Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa Review

In all aspects fantastic; nothing even remotely negative. Visited with my wife for 25th wedding anniversary.

One of the most beautiful hotels I ve stayed. Only negative is that there are works being done around so I can hear a little bit of noise. Other than that, great and attentive staff, cleanliness and good restaurants in house. The pool is amazing too

The resort is very beautiful, the entertainment space is very large, the villa system is much more beautiful, but the hotel room does not fit the hotel, so the furniture is old-fashioned, which intercedes in the view from the top of the balcony.

Located in the marina near the promenade, there is everything around the hotel, whether it is from a kiosk to the station, the service is excellent and no less Misa

Having a rest in Dubai, apart from all its beauties, there was a good impression of the hotel where we stayed. Large, beautiful with a private pool, the room was spacious, everywhere is very clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly, helped with the settlement. SHAN TOURS company organized for us dinner on a cruise boat, which we will remember for a long time, before we left.

Good value for money when you want to take your child a day out doing the slides

Good quality of everything ... Staff are friendly, close to the metro, rooms are a bomb, close to a shopping center, although the variety of food leaves much to be desired ....

We have just returned from Dubai, spent 9 days at the Habtoor Grand Resort. Very nice clean rooms, daily cleaning, my four-year-old daughter very much liked the pool with slides. Towels for guests by the pool. High-level service, especially I really wanted to thank the hotel's restaurant service, which created a family atmosphere, my daughter Olivia could not wait next visit, for breakfast or dinner. Always nice and warm we were greeted. Although the ice cream was served at lunch time, Olivia always found a portion for dessert at any time. I fully recommend this hotel.

Good old place, but getting there is through construction and safety corners is inconvenient.

Great for a pool day. The life guards do their best but need more help. The pool for the bug slide can be dangerous. Beautiful grounds and the main pool is brilliant with a swim up bar

The Habtoor is a chic 5 star hotel with a nice outdoor area. The rooms are also very well done, however, some rooms are on each floor without a balcony and you do not even open a window. It has a really good African steakhouse, an Italian and an Arabic restaurant. A spacious gym and a spa area are available. Furthermore, in the basement is a nice bar / pub (the underground) with draft beer and other drinks.

Huge selection of fruit and pastries etc at breakfast. Everything about this was ok highly recommendable. The hotel is more like an office building with slight narrow and winding corridors. Close to marina mall and Jumeirah Beach residence can be reached by walk, taxi and close to the beach by taxi. Not walking distance. Room are contemporary with most amenities in the room

Visited this place as part of company team activity day, morning snacks were not up to the expectations and their arrangement for the event was very poor and most importantly the Lunch buffet was poorly prepared and arranged,no guidance or assistance were provided

went there for my 17th birthday they made me a surprise cake and the people there are so nice amazing stay :)

A wonderful hotel, but you must be careful that your reservation in the towers or villas is booked through the traveler and I say it in the villas, and some of them have their location

Great hotel in the heart of the Dubai and the Marina. Hotel is very clean, great service and the rooms are very looked after. The suites are an excellent size and great for a family break. Pool is a great size, lots of beds to enjoy the sun. The hotel has a number of restaurants to select from, make sure you use your entertainer voucher to get buy one get one free on mains.

Excellent experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was in perfect condition in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of different choices. The complimentary vallet parking service is highly appreciated, especially during summer time. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

we loved our week stay in habtoor. We loved the pool,it was maintained clean. Cold towels oh so refreshing given by the gentlemen, candice always cheerful every time we meet her and always smiles to us service great with all this guys even they are bloody taking a bath of sweat still greet us with full of energy.These guys should be taken care of as they bring pride to your hotel. To mention also the good foods in the resto freshly prepared, the bar at the beach thank u for the cold refreshments,the big slides my children loved. Thank u habtoor only the check in and out problem not good service by your staff.

Nice beach front property, old but well maintained.. big pool, tennis court, kids play area, and a beach. It's a Marriott property so use your bonvoy membership. Try booking directly through BinVoy app for the best rates.

The rooms are well maintained very clean and comfortable. House keeping team is very friendly and prompt. The view from the rooms are amazing. Food is ok.

My wife and I spend our honeymoon in Dubai for 10 days and chose the Habtoor Grand Resort as a hotel. We received a warm welcome and you are on all our requests. As a small gift, a small congratulatory cake was brought to our room as a surprise. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is very yummy, clean and varied. The staff is very attentive. From the hotel there are several times a day a shuttle bus to three different malls back and forth. The beach and pool are clean and you can relax. For ALL, and for EVERY occasion this hotel is highly recommended!
