdoor activity it is a Very clean and likable hotel, all Habtoor hotels are decent.

At HORIZON lounge. So chill and music is good. Ladies night on a Thursday is good. Ambiance is nice. Would definitely come back.

The location is super, having quite a spacious neat beach and the pool is amazing

It's a nice hotel, has very nice pool better than any other hotel in Dubai. Maintenance is better than before but I think new hires at the reception need more training. Generous in service but don't depend on their shampoo it makes hair very dry. Windows are not clean at all although the view is amazing.

The only downside is the beach, there are a lot of leftover rum cigarettes

The view is probably the most unique thing in this hotel and I really enjoyed it.Everything else is good just as you would expect from a 5 star resort.Multiple swimming pols, tennis court,gym,nice buffet.

A good resort .. but the room was not cleaned with my request so there was no drink reception and delay delivery of the room ... Price high for the service

Super hotel! Staff pleasant and very friendly, they really do their best to make you comfortable so you had a great stay. Thanks to Eric who speaks French and took the time to explain the activities to do outside the hotel (in French) which helped us very friendly and sociable. As well as the Conciergiere Mega and others as well. No regrets for choosing this hotel for your first trip to Dubai!

Even though our room wasn't in great location (near the pool) and we had some electrical problem in our room when we arrived, overally it is a nice place to stay.
Just don't forget DO NOT GO TO DUBAI IN JULY.

I liked very much in this hotel. The room is just class. Very tasty and delicious food! But strict rules outside the hotel. I advise those who go there to read for the first time how to dress there!

Wish we could stay longer! Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Our kids loved the swimming pools with slides! We went to Andreas restaurant with pool, on the beach and dj music which gave me that happy Ibiza feeling. Staff was very helpful. The only thing they could improve on was the information from reception to housekeeping. We had to wait long for the extra bed we requested. Nevertheless, this hotel is my no 1 in Dubai ( and we have been quite a bit)!

Best go to Al Dhiyafa Grand Kitchen located at Habtoor Grand Resort with a real appetite because there's so many tempting starters, a wide range of vegetarian and fish including salmon and other delicious bites, there's salads, pizzas, breads and hot dishes such as beef casserole, roast chicken and much more to choose from! As if that's not enough there's also an arabic food section, the most delicious ice-creams and a vast array of arabic sweets, chocolate gateaux and other bite sized, mouth watering cakes with toffee, caramel, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, strawberry plus a wide choice of fresh juices and other soft drinks. The ambience is calm and refreshing, waiter service is excellent and the views are also fabulous. I'm planning to go back without hesitation and can highly recommend this great restaurant!
