I was in Sharjah and 100% trusted in their works. My work is not yet finished, whenever I called the supervisor he was saying the work in progress, however he delayed, now I think it will take another few months to finish the work. Totally disappointed with the timeline. The safest thing is that they don't even advise any suggestions if the place is too small, and saying that it is as per the plan. I have seen many developers who always suggesting valuable changes.
