We appreciate the good Ambiance of the Office and courteous behavior of the staff. The architect was ready and willing to revise the plan any number of times until we were fully satisfied. There was regular and continuous site supervision of the site engineer with critical inputs and quality checks. The policy of cost effectiveness and eco-friendliness of Habitat was very conspicuous at various stages of the construction. The masonry contractor was technically sound who knew what he was doing. The Office effectively ensured optimum performance with integrity from various contractors and those who failed were promptly removed. The diligent and prompt response of the Office Administrator whenever sought for, is praiseworthy.
I was in Sharjah and 100% trusted in their works. My work is not yet finished, whenever I called the supervisor he was saying the work in progress, however he delayed, now I think it will take another few months to finish the work. Totally disappointed with the timeline. The safest thing is that they don't even advise any suggestions if the place is too small, and saying that it is as per the plan. I have seen many developers who always suggesting valuable changes.
